I was in a real pickle the other day. My washing machine walked itself forward and blocked the…read morelaundry room door from opening (it opened in, and due to the configuration could not be pushed). Bizzzy Bee came to my rescue. Admittedly, they were able to come the next day due to rain cancellations, but I lucked out. The handyman who came knew what he was doing. He was able to shift the washing machine on the other side of the door, rehang the door so it opened outwards, patched, and painted. You would never know it wasn't in that configuration to start. Speedy, professional, clean, courteous, and for the several hours of work, fairly priced. My new go-to service provider!

We had a great experience with Imagine Brick. They were incredibly easy to schedule with and…read moreprovided a very fair, affordable quote. We had them repair some foundation cracks and replace/build a retaining wall. They worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. We've had others try to exaggerate issues and push unnecessary work, but Imagine Brick was the opposite--honest, no pressure, and focused only on what actually needed to be done. Highly recommend! Will use them again for any other masonry work!

Hired them to repair the chimney crown, as well as some loose bricks around the house…read more Aesthetically, the repairs did not match, but the worst part was that the chimney crown started cracking after only a couple months. After showing photos of the issue, they offered to repair their original work, but who would trust them to get it right? I asked for a refund for the chimney work and they've just stopped answering my texts. I obviously know they're getting them because they have their read receipts on. Very disappointing. Hate leaving these types of reviews, but people should know the type of company they're dealing with. Would recommend another company that stands by their word.

Local Business, not a faceless corporation from nowhere. Thanks for a great job. Worth every penny.

Just wonderful people and having…read moreChristy handle the Customer Service and Jonny doing the estimates just fine people and a barometer to the service and work you get from Southern Star. What they did for me were roof repairs on about a 10 year home. The real reason Southern Star should be a must call for homeowners is I have solar panels. There was some roof damage, caused by squirrels, that precipitated us needing roof repairs. Well, if you have a solar array on your home just getting someone to just look at it has its challenges. Southern Star was the only company I got a response. The only one out of 5. Sure there are logistics to work through when you have solar panels. At the end of the day, the quote given was very reasonable and they were able to do the necessary repairs ASAP. Just surprises all around. If you need repairs on your roof, you should not hesitate to put Southern Star at the top. They are truly super stars in a business that may not have the best of reputations. Thanks to you all.

Started getting estimates to replace our 25+ year old roof and our insurance agent suggested…read moreSouthern Star so we gave them a call. The estimate was scheduled promptly and the estimator Rhett was friendly and professional. Their estimate was in the middle of the 3 we received, but $2,000 higher than the roofing company we hired to install our new roof. When I texted Rhett to tell him we had gone with a roofing company whose estimate was more budget friendly for us, within moments I received a hard sell text telling me how the brand of shingles they used were far superior to any other brand of shingles out there and that I needed to consider that in making my decision. Believe me since this was the first new roof on my house in 25+ years I did my research on shingle brands and didn't choose a roofing company using some bargain basement brand of shingles! That $2,000 we saved is now more money that we are able to spend on other needed house projects.
