The service was superb, friendly with plenty of recommendations on what to try. You enter through a speakeasy type door. I'm not a huge fan of these but it is fine. Inside there is a decent sized bar and a mixture of different table sizes. When our group went in person the service was just horrible. The saving grace was that the food was outstanding. Another night I just did pickup. Again the food (wings and fries) was outstanding. The food was ready a little bit after the projected time, but not egregiously so. So overall great food, decent atmosphere, but the service could be better. This seems to be a consistent complaint across reviews, so hopefully the managers/owners are paying attention and can improve things.
