This time, it seemed like the quality had gone down or there may have been a different cook. The shrimp burrito was average--not bad, but not particularly memorable. The shrimp were small, overcooked, and could have used more seasoning. I did like the addition of purple cabbage, and their salsa verde helped add more flavor to the burrito. For the portion and quality of the shrimp, I also felt the burrito and their taco plate was overpriced. Overall, my recent experience was disappointing compared with my first visit.

The brewery has indicated that this food truck is dedicated to this location and should be ready open in approximation to the brewery's business hours. Steve and I went here a little while back when we were paying a visit to Gig Harbor, looking up an old friend. We wanted some beer and it we were also hungry so it proved to be convenient to get some hamburgers here. I got the Galley Burger which proved to be a good hamburger with thousand island, bacon, carmelized onions, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and American Cheese. Steve got the Garden Burger which was also quite good. We split a nice amount of fries to share which were prepared quite well. So all in all a good meal. I also see that they have Panini sandwiches which were a frequent temptation of mine in the past so perhaps in the future I will explore that part of the menu some more. The wait was a bit long for the food to arrive. But the taproom was booming and there were very few places to sit so I imagine they were having to adapt to the large customer volume. But in the end it was a good, positive experience all the way around.

Every bite was bursting with flavor, making it feel like we were eating at a friend's home. Conveniently located in a private parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available, we quickly picked up our order, which was ready and waiting for us. Overall, this hidden gem checked most of the boxes for a delightful dining experience--though the staff could be a bit more engaging.
