First time in on a Saturday afternoon for brunch. Had a little but if a wait because there was a full house. Host was friendly and polite. The menu was very innovative with a good variety of options. I decided to go with the Creole omelet, my wife did the buffalo chicken omelet. Service seemed to take a longer than I'd expect but then I reminded myself that they're busy. In the meantime, we bought ordered libations. I had the sangria and the wife had the mimosa. Bought sufficed. The meal themselves were good. Maybe I should mention that bought our boys had breakfast and their portion was plenty. I can say that I'll definitely be back again and next time I'll try something different. I'm looking forward to trying something new. read more

Gluten free foodies win! I am gluten intolerant so whenever I go out to eat, it's hard to find a good menu with decent options that I am able to eat. When we got to the restaurant, I asked if they had a gluten free menu and they did.. an entire page front & back of gf options! I was pleasantly surprised. The waiter was more than aware of what gluten was, which was really nice. I was more surprised to find they serve gluten free pancakes and French toast! The food is great as well as the service! read more

Perfect place for a casual brunch. Food and service was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Very cute brunch place! Nice food choices for a hearty brunch. I had the Mr Potato Head which was quite tasty and the favorite of the table! Would definitely recommend this place. It was convenient and quick for a weekday lunch which is much appreciated when you're on limited time to get back to work. read more

Been here three different times since the opened,Trying to find good in this place but the never deliver. Always BAD service and their food is less then average. read more

Food really good and decently priced. My biggest problem is the 8.00$ orange juice which was worth 40 cents less than my entire meal. I don't get drinks aside from water very often. I figured an orange juice would be nice for a change, but I have never seen one at this price. I was expecting at the most like $3.50 no way did I realize it was going to be $8.00. I'm not cheap by any means, but this is a bit over the top. read more

What a miserable experience. From the minute we walked in the door, nothing went well. There was a mob of people in the waiting area. Tables were leaving and no one was being seated. Eventually, a woman who appeared to be in charge came out from the kitchen and began seating people randomly, without regard to reservations or how long people had been waiting. A couple squeezed into the back corner indicated they had a reservation but had been waiting over an hour to be seated. The wait staff was amateurish, with no real interest (or training, apparently) in customer service. The food was OK, but certainly nothing to get excited about. One of our meals came with a muffin and we ordered blueberry. With the young girl who appeared to come out of the kitchen brought our food, she told us they were out of blueberry muffins so the gave us an everything one instead. This place has a good reputation and we were there for a special occasion. It was certainly not worthy of a speca occasion and I would have been disappointed if I had just jumped in for an every day breakfast. read more

Delicious! Long Sunday morning wait for a table, but the Breakfast Counter had available seating. All breakfasts were big enough to share. The cinnamon roll was amazing, crunchy on the edges with cream cheese icing. Oatmeal served with plate of toppings. Chorizo biscuits and gravy was rich with homemade buicuits. read more

Wild Eggs - Yummy oatmeal - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Carmel, Indiana

We'd heard of Wild Eggs, but had never had a chance to visit until this day. Although it's a bit difficult to get to (Our GPS pretty much had us in an endless maze of roundabouts for a while), for us, it was well worth the trip. Our server....who's name I've unfortunately forgotten...was prompt, friendly, and knew the menu inside out. The inside is quite "bright" for a breakfast place, and I really liked it...it really had that "pop" that wakes you up! There are some really interesting choices on the menu, including a breaded tenderloin/egg dish for breakfast, which I opted for. The eggs were done perfectly, and the breaded tenderloin, while not the best I've ever had, was quite good, With the hollandaise sauce, it made for a VERY tasty combination. The grits, which I chose instead of potatoes, were...average. Still, the entire experience was quite good, and we'd not hesitate to visit again. read more

Our server was good. He offered coffee before and after our meal which I took him up on. My guest ordered some giant cheesey cubed potatoes so so so good! I had the Klamath Katie's which is my usual. I love the queso on these, but don't care for the chorizo. Our server said he likes his with chicken so that's what I got an enjoyed it. The pick de Gallo tastes straight up like tomatoes with no flavor so that threw it all off a bit. The stacks of pancakes are massive! read more

Loved this place! Great menu selection and the food is amazing! Great service and all day breakfast and lunch on the menu. I drive by every day and didn't know this was here! read more

It was just ok. I sent back the biscuits and gravy because they were not hot, and the brought me a new one. Service was good.

