4 stars because it was small and once it got busy, people were waiting for machines and had no place to sit. Other than that, it takes some getting used to the system, but I appreciated the genuine level of service here. You let the attendant (a very hard-working, kind, and attentive woman running around helping people) know which machine you'd like to fill. Your clothes are in and soap is in and she comes and scans the machine with a tablet and basically starts a tab for you. After your wash is done and you move to a dryer, she scans the dryer and creates a total for you, which you can pay by cash or debit. This lady works her butt off and has a pretty great personality, hard not to respect her in comparison to people you see running other laundry joints. The prices are extremely affordable, and if you're doing more than one load, paying this way makes it way easier than putting in a ton of quarters or swiping a card at each machine. Getting there earlier will get you a parking spot and a machine, so that's what I suggest. I called in and she offered to hold a machine for me if I was on my way, which was pretty awesome. read more

This laundry mat is always clean. But i hate when worker toch my clothes they actually move my clothes to a different dryer with out asking me.that's bull shit and then they drop my clothes and they did not even apologize after my clothes wher just washed she just threw it inside the dryer like if nothing happened.. that is very disrespectful .I don't like the new workers. read more

This place seems like a really good place to go when I arrived. It was clean, there was gentle classical music playing, and it had a generally nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were definitely a few things that counted against giving more stars. Number one, there are definitely not enough regular capacity machines to wash your clothing in. It seems like there were about six regular capacity machines, and everything else was a five dollars and up machine. That seems like a strange decision to me. Number two, after putting my stuff in the wash, I came back to find that somebody had switch the music to blaringly loud country music. Although I dislike country music, I would have tolerated it had it not been for the volume. When I asked an employee if she could turn it down a little bit, she explained to me that she turns it loud so you can't hear the machines, and turned it down only very slightly and asked me if it was okay. Number three, when I pulled my stuff out of the dryer to put it on the counter and I noticed some dirt on the counter and requested a cleaning spray and some paper towels so that I can wipe it down. Instead of saying "sure, let me grab those for you", she said "he just put that stuff away" before she grabs the items for me. Number four, this place only takes quarters. I don't understand how any laundromat still does this in a day and age of all things automated. It is such a nuisance to have to either lug quarters around or make sure that one has cash to get quarters. I don't think that my observations or complaints are unreasonable, and for such a nice looking laundromat, I was surprised to find all of these issues. read more

I've been coming here for awhile because it's usually clean. The last couple of times I was there it was pretty messy and my clothes came out smelling like smelly chemicals. I can't deal with highly scented products and no matter what I did this time everything came out smelling. I'm going to need to find a new place. read more

I have found the North Bay to be quite lacking in decent laundromat services. The washers rarely get my clothes clean or the venues feel dirty and badly managed. Wifi wash is the exception to this rule. I discovered this place a few months ago and have had very positive experiences since. The owner is often there and very attentive and helpful. He welcomes feedback and is on top of any machine malfunctions that occur. I like that the washers charge different prices for different services. If you just need a cold cycle normal wash you pay less than if you have some heavy stains to get out. The dryers are pretty hot and I find that it doesn't take more than 25-30 mins for my clothes to be ready to fold. There are magazines available in the nice seating area while you wait too, in case you forgot a book. Best place to get the chore of laundry done, highly recommend. read more

When I moved up to Santa Rosa, I looked for a place to live that had washer and dryer hookups. I found a place that was equipped, but I have not gone out to purchase a washer and dryer. You see, I have a problem. I am expecting that the family will move up here within the next six months, and we already have a nice washer and dryer that we will move with us. I don't really want to buy a washer and dryer that I am only going to use for six months. So, I found myself needing a place to do laundry in the interim. I read some reviews, and it seemed that most of the laundromats in Santa Rosa a kind of nasty. I decided to give WiFi Wash a try because it got good reviews with an emphasis on cleanliness. It's a bit of a drive, but I found that the drive is worth it. I have been to WiFi Wash a couple times now. First time, the attendant was very nice. When I told her I had not been to a laundromat in years, she showed me how to use the machines. Very helpful. She also told me about the wash and fold service and made sure I had the wifi password. They have three different size of washers and different settings that allow you to customize water temp and soil level. Washes start at $2.25, and I can get a full laundry basket into the smallest washer. Second time I went, the attendant was not as friendly, but the place was still clean. I did not see any sketchy people there. I will probably continue to use WiFi Wash until the family moves up or I break down and spend the money for a washer and dryer of my own. read more

I just moved into an apartment without a washer and dryer for the first time in a long time... I was dreading this task. My friend suggested this location (her 25 yo son even calls these ladies his "laundry fairies" lol. They always do an amazing job and everything is nearly folded!) I brought my 10 yo son with me (heavily depending on the Wifi part of this places services)... I have to say - they're AMAZING. The service staff, the actual amenities, the cleanliness of the machines... Hands down the nicest laundromat I've ever used. This is going to be my regular place now, for sure. read more

