    Shrimp Tempura Roll, California Roll

My fiancé and I love Wild Ginger. We've tried their sushi, hibachi, and snow crabs and they have all been great! This is their lunch special which is $16 for three rolls and a soup and was so filling to share! It's always clean inside with a cozy ambiance, and the service is always fast and friendly.

Talk about talent!! And the food!!! Exceptional food, and customer service is the best

Can't say enough. The food, service, ambiance, So many flavors. You can ask for sushi rolls with no rice and they will accommodate you with a smile.

Hubby and I decided to have a 'special' lunch for our special day. This is our first time and wanted to check out this relatively new restaurant. Well, so far, it doesn't disappoint! As we entered, we were happily greeted by the hostesses. Our server, Sierra, is so pleasant and attentive! She has gauged the timings between courses perfectly which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our meals. We chose a selection of appetizers - 1. Corn hush puppies that were lightly fried and contained corn kernels, super delish! 2. Egg rolls were okay and a touch over fried. 3. Crab Rangoon - light and crispy. Surprise filling made with cream and American cheese! So tasty too! 4. Miso Ginger Salad -fresh and savory. We totally enjoyed our entree choices: 1. Seafood Ramen - delicious, tasty, and has a combination of sweet and salty flavors. Great selection if you're an avid ramen eater. 2. Shrimp Pad Thai - good and tasty with no skimping on the shrimp. If extra hot spicy flavor, get hot sauce on the side. 3. Sweet and sour chicken - lightly fried chicken and rice on the side. Tasty and the sweet and sour sauce was unique, in a good way. Overall, we found this restaurant to be family friendly, excellent service, and comfortable surroundings. Give Sierra a shout out when you come to dine! She was awesome!

Delicious. Absolutely the BEST fresh flavorful Japanese meal you will ever have. I'm enjoying 3 kings roll and no rice roll.

We don't have this chain by us in NY and I wanted to try it out. I don't think this location was the way to do that. It's in the old Red Crab building and they didn't change ANYTHING. The interior is the same, the seats still have the logo on the backs of them, they're even reusing the napkin dispensers on the tables with the red crab on them. The whole experience of walking in it just weird - I can't really explain it but the vibe is way way off. It's dirty feeling and used, which isn't how you want to feel when eating seafood, especially raw seafood. All that being said, the food itself was pretty good. We only tried the lettuce wraps and had three sushi rolls (I've forgotten the names of them) and all were decent. I just would choose to go to a better sushi restaurant than eat here. Maybe we will try the Daytona location and see if it's better in a newer cleaner location. Props to our server who was very sweet and funny.

Went to Wild Ginger for a friend's birthday and it was such a great experience! We ordered two seafood combos, and everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The portions were generous, the seafood was cooked perfectly, and the service made the night even better. Definitely a spot worth coming back to -- perfect for celebrations or just a satisfying seafood fix!

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Clean restaurant and comfortable seating. Our waitress was super sweet with a great sense of humor and checked on us often. There's a few little hiccups such as waiting to be seated and then waiting for someone to take our order. Out of fairness, we did arrive right at opening time of 11:00. It felt like they just weren't ready to start doing business. We started with their special appetizer of Ocean Nest which was absolutely delightful. A nest of fresh mango and cucumber sticks topped with sashimi tuna, salmon, and krab with a savory ponzu style sauce and topped with fresh cilantro. So fresh and balanced. Our mains were from the lunch menu. Mine was Kung Pao Shrimp that was delicious but missing the peanuts. Same situation with my husband's Kung Pao Tofu ... no peanuts. It wasn't a deal breaker as I said, just a few hiccups. Food is savory flavor bombs and when they get more experience this place will be rocking! We will most definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Seafood boil King Crab Lobster tail shrimp potatoes corn and egg

