Tasty new food truck! Offers seafood with asian/pacific island flair. This was parked at the Old Stove Brewing beer garden by the Canal Marina off Nickerson. Garlic shrimp: shrimp done perfectly and generous amount! Garlic flavor was nice although its swimming in lots of butter but I like it that way! More rice! Lumpia: not your run-of-the mill filipino lumpia! This had the pre-requisite meaty filling (not sure if it's beef or pork ) but this also had cheese and jalapeno! Sort of like a fried cheese burger? Very yummy! Captain's platter: usual suspect of assorted fried goodies (fried fish, shrimp and calamari). It will definitely scratch that fried seafood craving and tasted fresh. Calamari was nice and tender! This spot parked at the Old Stove Brewing beergarden is perfect as the food is an ideal partner to the hoppy beers. We waited forever for our food. People that ordered there food after us got there food before us. We ordered truffle fries and fish/fries. When we got our food the fries were cold and the fish was dang near so deep fried it was so hard. I sent my son over to order the food while I was getting lemonade and come to find out he over charged my son. Didn't give him the right money back. Told him it was over 44 dollars for two things when the fries were 10 and the fish/chips was 15.00. The guy taking orders was rude as heck. read more

Ordered both of the shrimp dishes on the menu--garlic/butter shrimp and coconut shrimp. They were exceptionally flavorful and paired perfectly with the Streaker Citra Ale. The first time I tried Erick's food was when he had his first soft grand opening at the Chameleon Night Market Swapmeet in Tacoma back in March. Erick is a phenomenal chef!
