I am disabled and my last package I specified for signature delivery yet no one came to my door. So I had to go back to the post office and stand in line, with a heart condition, and try and figure out why they can't deliver my package to me correctly. Last week, my package was delivered to the wrong address. Post office admitted it. They are not putting things in the cluster mailboxes. They are leaving packages on top of the cluster mailboxes at Crandall apartments.

I find that most of my experiences with USPS tends to be human related annoyances combined with poorly operated bureaucratic nonsense. First, tell me why, two letter sized parcels cost me close to $50 to mail??? Thats some serious nonsense. Deduct one star for the price. My first letter sized package had a button in it and because of this, the clerk at the desk told me it won't go thru scanner and it has to be mailed as a package and because of this, it costs $10. I was like okay. Deduct another star for that. I had to mail some documents overnight and for it to arrive the next day, it cost $35. That seemed ok to me, I guess. Still highway robbery to mail some paper, but whatever USPS. Another star deducted. This is a nice post office on top of the hill, lots of parking available, but its a bit of a walk to the main area. I don't mind but it might not work for those who have limited mobility. You can get passports here, there's a bunch of PO boxes, self service kiosks, mailing supplies. She was smiling and happy and tried to be as helpful as possible to everyone. I actually stood in line praying that I would get her, because the other workers appeared to be having a bad day - work edition. The heavens smiled upon me because when I heard that magic word: "NEXT", I was greeted by Athena and she was terrific. She helped me with my package and the letters I wanted to mail. She cracked jokes with me and it was a terrific experience. The lines on either side of me sounded like the customers were being booked into the local prison or something. Considering all the negative reviews on this location I was nervous but I needed a USPS and this is the only one left within half an hour of me. The location is really weird though, behind all of the stores and restaurants. There's one sign by Pilate studio indicating the usps is back there but they could really use some more. I recommend parking around the back of the strip mall, it's a lot closer to the USPS and less stressful than contending with the packed lot in front. There were a couple sketchy individuals hanging around that area so I'm glad that there were other people around and that it's not open at night.
