What a great addition to Fountain Square! I was invited to join a friend on a Friday night. They do offer valet which is amazing especially since Fountain Square's parking is so iffy. When you walk in it doesn't feel like you are in Indianapolis, feels more like Houston or Charolette. Very classy vibe. They do enforce a dress code which I can appreciate so you get a nice crowd. They offer food which was pretty good. A little pricey but I respect it again to keep it upscale. My server was very attentive, Amoni was her name. She delivered very good service just checking on us at the appropriate times and not being a bugaboo. The owners were walking around b chatting with people which was also a nice touch.

This space is very cool. The music is awesome. The drinks are delicious. The light up menu is incredible. For a taller guy, the couches on the main floor are a bit close but perfect for enjoying some food. Art on the wall is incredible. And an upstairs VIP and DJ loft is super cool. We had the wings. They are crispy and tender with a flavorful teriyaki sauce. Our server was on her first night but did pretty well. And the assistant GM is friendly and engaging. Note: the dress code says no flip flops or tennis shoes but both workers on the floor were wearing either flip flops or tennis shoes. This is a great spot to socialize and have a drink or two.

Vibe is nice. Definitely something fountain square doesn't have as it is a lounge space. They have really good music, great decor, and the environment and set up is fancy. There's also a VIP area upstairs that you can rent out and fits 50. I'd recommend the VIP if you want your own room to dance. The main area is more of a lounge than dance floor, so there are tables and booths all around. They have a red carpet when you walk in which is lovely! They have a food and drink menu. I loved that the menus lit up when you opened them! I got the "talk to nice to me". One of their sweeter drinks that comes toped with cotton candy. I wanted sweet so I was definitely satisfied with my choice. My cocktail was $16 and the range looked to be about $16-18 for cocktails, $9 for wine pours. We had just left a restaurant so I didn't get food this visit but would in the future.

Came here on a Thursday night. It wasn't crowded at all. I've tried to come here previous times before but I think there was always a capacity, but tonight was very different. I didn't feel like ordering anything to drink because it was a Thursday and not really don't drink like that so I order some food they have a good variety of food options on their menu , it was so much to choose from. AnyWho I went with the plantains the fried rice in the beef patty. It took a while for it to come out but I guess they was making it and the food was hot. Well present it and tasteful it has some kind of taste to it but I can't put my finger on nonetheless I still ate it allmy service she was really nice. I will be coming here again. It's a lot more packed.

I can't say enough good things about this lounge. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This lounge, the energy and the people that work there are jewels. This bar is FULLY STOCKED and this is the ideal place to come in and watch the game or just relax over drinks. We came in for the yelp experience and quickly realized that it was the wrong date after we spoke with the waitress. Needless to say I was super embarrassed and ready to tell the waitress my mistake as soon as she returned. And to my surprise, when came back she said that the manager was going to honor it anyway and still give us the deal. We had the Paradox Paloma and Talk To Me Nice cocktail and the bombastic shrimp as a starter. The drinks were made so well and didn't take forever to come out. The paloma wasn't ridiculously strong but it did its thang. The Talk To Me Nice had cotton candy garnish that gave the cocktail a whole new experience when you dropped it into the drink. The bombastic shrimp was so flavorful and it was more than enough to share. The shrimp was jumbo and fried perfectly. Served on a bed of arugula with a side of chili sauce that was amazing. There was a good sauce drizzled on top of the shrimp that made it to where the chili sauce was just a cherry on top. For the entree we ordered 10 chicken wings and got two different flavors. Hot honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. These were not some itty bitty chickens. These were a good size and had the crunch that I look for in chicken wings. The sauce wasn't watery or too thick. I want to try all of the flavors now. I will be back to try those tacos and hookah. And with the coupon I got for checking in I'm sure it'll be more than worth it. I know where I'm coming to watch the next fight. The co-owner came and introduced herself as well as the assistant general manager. Honestly the customer service here is impeccable. I am looking forward to giving this black owned business my money in the future.

Paradox gives you exactly what you need. It's a high class, big boss club that wants the greatest of weekend nights for every patron that enters their doors. It wasn't busy when we went, but we went early on a Friday night. They NEVER charge cover and literally have the kindest bartenders I've ever met. It'd be perfect for a bachelor/bachelorette party venue due the laid back nature of the club. Their drinks were sweet but strong, and I'm sure they'd be able to make you whatever you want! You aren't allowed to wear baseball caps, but gave my husband a free shot for having to take his off. The parking is the same as it is in all of fountain square, free- but have to parallel park! They also have valet service available. Be sure to check out their half price wine night and follow them on Instagram for all their weeknight specials. Overall, as a local to the neighborhood- I would suggest for a casual night drink or a rowdy weekend spot! Check it out

This place has it all! Looking for a chill spot for after work drinks? They've got! Looking for a great spot for music and hookah after dark? They've got it! A gem in Fountain Square. Stopped in for after work drinks with a friend recently and was very impressed by the space (ALL seating is made to feel VIP!) with fantastic artwork, light up menu, and friendly staff. The comfy couch seating invites you to stay for awhile. We had the pretzel bites, bombastic shrimp, angel eggs, and Parmesan fries. The portions are generous so you have some to take home for a late night snack! The Paradox Paloma and Black Girl Magic rose are must try! They really did think of everything, the bathroom has selfie mirrors!