It's kind of hit or miss, it seems. Some days, the wait is awful, and the food is mediocre. Other days, we are seated immwdiatly. But even then, the food is still kind of mediocre. I've never really been blown away. Their fried steak is decent. Their omelettes are passable. The muffins are muffins, it's hard to mess them up. Same thing with hash browns. All in all, just get there early if you want to watch within a decent amount of time. Otherwise, just avoid the wait and go someplace else. read more

Great place as long as you don't mind waiting. I will never understand why places like this don't take reservations. It's beyond annoying and just plane stupid in my humble opinion. You wait 45 minutes to sit down and then you wait 45 minutes to get your food. Every business owner should treat this owner with the same service. Make him or her wait for everything because reservations are not accepted. Great food. Great service from the staff. The best oatmeal I have ever had at a restaurant. read more

Nice quiet breakfast spot. I lime the grits and the omelets. The coffee could be hotter. Very friendly, cheery restaurant. Good brunch option with fairly easy parking. read more

This is why you get up for breakfast. Nothing overly fancy, but everything done well, with purpose as I say. Every plate that passes by to another table is worth gawking - simple and delicious, without getting out of their lane. Wild Eggs is family friendly, and I've never had a bad server. Pictured are the Breakfast Nachos with chorizo. Well-portioned layers. Extremely good. read more

While recently in Carmel, IN visiting family I was treated to a delicious and entertaining brunch at Wild Eggs. It appears brunch is a local favorite in this cute town as the wait was nearly 40 minutes at around 10:30am. The restaurant is bright and open with a waiting area this small but there is some limited seating for those that are unable to stand for long periods of time. The $2.00 mimosas make the wait go by fast too. :) Our large party of 12 was seated with a waitress that was meant to handle a crowd. She was funny, knowledgeable and on top of it. The food was delicious...I tried the "Mr. Potato Head" - a cheesypotato casserole based dish, with scrambled eggs atop and a side of bacon. The dish also comes with your choice of bread, I had the Everything Muffin and while it wasn't what I expected, it was ok. Other favorites at the table were the breakfast quesadilla and breakfast nacho. The portions are good size and may be splittable, depending on the appetites of your group. It's definitely worth a visit!! read more

This place is way overrated and wayyyyy overpriced. Their muffins quite frankly taste like absolutely nothing. 34.00 for a crappy breakfast with very slow service. The only reason I have them 2 stars was because the coffee was good and hot. I think that may have cost like $5.00, not sure. read more

I am a frequent visitor of this location and the fishers location! I even had my birthday brunch with a big reservation here :) I just have to comment because we just ate at the Carmel location and were blown away by everything! Our server, Sarah (beautiful bright red hair), gave us the best service we have had at a Wild Eggs location. Everything was so fast! The food was AMAZING!!! My fiancé had the chicken salad sandwich and said it was by far the best he had ever had. I got the chorizo biscuits and gravy and they were a game changer!! On top of $2 mimosas, we just had the best experience this time. Thanks Sarah, we will be back and request her next time!!! read more

Overall a great experience! They modified my meal to accommodate my needs which is awesome! Be warned, go early otherwise you will be waiting. As for service, the first time we went, the gentleman said my chosen meal did not include a muffin but on the second trip the other server said it does...overall, a small oversight just wish he would have offered to check or verify but can't win them all. Also, if you have kids they have a cute coloring page and the servers were engaging and perfect with my hungry babies!! read more

This is always a great visit. The staff is quick and the food is tasty. I've tried the egg benedict, the french toast, the salmon benedict, the pancakes, the Mr. Potato Head (My Fav), and the Kalamaty Katie beneditct, and the were all very good. I usually go Sunday mornings and since I am by myself I just do no-wait entrance to the bar. But I usually see people waiting at this location though. They are very nice and my usual waitress has my order memorized. read more

I've visited this establishment a few times and have had mixed experiences. And because of that I try to visit more than once to get the full vibe of a business before being too critical. Unfortunately we as humans today find fault quickly and praise slowly. On this visit we had a party of nine. Six adults and three toddlers. We called ahead which is recommended due to our party size. Upon arrival, the front of staff was friendly and accommodating on this crowded Sunday. Our wait was minimal (20 minutes) and our table was ready promptly. The rockstar of this visit was Brittany. She waited our table like a super pro and was especially friendly and caring this day. It made our visit well worth it. The food is good, the accommodations were good and the service this trip was amazing. Thanks to Brittany! Of course there has to be at least one disappointment to be fair to future customers who are looking for a great place to have brunch. The music piped in the overhead speakers this Sunday morning was 80's and 90's hard rock at volume levels that were so loud that we had to yell across the table for conversation. Not good. Hopefully a reasonable fix in the future. Good job wild eggs. We'll be back. read more

