Very impressive customer service. The work was immaculate and the follow up was equally impressive. Jack (owner) communicated with me at first in person, on my property, followed by a quote the next day and then a couple of days before the job was to commence and once during wrap up. The final call was to collect a balance and he waited two weeks before doing that. There were several texts send by me; ie these guys are great etc. He did not appear to be bottom line driven but with his focus on my satisfaction. Of course all business owner want to get paid but that never felt like his priority. It's an art to make a client feel the way I did upon completion. Well done! For the reviews that discuss quotes and didn't select them, the cheap comes out expensive. I would expect most painters to have similar quotes and recommend getting 2 or 3 but paying a bit more for a great job done quickly, that's a no brainer to me. fyi; NEVER accept the cheapest quote and there's a subtle art to a contract negotiation. Don't play games and say what your budget is up front. It makes things go smoothly from the start and the business owner will appreciate your forthrightness. The company will say yes, no or counter. My house looks amazing and that was my #1 goal. It's important to mention that I took a bit too long responding as I am a very busy guy who travels a ton. Glad I chose this team and I'm looking forward to the next project!

After contacting my insurance company, I was looking for a Roofing Company that I could trust to completely replace my roof correctly. I had our roof covered in 2010; however, the company didn't do a good job. I asked my mail man if he knew a good roofer and he referred me to Law Roofing. I contacted Mr. Larry Williamson the president of Law Roofing. He came and diagnosed the damage and within three days, I had a great roof job finished. My wife and I are well pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Williamson. The crew were great methodical workers and we were pleased in watching them replace our complete roof. I wanted to thank you for the thoroughly professional job done by you and your crew in replacing the roof of my home. Your estimate was forthcoming on the same day that I requested it, and at the time which was most convenient to my schedule. Once the contract was signed, your crew arrived at the designated time and went straight to work. The entire job was completed in two days, despite additional work which was required due to inferior work done by the previous roofer and the age of the roof being replaced. I contacted several roofers for an estimate on some minor roof repairs. Larry arrived on time as scheduled. He went in the attic and immediately identified the problems along with several other issues, including a build flaw. He was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We elected to do all the work at the same time and put in some exhaust fans to alleviate the problem created by the build flaw. His guys arrived on time, did the work and I have had not had any issues since the work was complete. One note, a very small part of the job was overlooked so I called him back and advised him, not at all expected that he would come back for something so small, but the next day he arrived and fixed it. Hard to find places like that. I highly recommend Larry and Law roofing. He knows his stuff. read more

I would highly recommend Larry of Law Roofing for whole roofing replacement and/or smaller repairs. He was prompt and courteous for the estimate on my leaky roof. During the review, he highlighted other items that I had not even noticed. He and his partner took it upon himself to review the entire roof and not just the subject problem area. His solution was not to do the quick repair but to do the right repair for the long haul. His crew repaired all the items that he/Larry highlighted to me. The clean up was superb. I called LAW Roofing on the basis of all the positive reviews from Yelp and other sites - I was not disappointed. Mr. Williamson was straightforward in his estimates, thorough in his analysis of my worn-out roof, and every item from the list was taken care-of as promised. Every member of the crew was hard-working and respectful of me and my property - they cleaned periodically; they arrived early and stayed late. I couldn't believe how much they had done after only three hours. I was apprehensive about roof repair because I thought it would take longer and cost more. Larry Law is one of those rare contractors who actually returns your call promptly and is just as prompt in doing what he says he will do. It was overkill and unnecessary. All-Tite came and looked at my roof and was absolutely positive they could do the repair I needed even though it was double shingled! They also quoted me a price that was much much less than the other companies. It turned out to be a lot more worth than was originally planned, but the guys that came out worked on this for hours on end and actually had to come back the next day to finish it up. So much time was put into this, and they explained to me what all was done, why, and gave me a lot of great recommendations for what to do with my roof in the future. I asked him some questions about the work I was planning on doing for the house I just bought, and he was able to get me an initial quote really quickly. Attached to the quote was all of New Roof's social media, insurance, and license information which was really nice. The price I paid vs the price I was quoted was about 15% different, but I chose to have 700$ of custom apron flashing added and was warned of the cost associated with some repairs that needed to be done underneath the actual shingles before hand. Alex was very quick to get back to me and very respectful to my home (taking off his shoes, making sure my dogs could use the bathroom while the roof was being repaired, etc). We were well warned about what the process of getting the roof replaced would be: the noise, the debris from the roof, the time it could take, etc. The best part of the process was that they were actually able to fix a major moisture issue in the roof I was unaware of, and my house smells a lot better now :). The crew that came to work on the house were great - I didn't personally talk to anyone but it was clear they were working hard and they cleaned up the yard very well. I got pictures of my roof before, during, and after. I asked a bunch of questions along the way and Alex was very responsive and answered all of them. I got about half a dozen quotes for my roof before I made a decision - New Roof was on the lower side of the quotes I got, they did not charge me a steep fee which was great (2 other quotes I got included one and the fee wasn't cheap), and I really appreciated how quick Alex was to respond to my messages and that I never felt "sold" during this process. My roof wasn't easy, the house was built in 1979 and had a roof that was previously done poorly installed and I think they did a great job replacing it and fixing the issues that were a result of the previous work. Also! From the time I paid to the time the job was done was a week :) Fast turn around time! Attached is a photo of the new roof - don't judge we are remodeling lol. But it looks great
