Delivery for Lunch! Wild Ginger made record time in preparing and delivering our lunch orders. I ordered the 3 Roll Lunch Special, selected my 2 go-to rolls, and ordered the Veggies roll. I was impressed with the presentation of the Rolls tray and everything was freshly made. Good job Wild Ginger!!

My fiancé and I love Wild Ginger. We've tried their sushi, hibachi, and snow crabs and they have all been great! This is their lunch special which is $16 for three rolls and a soup and was so filling to share! It's always clean inside with a cozy ambiance, and the service is always fast and friendly.

We don't have this chain by us in NY and I wanted to try it out. I don't think this location was the way to do that. It's in the old Red Crab building and they didn't change ANYTHING. The interior is the same, the seats still have the logo on the backs of them, they're even reusing the napkin dispensers on the tables with the red crab on them. The whole experience of walking in it just weird - I can't really explain it but the vibe is way way off. It's dirty feeling and used, which isn't how you want to feel when eating seafood, especially raw seafood. All that being said, the food itself was pretty good. We only tried the lettuce wraps and had three sushi rolls (I've forgotten the names of them) and all were decent. I just would choose to go to a better sushi restaurant than eat here. Maybe we will try the Daytona location and see if it's better in a newer cleaner location. Props to our server who was very sweet and funny.

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Clean restaurant and comfortable seating. Our waitress was super sweet with a great sense of humor and checked on us often. There's a few little hiccups such as waiting to be seated and then waiting for someone to take our order. Out of fairness, we did arrive right at opening time of 11:00. It felt like they just weren't ready to start doing business. We started with their special appetizer of Ocean Nest which was absolutely delightful. A nest of fresh mango and cucumber sticks topped with sashimi tuna, salmon, and krab with a savory ponzu style sauce and topped with fresh cilantro. So fresh and balanced. Our mains were from the lunch menu. Mine was Kung Pao Shrimp that was delicious but missing the peanuts. Same situation with my husband's Kung Pao Tofu ... no peanuts. It wasn't a deal breaker as I said, just a few hiccups. Food is savory flavor bombs and when they get more experience this place will be rocking! We will most definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Went here over the weekend with some friends for sushi. It's a very small place but amazing vibes…read more The decor inside has decorative umbrellas hanging upside down. I wish I had taken a photo. The menu has a good variety for everyone. I am personally not a fan of raw fish due to the texture. I instead went with the veggie roll. My friend ordered three different specialty rolls and it came out on a giant dragon dish. The servers were constantly refilling our water without even asking. Someone had come in with a dog in a carrier, but the server instantly told them they could not eat inside. I feel like that is a sign that someone truly knows what they're doing. I cannot wait to go back and try more sushi.

Our server was on point as usual, took our drink order which was Cabernet Sauvignon wine for both of us. When he brought our drinks we ordered our food which was Bang Bang Shrimp, Chefs roll of choice, Manhattan roll and Mexican roll. The outdoor dining was great with the sun shining. We received the Bang Bang Shrimp first, which was big and delicious (still not sure how they are able to prepare as a circle). The rolls were brought out in a unique dragon platter. I don't know what the Chef's Choice was but it was absolutely delicious, it had avocado and cream cheese but not sure if tuna or salmon with masago on top. The Manhattan and Mexican rolls were just as fresh and delicious!

Although we didn't have reservations, Chelsea greeted us warmly and offered to seat us at the bar. My wife & daughter were hoping to get a table but we accepted because they were hungry. The sushi Chefs were actually great as they spoke to us & answered questions. Anyway, before this review becomes too long, we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness, taste and presentation of our orders. We started with a delightful Poki Salad (13) -Sesame and Seaweed Salad, Tuna, Spicy Sauce, Ponzu. My wife enjoyed her NIGIRIs, our daughter enjoyed her URAMAKI Mango (17) -Shrimp Tempura, Crab, Mango, Eel Sauce and Spicy Sauce and I was actually loving my rich, buttery, super succulent URAMAKI Hammock Beach (13) -Escolar Tempura, Avocado, Japanese Mayo and Tobiko. By the way, I think this is the way to enjoy Escolar. Having a whole steak could prove to be too much to handle. Don't say you haven't been warned LOL. So if you're at the Hammock Beach Resort and jonesing for Asian cuisine, check out Sushi Bar.
