They have great prices but the baristas were not friendly. We were trying to order through a window that was hardly opened and it felt like she wasn't trying to engage with us. I wanted to add coconut milk to my drink but the barista was in the back, so another girl who wasn't originally helping us did that. It was altogether weird and not welcoming. read more

This place has been around forever, I used to come here on my way to High school back in the days. They have always had good coffee and my husband loves the dudes donuts. It's sad that this teeny little drive-through stand is the only place to get a good cup o'joe in town (with numerous choices), but hands-down they're the best. It's no wonder there's always a line. I wish they would move to a storefront location so people can come in and sit down. Starbucks who? I love a good Dirty Chai Americano and they make the best one in town. Amanda is my favorite barista by far. She always greets me with a huge smile, greets me by name and we have a catch up convo while she makes not only my drink but the other sides order as well. The girls are always attentive to every customer and they work hard to make great coffees and teas. A little slower than some other drive thru coffee stands but worth the wait. read more

Whenever I come to visit Gig Harbor my cousin and I always come here for some hot coffee in the morning. I'm so glad she introduced me because I'm from out of state and constantly miss it! Driving by and seeing there were zero (0) cars in either of the two lanes ~ led me to believe I could get a quick cup of tea. I was greeted with a very friendly "Hello" and a request for my order. I ordered a Vanilla Chai Tea w/Soy, extra hot, short shot of whip. The barista began scooping what appeared to be refined white sugar from an uncovered (open top) container setting on the counter immediately adjacent to the open service window and within very close proximity to the tip jar. I asked "Is that sugar you're putting into my tea?" The barista replied "It's the Vanilla Chai Tea, it does have some sugar in it..." as she continued to make the drink. Upon finishing her task she then handed me my drink and offered a very polite "Thank You" and a "Have a nice day!" Upon exiting it was very apparent the cup handed to me did not contain the drink as ordered ~ extra hot. The temp was well below hot and went to warm in a very short time (1 block turn around). My first taste of the drink was very disappointing as it was beyond sweet to the point of being unpalatable. Upon lifting the lid it was apparent that there was no whip as I had requested. Having just paid $4.40 for this drink I incorrectly assumed might be a well prepared drink using good quality ingredients I felt I should at least have the whip added as ordered. I turned the car around before getting to the next corner and returned to the still vacant service lanes. I requested the "short shot of whip" to witness the barista grab the cup by the brim without regard to her finger placement over the drinking port, remove and place the lid upside down on the public service counter and proceeded to serve the whip from a can clearly labeled "Non-Dairy" then replacing the same lid on my cup. I asked "What type of whip cream did you just put into to my beverage?" Her reply was "Vanilla" as she held the can up to view. The product was "Reddi Whip Non-Dairy" INGREDIENTS: Water, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean), sugar, corn syrup, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), cellulose gum, mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, salt, disodium phosphate, artificial and natural flavors, polysorbate 80, sodium alginate, nitrous oxide (propellant). So, thanks for the luke warm sugar drink with the delicious HVO topping! Mmmm! You'd think that a place located in Gig Harbor, catering to the discerning, would utilize quality ingredients served without imposing health risks to their customers and, at the very least, at the temp requested. Simple. Once was enough for me...burp! read more

I love this little coffee place. Girls here are always nice and the drinks are usually pretty good. BUT... not happy about the iced coffee. Tasted terrible. I suggested they look into "cold brew" for the iced coffee. A lot better, lasts longer and doesn't taste like stale coffee. Please please look into this people!! Sometimes their very friendly and sometimes their not. Our car full of family has been there about 4 times now and we got something different each time. Nothing we've had is worthy of praise, most of it is ok, some of it was horrible. It was convenient but not going to spend my money there anymore when there's so many other coffee places around. read more

I waited in line for my turn but when I finally arrived at the window, one of the two baristas greeted me but turned away and kept talking to the other customer and didn't take my order. This has happened too many times where the williams patrick baristas keep socializing and ignore my order until the conversation theyre having is done.