My friend and I decided to hit up new Paradox Lounge in Fountain Square that opened on March 31st, 2023. We, went there on Friday night May 19th. The lounge is in a great location, booming Fountain Square, entering the building you'll definitely noticed the Paradox Lounge sign, there are no stairs entering the building, you'll see the sidewalk as well as the Cultural Trail. Since, I did go on Friday night around 10:30pm it was very loud, hard to hear anything my friend was trying to say, or even the Server. From, 5pm-9pm are dinner hours best time to go before it becomes too loud. Before, going to the Paradox Lounge I had to make a reservation by call the business, or you can make a reservation on their website. The ambiance is definitely dope, love the beautiful black art work, the seating in Lounge is like a box area in center, colors are orange, black, and other neon colors, the seats that are in center(non VIP) are comfortable. Every Wednesday Paradox offers unwine Wednesdays, Thursdays called Top Tier two DJs, Fridays are International music(Afro Beats, Amapiano, Dancehall, Latin, and Top 40). I noticed the DJs booth is on the 2nd level you'll have to look up to see them. The drinks are pricey $16-$18, and the food is even expensive. What caught my attention was for 6 chicken wings that's $15, but you have to keep in mind that's now in today's society prices are definitely up there. My friend and I ordered two of the signature cocktails called Tiki Summers, two shots of 818 Tequilla along with the bombastic shrimp. The shrimp was definitely good, and as far as the Tiki Summer cocktails that's $18 my friend and I didn't taste any alcohol, tasted like a foamy sugar drink. Overall, I really loved the setup, so many seats for everyone including VIP lounge areas, does offer hookah starting off at $40, there's an upper level, and honestly it felt like an upscale Lounge. The thing I didn't like was around 10:40ish that Friday night there weren't many people there since it was still early, then all of sudden the DJ started playing the music so loudly that made it hard to hear the Server let along people you were with. I will definitely give Paradox Lounge another shot.

Stopped in for a yelp event and ordered a bunch of different foods and drinks! It was quiet on a Saturday at 6, but I'm sure it gets very busy during the actual night life hours. The drinks are so good!!! We got the black beauty, tiki summer and keep it one honey. I loved all of them. The food is really good for lounge food; I'd go back for three chips and dip alone.

The food was excellent! Wings had so much flavor and it was very fresh. The drinks were good and the service was even better. All of the ladies were very nice and attentive. The ambiance could use a little boost in the main area but the bathroom decor was a great touch. I would recommend this to anyone of all ages to sit and relax. 10pm is when nightlife begins but before hand was a vibe too.

I paid the $8 to upgrade the mac to lobster mac...so delicious & so worth it (the upgrade was so unnecessary but so necessary, iykyk!). I also love that they allow you to mix & match on the sliders (filet, fried shrimp, or wagyu beef with Brie). I went with 1 filet and 1 wagyu beef, which was also perfect! Would love to try the fried shrimp at some point. The accompanying aiolis perfectly complemented the sliders! I completed my meal with a lemon drop martini. Service was friendly & attentive. Will definitely keep this spot in mind the next time I return to Indy & would highly recommend to others. In fact, I found it superior to my experience @ Harry & Izzy's--much more my vibe!

Keagan Fife (Manager) - A team player, receptive to feedback and conscientious. We had a issue while there and he was able to step in and problem solve with me and come up with a solution that really won us over. We had a moment where it was feeling a bit "why did we come here" but his customer service exceeded expectation. That's good management. (He's the gentleman in the video below.) Let's get the negative out the way 1st. The first waitress asked if we wanted anything to drink. I told her we hadn't received menus. She came back sat them down and walked away. We never saw her again. A new waitress came and she seemed pleasant enough. Once we were all seated she began to take our orders. She made a point to say she needed to write it all down or she was get it mixed up. She then did not write anything down. Our food came out extremely slow but that wasn't a huge deal because we all were mingling. A lot of her team had to step in and deliver our food, give drinks, check on us etc. She was pretty non existent. Two of the ladies never received food. This was after we had been there for 2 hours and everyone else had received their items. At the end when we asked for our check they were all mixed up and confused. The waitress then blamed us for adding things and moving around. We never moved once and she only came around the one time when she originally took our orders. We never got a chance to add things. (it was quite comical that she tried to say that) I ended up asking for manager because she seemed overwhelmed and a bit bias about our group. Assuming that we wouldn't want one check and splitting them because she figured we would want it that way and then blaming us because she did it when we never asked for split. There rule is parties over 8 have to have 1 bill and we never asked for an exception. There was just her assumption that a group of black women wouldn't want to do that. (I digress) There were a few more things but I will end it there. That was the big negative. Now the positive!!! Ambiance 10/10 - great views, great music, great location, umbrellas on roof were great although a but wobbly and scary. Also, they come around with complimentary sunglasses while dining. I thought this was a nice and luxurious touch! Food 8/10 - most food received was delicious Service 9/10 - everyone except for our server was great! Everyone who pitched in to help was awesome! Ended up tipping a different server who basically helped us the whole time. Bless his heart because I know he was super busy. As stated above management handle the situation well. I would definitely go back! I try to give people a chance. I think our server may have been overwhelmed and had a past experience that left her bias against our group but hopefully she can grow and get better. Her actions don't reflect the restaurant as a whole! Go and enjoy the vibes and views!
