Jesse also helped us setup a weekly schedule that worked optimally for our blanket turnover. He even showed up for our first pickup to make sure that the whole process ran smoothly for everyone! Not trying to give a bad review to hurt the business but moreso to grab their attention. I use to come here all the time before new owners took over. Not sure if they're in the process of renovating but even when I came here few months back, it still looked the same so I don't think they're in a renovating process or it would have been done by now. Quarters use to give 7 minutes and now they give 5 minutes. You'll get your basic laundry needs done here if you're just coming to wash and dry clothes. I personally haven't used their services but seems like they're great base on other reviews. There's some cute decors around the place now but the place is absolutely filthy which is ironic when it's a place you come to get your clothes cleaned. Machines are dusty, found pet hair or some kind of fur in some machines, floors are dirty, and it looks like someone was sleeping here and left their blanket here. A worker came in and didn't even bother getting rid of it. There's wooden boards around the place too and benches are dirty which sucks if you want to just stay, relax, and wait for your laundry. Some pros: they have a vending machine for snacks and laundry needs and they have a scan and pay on some of their machines. read more

Replied to my inquiry on Yelp very quickly. Even though they are a small operation, they get the job for dry cleaning done very well. They are responsive and have great communication throughout the process. We usually go to them for their wash and fold service. Sometimes we would use the machines ourselves. I'd say the wash and fold turn around time is quick and our clothes are well taken care of. The only thing I would be mindful of is parking. Sometimes there will be parking close to the facility but most of the time the 10 min parking is occupied by other customers. They might have a few machines that's out of service but overall they get it fixed quick. I do like that you can pay through an app if you're short on change. Overall pretty good spot. read more

They are wonderful. I used them for the first time yesterday. They picked up my laundry and delivered back to me today. They also gave me 15% off for being a first time user. My laundry was returned pristine. No wrinkles. Socks rubber banded together. Nothing was crinkly or overdryed. My clothes were folded perfectly. Everything was neatly tied up in plastic. Prices are reasonable. You pay extra for pick up and delivery. I have used a few other services in SF. I have never been satisfied as I was with The Laundry Corner. Check them out. We used The Laundry Corner to wash and dry our down comforter, it's a full/queen and I couldn't imagine using our home washer & dryer for this task. When I phoned about it they were all too happy to accept the job! I dropped-in at my convenience and they asked what return date I needed, if product free of dyes and fragrances was okay and had me pay with contactless charge tap. I had a larger than normal backup of laundry and no time to take it myself to a local place, so I tried The Laundry Corner. They were very communicative by text, the pickup and delivery staff were timely and pleasant and everything was returned clean and stacked together by type, ie all the socks paired, all the towels with towels, etc. Nice. One surprising thing. No smell. I guess they use unscented cleaners? I miss that newly washed aroma. Although their Yelp site says free delivery in San Francisco and I am just 2.8 miles away from them, in the Castro, they charged me $20 for the pickup and delivery. read more

I live in the Outer Richmond and found The Laundry Corner. It was incredibly easy to set up a pick up through their website. Their prices are very reasonable, and they even have a super cheap option for wash/dry only (no folding), which is what I chose. You can opt for a double wash for a little extra per pound if your clothes are heavily soiled. They give you free choices for detergents, oxy addition, and dryer sheets. Pick up and drop off was perfect and on time. Through the entire order I received updates via text. Clothes look and smell great. I tipped heavily for staff and the drivers and you should too. I couldn't recommend the Laundry Corner more! Easily the best laundromat I've been to in my ten years in SF. The new owners have done a fabulous job in freshening up the place, and care about getting to know their clients and neighbors. I appreciate how clean the space is at all times, and that the owners are always around and keeping an eye on things! They have plenty of machines so there are never any concerns about being able to do multiple loads at once. As someone who is very picky about laundry and generally unsatisfied with the cleaning power of laundromat washing machines, I LOVE their new machines!!! My sweaty workout clothes have never been happier. They are also working on getting machines that accept cards for change, which will be awesome. The owners are so so lovely, and helpful. They truly care about building relationships with their clients! Multiple times I've been a few quarters short for my load, and they've allowed me to venmo them for change so I don't have to go to Safeway and get cash back. On top of that, the other day I was a rough day and desperately needed to get to yoga class, but was going to be delayed to pick up my dry laundry from the machine. Their wash & fold service saved the day! We have a two month old baby and it is wild how much laundry a little tiny darling creature can make! We've tried other laundry places but the clothes were dried too roughly or the detergent smelled like straight up chemicals. Not the Laundry Corner! They are on top of everything! The team was kind to hear out my concerns when I grilled them about the type of detergent they used and the type of bags they used (because cheap plastic bags have a horrible smell). The Laundry Corner uses eco-friendly hypoallergenic detergent for our laundry and they provided us with a huge and cute reusable sustainable fabric laundry bag to keep clean and folded clothes in. I really liked their team as you can tell they are a small local mom-and-pop kind of business who are savvy enough to keep up with the mega laundry chains (like Rinse but Rinse has gone down in quality and responsiveness and is way too expensive). They know how to use Yelp messages (which is huge for a tech-heavy city like SF) and are incredibly responsive. They kept track of our clothes and our laundry baskets and returned everything to us in great condition! They even contacted me the next day to let me know our laundry was ready for pick-up (which is really nice because I am totally scattered these days with a baby at home).
