I do find the oysters to be quite massive and hard to chew the whole thing at once. Cutting them just seems silly though. Steaks are prepared very well and to your liking each time. I have never had a bad one. Good flavor too. I am going to spring on the Hawaiian Ribeye the next time I go on my dime. It's a classic that I remember from Steak and Ale as well as Houston's. Both now gone from Memphis. I like the she crab soup an awful lot, and just about every entree I have had here is killer. You really cannot go wrong with the food. Just order something you normally like and boom. I will also say this. The short ribs I had last time were some of the best I have ever had. Bravo on that! To ensure everyone would be seated (~20 people), I had 2 reservations, which was frowned upon. Luckily we were all seated in close proximity. Even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated, which I found interesting because I had to confirm more than once. Due to the size of our party, we had 2 servers. The one over my table was Lin, not sure the name of the young lady. Lin was very attentive and ensured we were taking care of in a timely manner. Service with the female server (from the what I was told) wasn't as great. My food and drink were great. Tasty, Warm and Delicious.
