Our favorite dog park in Denton because of the sand pit. My dog absolutely loves the sandpit. Would highly recommend only going in the morning. In the afternoon/evening the owners are much less vigilant. The few times we've been here in the evening, there have been more aggressive dogs with owners that are stare at their phone or are reading a book. The morning crowd here is fantastic. The other pet owners remember your dogs name and make it feel like a great community.

Our favorite place to be! The recent remodeling is excellent! We now have, sprinklers, a paved sand area around the picnic tables and a well-functioning and easily accessible water fountain in the shape of a fire hydrant. How funny! There are three fenced areas, Big/Small dog and the third one is for birthday parties. No I'm kidding. However I can't say we didn't throw down on Charlie's 1st Birthday ;). The nature trails beyond the park are spacious and enchanting. The four-legged kids are sure to enjoy reconnecting with their wild side, or at least the ponds and squirrels! Paws crossed, the next remodeling will bring a bar for the dog parents. Pupperitas or Woof-ford on the rocks?

Wiggly Field is accommodating to all types of dogs and provides plenty of space for dogs to run around and play together. There's an area for larger dogs, one for small dogs, and a section for those that aren't quite ready to interact with a lot of dogs yet. I guess you could call that area the "training" area. Not only are there fenced in areas, but there are also trails and a pond where you can take your dog too. There's plenty of shaded areas and benches to sit on too while you let your dog roam. Trash cans and poop bags are available on site too.

Nice dog park well kept and worth checking out. I would definitely recommend being some kind of shade during the summer months

Great park for dogs to play…read more Cars broken into in the parking lot - don't leave any valuables showing in your car - I watched a couple stand waiting for the police for over an hour to report the crime Some weird dog owners who lose their minds who could stand to read a book about dogs. Everyone is an expert even if they are not. People go buy $8 squeaky balls and expect all the other dogs not to want to steal it. Where do dogs come from? Wolves - high pitched squeaks sound like prey animals. Dogs come to investigate based on instinct derived from wolves Most of the people stand in an area smaller than the small dog park and then they ignorantly wonder why their dogs get into scuffles. Pack mentality 30-40% of dog owners don't leash their dogs from the car to the entry gate. 50% of dog owners pick up their dogs poop. Yelling and screaming only makes dogs more agitated. Read a book before you come in No trees when the water is on it trickles out of the fountain. Someone abandoned a dog one night and the park ranger ( who drives around aimlessly) and the Lewisville animal shelter wouldn't come and take it to the shelter because it was after hours and the animal wasn't sick or injured. They said to leave the dog in the park overnight and it was below freezing. If your dog is unsure of itself don't bring it to a dog park unless you understand how hierarchy works...use your phone your stuck to all day and research dog behavior.

Loved how big the dog park is, seems like a lot of activities for sports and the skate park looked…read morepretty cool
