The brewery has indicated that this food truck is dedicated to this location and should be ready open in approximation to the brewery's business hours. Steve and I went here a little while back when we were paying a visit to Gig Harbor, looking up an old friend. We wanted some beer and it we were also hungry so it proved to be convenient to get some hamburgers here. I got the Galley Burger which proved to be a good hamburger with thousand island, bacon, carmelized onions, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and American Cheese. Steve got the Garden Burger which was also quite good. We split a nice amount of fries to share which were prepared quite well. So all in all a good meal. I also see that they have Panini sandwiches which were a frequent temptation of mine in the past so perhaps in the future I will explore that part of the menu some more. The wait was a bit long for the food to arrive. But the taproom was booming and there were very few places to sit so I imagine they were having to adapt to the large customer volume. But in the end it was a good, positive experience all the way around.
