I rarely posts reviews but I have to do this for the safety and well being of everyone else. I had a mani pedi done about a month ago. I had a gel mani and regular polish on my toes. This morning I decided to take off the polish on both my mani & pedi only to discover a horrible sight. I have some sort of fungus on all my toes! And one of my thumbnails on my hand has a fungal infection. Previously to this service I had no sight of infection anywhere. I've had a clean healthy record with my feet & hands previously. So beware ladies, this location is not A+ clean. read more

This place was extremely hard to find but I was determined to find it and not settle for Focus nails after seeing reviews. I like the place, its small, clean and my nails came out well. New price list is $35 for pink and whites. I'm not too sure i will go back though because I have never had someone use the drill so much on my nails. My fingers were throbbing the the whole evening. I was seriously in pain fron the amount of times she went over my nails with the drill, at least 10 times. I thought she was a perfectionist so i just let her keep going, I didn't know my hands would be useless the rest of the evening. read more

Myself and my girls have been going here for years .Gina does my nails and eyebrows, as well as my daughters eyebrows. She does such a great job with the airbrush design I love it. If I've ever been unhappy with how anything turned out,which is rare, they immediately fix it. I love the massage chairs while getting my pedicure !! Amy does a great job too. I don't want to talk when I'm getting a manicure so I could care less about the friendliness of staff. That wasn't the problem. I don't normally go to this nail salon but wanted to get my nails done while my son was at soccer and it was the closest one. Wish I'd had more patience and gone somewhere I'm familiar with. The shop is old, filthy and outdated. My nails look like they were done by a blind person. The manicurist painted over my cuticles and all over the surrounding skin. Yet, somehow she skillfully managed to leave parts of the nail unpainted. Since its gel it won't come off my skin with acetone so I'm left with a worse manicure than I came in with. read more

i wish i can give negative stars, this did not happen to me but happened to a close friend of mine. Let me start off with that, my friend is the sweetest person you can ever meet! filled with love and kindness that it would almost seem impossible to ever treat her in any bad way. Well anyways, my friend had came in to get her nails done.. she waited for more than half an hour, she asked them when will she be able to be next and they told her to wait. She waited longer and random people would come in and they would take them in, still ignoring her. She asked again and another worker came up to her and said "Sorry we don't do blacks". yes, the lady was referring to my friend. Because my friend is black. Worse experience ever!!! I just went in for a manicure and the lady cut my nails on the sides basically making an octagon. The nail polish is already chipping off and I got them done two days ago! Save yourself and go anywhere else! read more

Worst experience we have ever had. They barely said one word to us while we were in and when they asked what we needed they were rude and made it feel like we were inconveniencing them for walking in to get my daughters nail polish changed. The lady was rude to my young child and made the entire time here awkward and uncomfortable. The lady behind us that walked in at the end was experiencing something similar asking what the problem was and why they were just staring at her like they had an issue she came in as well. There are a TON of better nail salons, go to another! We stopped here because it was on the way home from her school...not again. read more

They did our nails for my wedding and I was satisfied. I had a reservation and even called beforehand to make sure that they'd have enough people to work with us. I was a bit disappointed because they were short a lady and also took in a lady who just walked in while I still had girls waiting to get their nails done. When you're on a time limit, quick service (especially for people who were there first and had a reservation) is super important. They did a good job on all our nails, but I would've liked more of a color selection. Overall, a so-so experience. read more

Went here yesterday for the first time. At first the service was nice enough as any Asian salon I've ever went to. I got stiletto nails that came out to my liking shape wise. The guy had done the forming of the nail. I clearly explain 4 times what design I want (all red nails except the ring fingers silver glitter, Halloween airbrush design on those two and then a thin black outline on each nail. Simple enough right? So he passed me on to a female for the polish part. She started but when it came to the black line she wasn't getting close enough to the edge so I nicely pointed it out to her. We'll after asking her to redo it twice she gave up and said it couldn't be done. They charge $42 for the nails and design so he said he would refund me $12 since they couldn't do the polish but I have yet to see my account refunded. read more

I decided to walk in to change my nail color and luckily, there was no wait; I was able to be seen immediately. The downside was that the lady that did my nails this time around, spoke even less English than the lady before so communicating was definitely a chore. While the manicurist was taking off the gel with the file, she was so rough that she actually cut my cuticles and made me bleed! She was very rough and not pleasant. Then, when my gel and nail color were being applied, she began rushing the job and got gel on my skin underneath my nail and it dried. I asked her nicely to please remove the gel from my skin and she looked so annoyed! Then, while she was applying the color, she applied it so uneven that some parts of my nails look like they have no polish, while other parts are beautiful. To make it even worse after she was finished and brushed me off, I noticed that on my ring finger, the gel that was applied was rushed so much that it actually dried pointy off of my nail! I had to file it away afterwards. I am debating on ever coming back, I feel like I wasted $25. read more

They are very sweet and so nice! I had less then an hour to get my acrylic gel nails done because I had only an hour break! So they did a great job with time management and still did a beautiful job ! I'm very happy and I will be coming back for sure! read more

The last time I went in there I got my brows waxed and when I got home I see a line about half an inch long of skin that had ripped off on my lid. It healed and I guess it could happen. This time I went in again for a quick brow wax and pedicure. The wax was fine, but the pedicure when I looked at it at home is really sloppy the nail polish is thick in some places and thin in others and the nail trim is not filed smoothly. If I wanted a cheap looking sloppy pedicure I could do it myself at home. Will not be back. read more

my gf&i went here the other day & were sadly disappointed. just moved across the street n wanted to give it a try but def will not be returning. the staff seemed burdened to even have to do our service in the first place, and after a minute or two they called us back, however did not seat us near eachother. the girl was rough with digging the tools under my nails & didn't even talk to me other than to ask what was on the tv because she couldn't see from her station. my nails turned out nice and the price was ok, but personally i'd pay a little more elsewhere for a smile and a little courtesy! read more