Food was amazing, Angela was my waitress and she was so attentive and helpful (even gave me samples of the 2 types of gravy they had for B & G - chorizo or bacon gravy). Wild eggs is so good. The ambiance the food and the staff as well. We went to this place and their brunch is amazing. You need to try their anything made with potatoes. It's so good and the best thing is the food is good and it won't make you sick read more

I ordered carry out for two for the price of $25. The amount we received was very small. Could have had 2 portions easily. It tasted alright but nothing special (May be expected for a carry out order). Regardless, we had the Belgian waffle and French toast and unfortunately when I was given the bag of food I left without checking it. I guess I always expect to have everything I need in the bag when they hand it to me and say you're all set. Anyways, I took it back to the hotel we were staying at and noticed that we didn't have any plastic ware, napkins, or even syrup. Needless to say eating waffles and French toast from your hand without having any syrup to dunk it in is not the most enjoyable. (Thankfully the hotel was able to provide us with some syrup and plastic ware). Although we didn't dine in, I'm giving it 2 stars for the ambiance. Looked really unique and clean! I hope this review is helpful and they are able to improve future customers experience. read more

So sad!!! We were having a celebratory weekend. My husband picked up breakfast which he does on random occasions and this morning it was NOT GOOD!! Stuffed French toast, no side of whip cream, I pkg of syrup, about 5 strawberry pieces, little to none cream cheese...there was no wait so no excuse! Very disappointed! I would think keeping your customers happy during a pandemic would be a priority..obviously not. read more

One word... Awful. If you have the tastebuds of a toddler, then I can understand your reasoning to eat here. It was flavorless. Wilds eggs, more like just eggs. read more

The cinnamon roll was fantastic, the service was good, and the atmosphere was good. My veggie Bennie Florentine was just okay there was a pile of unfried garlic on it that made it hard to eat. The potatoes were good. My oldest had a waffle and he really enjoyed it and my youngest had a short stack that he could only get 1/4 of the way through. He wasn't a fan he loved the cinnamon roll and the whip cream on the stack. It was 3 meals no coffee or soda and still, 34-35 bucks. I pay that when I eat local in Springfield. read more

Overall, this place is pretty good. Service can get backed up on busy weekends. Got here today with wife and kids, waited like 20 mins but food was decent, corned beef hash is not 5 stars but edible for sure. Decor is a little sparse. read more

I've had my eye on trying Wild Eggs for a while now and it was worth the wait. I really enjoyed my breakfast burrito (removed the pico de gallo, added Serrano peppers), and my wife had a 'build your own omelette'. We both really enjoyed our meals, the restaurant and server; the only complaint I had and the reason I gave it a 4/5 was the speed of service, granted it was a Sunday brunch, probably their busiest time of the week, but it still felt like it took a while to get our food and our server tended to disappear. Besides that I really enjoyed my experience and I'll definitely be back. read more

Bright and clean breakfast spot. Friendly staff and good food. The eggs were a little undercooked for my taste but I know many people like them that way. Only real complaint is that they have "everything muffins" and my son is allergic to sesame so I felt nervous about the possibility of cross-contamination. But aside from that I recommend this restaurant for breakfast/brunch if you're in the area. read more

Joined online waitlist, then called to confirm reservation was told 30 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes and was told the wait was an hour.

It was...I really wanted to like it, but it was just mediocre. Table settings were sloppy--is the off-kilter silverware intentional? It looked messy rather than trendy (see photo of table next to ours, set for new guests). It wasn't busy (weekday morning), but service wasn't great. They forgot our kid's pancakes, which arrived when the adults were almost done with our food, and did not offer to comp the charge for the delay. They also forgot a plastic plate for her--had to request it twice. The food was okay. They also forgot the muffin with my Jimmy the Greek frittata, which I just now realized, dang it. Overpriced for pretty uncomplicated breakfast dishes. Pancakes were pale and nowhere near as awesome as Cracker Barrel's (say what you will about the CB aesthetic, their pancakes are AMAZEBALLS). The decor was cute. There's a Starbucks next door, so probably won't return. read more