So before new owners took over this place was amazing always slapped to be fair I only ever get the seafood boils King Crab Lobster Tail Shrimp Eggs potatoes corn extra hot garlic butter lemon and their fried shrimp basket and onion rings everything is always great, usually. The last 2 times I have been there though, the flavors and taste were there it's just my stomach hurt and it sent me straight to the bathroom!!!! And it wasn't just me my son and my husband this has never happened before so they told me they weren't going back, I however still might try them again because like I mentioned before the taste was on point and after I got home and handled my business I was fine. So I'll be back next time to leave an updated review. The place is cute regular seafood looking joint nothing special they are clean, the bathrooms could be cleaner but I have seen worse. I love the staff they are great it is always a good time when I am in attendance. Oh their sushi I would just stay clear from if you're a high level sushi eater but if you aren't then go for it, not my cup of tea which is why I stick to the seafood boils and the fried baskets. I have tried 3 rolls 2 I cannot remember didn't like them the one roll I do remember was the spicy tuna it was mediocre but better than the other 2 rolls. It's a nice family place or a regular good old date night spot. Hope this helps.

Not many people out n about so I couldn't really get a vibe for what the place would be like when it gets busy. But it was a great spot for breakfast and we sat on the rooftop area inside so it was covered from the rain, but I can't wait to go back someday for the outside ocean front deck, even closer to the water. I ordered the Irish Benedicte with hash that is homemade on premise with slow roasted corned beef. Very tasty. The side of Home fries were thinly sliced and I had gravy added to that so it was tasty too. Our server was excellent, Trevor was a very nice guy and he recommended we come back for the all you can eat ribs. I wish I was staying in town longer and I would. I'll make a point to come back next visit.

The manager took our 2 dishes off of our bill. What's outrageous is that they charge a 2.9% service fee when using a credit/debit card. That's not posted anywhere. Our server,Sage, she was sweet. Will we go back? Definitely no. Too many other places to try.

My friend Angela suggested we try Palm Harbor Grill, where she's had good experiences in the past. The restaurant is located in a strip mall alongside other spots and appears to have been recently renovated. Inside was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. Our waiter, George, was friendly, down-to-earth, and very accommodating. He also spoke Portuguese, which made it easy for Angela to communicate. The menu was just okay. While it offered traditional Portuguese dishes, it also included Italian options, which felt a little out of place for a restaurant presenting itself as Portuguese cuisine. We started with the octopus in garlic sauce 5/5. It was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Easily the highlight of the meal. The shrimp in garlic sauce, served with Portuguese chips and white rice, was a bit of a letdown 2/5. There was very little sauce for the shrimp to soak up, and the flavor just didn't hit the mark. The biggest disappointment was the grilled Portuguese sausage 0/5. It was fatty, cold when served, and honestly inedible. George tried three times to warm it up for us. What made it more frustrating was watching other tables receive theirs flambéed tableside. Ours came out pre-cut and at what felt like refrigerated temperature. When we asked why ours wasn't served the same way, we were told that presentation style costs an additional $6. Really? I had the sangria, which was enjoyable though slightly on the sweeter side 3.5/5. Overall, I truly wish this experience had been better, especially considering the drive to Palm Coast from Jacksonville. I was hoping for a taste of home, but unfortunately, it fell short this time.

The beef was incredibly tender, slow-braised in a rich red wine reduction with pearl onions and mushrooms. The cream potatoes underneath were smooth, buttery, and perfect for soaking up that sauce. Every bite was delicious. We started with the Filet Carpaccio, thinly sliced and topped with shaved parmesan, capers, arugula, and crostini. Fresh, light, and beautifully plated. The bar program deserves its own mention. You can order a vodka soda anywhere, but here they elevate every drink with presentation and detail. Instead of a simple lime wedge, I watched drinks come out with full lime rounds resting on the rim. My Chocolate Martini dessert drink was practically artwork -- topped with a dehydrated orange slice, chocolate shavings, orange zest, and crossed chocolate-dipped sticks. It looked incredible and tasted even better. Atmosphere is another win here. Guests ranged from cocktail dresses to casual beachside attire and somehow it all fit perfectly. That balance is hard to achieve, but they've nailed it. We sat on the patio (about 67°) and they had the panels down, which kept it comfortable while still letting you enjoy the beachside atmosphere. Even the hallway to the restrooms was lined with art -- thoughtful details everywhere. Some restaurants look great but don't deliver on flavor. Others taste great but lack atmosphere. This place does both exceptionally well. Dinner for two with drinks came to $131 before tip, which felt very fair for the quality of food, cocktails, and overall experience. Looking forward to visit number three.