This laundromat is great! I had a huge couple of gnarly loads including down comforter and 6 pillows, throw rugs, dozens of sheets, and even my couch upholstery (very bad cat while I was on vacation). Both attendants were super nice, very helpful in getting the right size/best value loads for what I was washing. As someone else said in another review, they worked their butts off doing the wasg & fold orders, and were cheerful and friendly the whole time. I had to leave for an errand, and they pulled loads out of the dryers for me, or added more time as needed. Online tablet way of paying for the loads is so much easier than quarters or cards. The place is spotless, the equipment is in great condition. Five stars! read more

hands down best laundry in town machines are always working and place is always clean

This place is amazing! It's always kept super clean. There are plenty of washers & dryers. I've never had an issue with getting a machine. They have huge washers that have the capacity of 6 loads in one. The dryers are huge too. Plenty of folding table space. A nice hand washing station. Free wifi; perfect for students who need to get homework done. Lounge chairs & magazines to make you feel like you're at home. They also sell snacks & drinks & they even have a play area for kids. There is always an employee here which is great in case you have any issues or questions. They take credit/debit cards and they have a change machine. Also has a restroom. There are plenty of food places nearby as well. I always have lunch or dinner while I do my laundry! Best laundromat EVER!!!!!! read more

I was trying to do a load of laundry at around 3-4:30PM on Friday, July 31, 2020, and I asked for a couple extra quarters from the lady working at the window. She didn't seem to understand what I was saying, so she wanted to put money on the machines remotely and didn't understand that I said I had 3 quarters already and just wanted to get a few extra minutes. She told me to put the quarters in and then she would add 20 minutes. It turned out that I only needed 7 extra minutes and she refused to give my coins back, saying that she couldn't and it would be her money. She had a ride tone of voice so I just said I'd rather have the coins I didn't need back. She then said "I don't know why you even came to me" in an exasperated tone of voice. I waited as she came back with my coins and then she refused to put the money I asked for on the machine (7 extra minutes. I clearly said that I wanted 30 minutes multiple time.) She walked away and assisted another customer saying that she couldn't help me. I said that I needed the extra time and she blew up, telling me to get my clothes and get out of the store and never come back. She kept saying "You're rude!" I never raised my voice the slightest bit or said anything but what I needed to dry my clothes that I already washed there. Just a few more minutes. I believe she said her name was "Pam" to another customer though she refused to give it to me. She kept telling me to never come back on her shift, and then just ignored me when I asked how to contact the management. I would highly recommend avoiding this deranged woman. I am almost certain she will lie about what happened to make it look like she was in the right. read more

WiFi Wash - Laundry Services Near Me - Cotati, California

The people working there are the best, especially Deb. Down below I saw a review that said the place was dirty... Every time I have gone there it is absolutely spotless. Otherwise I would not go. it is actually a very pleasant experience... And Petaluma is very lucky to have this laundromat. There are reports that there are people stealing clothes... That probably could be anywhere. There is an attendant at night and Deb is there during the day. Check it out yourself and see what your experience is. Peace. read more

A few days ago I decided to stop in to Wi-Fi Wash and wash a comforter. While I was there I met the new owner whose name is Drew. We got to talkin and just wanted to say he's a very nice and accommodating person who also keeps his laundry facility in excellent condition and very clean. I will continue to go back there and wouldn't go anywhere else. Also he went above and beyond for my 90 year old neighbor. read more

Went camping and had a large tent and comforter that needed a good cleaning that our home washer couldn't handle. I was really impressed with how clean and well maintained this place is. A lot of laundromats in the area look run down and have a seedy feel to them but this is a pleasant exception. I would feel safe doing laundry here at night which isn't something I can say about many of the other options in the RP/Cotati area. I like that all the machines are new and energy efficient and depending on how soiled your clothes are the price to run the machine is different. There are comfy lounge chairs to sit in, tons of magazines (good ones not a 1987 issue of Fish and Game) and a play train set for the kids to play with. I'll be back anytime our home washer isn't up to the task! read more

Incredible service with the wash and fold. Charged by the pound, at a reasonable price for washing. I am on vacation and need to do some laundry. We normally do laundry at Somerville area laundromats. This is by far the cleanest and best laundromat I have ever been to. I love this place. The convenience WiFi wash offers is unmatched. In the last year they installed card readers on all the washers which is super convenient. Every time we go someone's been wiping down the machines so it's very clean. We became loyalty members and used the FasCard to load money onto and have a laundry budget on it every week. Then we learned you can use this on the FasCard app and you can add money and start machines straight from your phone! Of course they still have the coin op laundry features too. The staff is always super friendly. They have wash and dry laundry service that we haven't used yet but would like to soon. You can buy snacks and drinks. There's so many machines and are all operable, if there's ever a machine out of order it seems to get repaired right away. I can't say enough good things about this place. They definitely make doing laundry seem like less of a chore. read more
