I had a pipe that burst under my house and2 plumbers came by telling me that I had to replace a 40 foot pipe costing me north of $2500. I had William and his assistant stop by to also review the work to be done. They found that the issue was a rotted fitting between 2 of the pipes. Within 2 hours they fixed the issue and charged me less than 10% of the other estimates. I am a HUGE fan of Mr Thomas and he has earned my Trust and will be my Go To Plumber moving forward. Like I said Mr. Thomas has been my go to plumber for the past few years. He recently put in a tankless water heater and the cost for the parts and labor were exactly what he quoted me and he of course he did an outstanding job. He also fixed one bathroom fixtures at a throw in for the job. Thank you Bill and Diego you guys are the best. read more

Bill and Jason were great installing a water heater for me. The plumbing at my duplex is a little misconfigured, and they were able to decipher a few things and got it solved. They spent more time than was needed, and I really appreciated that! AJ read more

I don't know if you're like me, but I look for local people, not big name companies you see on tv that end up over charging with no ties to the community. I went online and saw that William Thomas Plumbing is down the street from me. Just one call and 45 mins later and boom there was the friendliest & easy going person you ever met, a local guy from our community! Service was quick, easy, straight to the point, and fairly priced! You won't be disappointed. Thank you. read more

I had a small leak at the base of my toilet. Again, I assumed it was going to be an easy fix. Turns out it was not. Bill was able to quickly assess the situation, order the parts, and fix the problem. He was also able to replace the toilet with a newer more efficient model. All this in the span of 2 days. You obviously never look forward situations like this but Bill's expertise makes me feel confident that anytime he's involved, the work is always going to be top notch. read more

Stop looking! The Good: Hired a good plumber. Responsive, fair, personable but most importantly he got the job done at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to put him first at bat for my plumbing needs. The Bad: Having to hire a plumber. Glad I found a good one though. The Ugly: Not quite sure but it was a hell of a plug! read more

He was honest about the issue and got the clogged drain fixed in no time. Would highly recommend them and would use them again since it's most likely my hair will clog the drain again in about 6 months. read more

This is the second time Bill has helped me out and on both occasions he did a phenomenal job! The first time was an emergency situation when a pipe burst on New Year's Eve. Bill responded right away, helped us triage the situation, and was out the next day repairing our main water line. The second time around Bill replaced all the plumbing in our 1920 home. Four days of work and only four hours without water! It was amazing. Bill also discovered the sewers line was cracked. He replaced that as well and saved us from a potential stinky mess and bug situation. He replaced the water heater and moved it from a dumpy little shed behind the house and into the garage. Fast, reasonable, and super honest. As a new homeowner, I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it feels to have found such a fantastic plumber. Thanks Bill! You're definitely one in a million! read more

Not sure where to begin but the service and expertise were beyond what I expected. I always dreaded calling a plumber fearing it would be super expensive and have to go through several plumbers to find a good one (and have to pay people twice for the same work) Not with Bill, he was an expert and extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem and kept me informed with every bit of work that needed to be done and what it would take to fix it. It's been several months now and everything's been working fine, even a bad smell coming from the drains has gone away since he's been here . One thing I've learned in life is just because someone works somewhere or does something, it doesn't mean they know what they're doing but Bill was the real deal. If you're looking for a good plumber this is your guy. read more

Many big company's have their preset charges for just going to see the problem and Bill goes above and beyond to do the job right and earn you business if not your friendship along the way and he responds to your call or text fast too ! We have had great experiences with Mr. Thomas aka Bill the plumber! He was courteous, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. I am a business owner (Roofing Contractor) and realize the value of reputation and recommendation, which is why it angers me that BOTH the Yelp reviews I have taken my time to write for this company have been removed by Yelp. I am too busy to write frivolous or falsely rated reviews, but I will take the time to make something right, and my reviews deserve to be posted and shared. FYI: if you look at Wm. Thomas Plumbing's 57 reviews that were removed by Yelp as 'Not Recommended' an outstanding 55 of the 57 were FIVE STAR!!! In summary, I give Bill 5 Stars, but Yelp gets only 1... Within 10 minutes of being under my house to fix a sewer leak Bill told me how much it would cost to fix the leak and how much it would cost to replace all the old cast iron drain system. He told me everything I already knew since I had been under the house and didn't once try to create some doomsday scenario, assuming I didn't know anything about plumbing. His price for the entire job was very reasonable, so we decided to do it all while he was here. Bill and Jason not only fixed all my drain pipes but found and fixed several other leaks and problems that they came across. They were clean, polite and kept me thoroughly informed the whole way. Bill is no doubt a hard working, honest plumber, but even better he is a good person that I would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber and doesn't want to worry about being screwed around. Thanks Bill and Jason! read more

I strongly recommend Bill for your plumbing projects. When you call Bill, you can be assured of the following - Realistic service window, honest pricing without unnecessary up-selling, and a check-in the next day to see if things are working properly. I got into a project (faucet replacement) that went a bit beyond my comfort zone. It resulted in having to shut the water off to my house until it was resolved. This was on a Sunday. Bill went out of his way to get to me ASAP so I could restore water to my home. Additionally, I thought the problem was bigger, but Bill didn't try to sell me stuff and services I didn't need. Clean, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, honest... You don't need to look any further. Call him. read more

He was a great communicator and got the work done fast! We will always call Bill when we need work in the future. Thanks again!! read more

Bill has done several jobs at our house and for my parents, who are 92 and 88. Recently, the toilet at my parents' was stuck with the water running. I was out of town. Bill came right out, put in a new Fluidmaster. He also noticed that they had an obsolete shut off valve. He pointed it out to them, they agreed, he replaced it with a new quarter turn valve. We really appreciate having fast service and a professional who will not cheat Senior Citizens. A week later, our kitchen sink stopped up. The Ranchos are over 60 years old, the drain pipes are accumulating rust. Bill snaked the drain three times because each time it got better. Now, it drains like there is a vacuum cleaner!! We are very happy! We heartily recommend Bill Thomas Plumbing!! read more

Bill charged us $630 more than what he estimated the job would cost. Honestly I don't really care that much about the money. I work on the road and my wife was mainly dealing with Bill. He seemed mad to have to deal with a women instead of a man. I was very disappointed. read more

Great job, arrived fast, good fair price ($79). saved me from a potentially disastrous situation (water backed up going everywhere)

Bill is great!  He came up with a solution to our cleanup problem that saved us tons of money.  We used to have to have it cleaned every four months (roots).  Now, it's once a year.  His pricing is very reasonable.  I plan on having him install our whole house filtration system.  Also, he is very polite and conscientious of trying to keep my house clean.  I have had plumbers in the past that track dirty mud all over the floors--ugh. Update to original post. Bill came back to install our water filtration system. Not only was it a relatively quick install, but he came back in 3 days to make sure that everything was working correctly, no sediment from filtration media in water, etc. He also installed all new piping at my sisters house (actually corrected the wrong size pipes, some bozo had installed). He's the best! He knows his stuff and is a really nice guy. read more
