We had need of washing a very large king size mattress topper. When we went in all the machines that would accommodate it were full. There was a lovely woman there so we inquired about their wash and fold service and she took care of everything for us for a reasonable price with great service. I believe her name was Debbie or Debra. She is a keeper. Would highly recommend this place. It looked clean and well-maintained. read more

Before today, I had never been to a laundromat. I had no idea how the machines or payment cards worked going in. The woman working this morning was extremely helpful and kind. She evaluated my load of laundry (which I thought I'd have to split into two loads) and guided me to a large machine that would fit it all in one load. She showed me how to use the machine and came over to help me load my card with money. She offered us free coffee and snacks. I will definitely be back here due to the fast and clean machines along with the extraordinary customer service. As far as cost, I can't contribute much as I have not been to any other laundromats. Felt like a fair price for what I got. read more

Just getting around to posting this. A couple months back I had all my clothes stolen from this business, 4 huge dryer loads. Nothing came from the security cam footage or my discussions with the owner. If you go here, don't take your eyes off the dryers. read more

I happen to go here of and noticed the older hispanic lady mistreating a few different homeless people i happen to help out. She also snapped at me for using an empty basket claiming she was using it when it wasnt anywhere near her. Also expensive and the cards they sell for the machine stop working so you have to buy a new one nearly every time you go. read more

Nicest laundromat in Petaluma. Always super clean & the gal that works there is the best!

The Laundry Depot in S McDowell lady shouted that the place was closed (it was 9:15pm and they close at 10pm - oh well) I looked up the closest spot. So happy I did! ! The gentleman was so helpful and accommodating. Offered everyone water, handed out lollipops, and consistently checked on every patron. My blankets were drying when it was nearing 10pm, he went up to me to not stress and whatever time it took for my blankets to dry was not an issue. The vibe was cozy and calm with the cherry on top being the cleanliness. Less chaotic and overstimulating than the Laundry Depot. I will make this my go to place for my large blankets that don't fit in my w/d at home. read more

My experience with this laundromat was positive. The attendant was very pleasant and a great help, especially since I had not used a laundromat in many years. I had what would have been at least three loads of laundry to wash and the attendant advised me to use the super large machine so I could save money. Everything fit with room to spare. The machine took 25 minutes to wash my huge load. Not knowing what to expect as how clean my clothes, I was thrilled to see that my clothes looked even cleaner than when I used my own washing machine. Since my dryer still works, I loaded my clothes in my car and drove away quite please! I must add, the facility was very clean and the washing machines were spotless. read more

Clean facility with new machines but the process to access a money card is a new method for me. You need to use cash or credit card to purchase and place "credit" on a card. The card is used to purchase the washer cycle. There's various size machines. The it's used to buy minutes on the dryer, 7 minute cycles. The iwash wins because they average gaining an unused 15 cents left unused on the cards. The soap dispenser was sold out. We went next door to 7-11 and bought detergent at 4.99 read more

No attendant. No air circulation, hot, muggy, stale air. Card purchase required, Pay to Play, $1.50 deposit, will I ever get that $1.50 back? How do I get the $1.50 back? One entrance/exit, dangerous, only one of the swing doors unlocked. Another business with the motto "just give me your money, just give me your money" read more

I have only a small w/d unit in my apartment, so when I have bulky items to wash or extra sheets & towels from a house guest, I haul it to the laundromat. I found this place on Yelp, and came all the way up from San Rafael, 'cause the only nearby laundromat is crowded and dirty. It was worth the drive. There is a large, vacant storefront near iWash, which may not be good for business but is good for people doing their laundry, because there is plenty of parking space right outside. The place is clean, most of the machines work, and there's plenty of space for folding one's clothes. I bought a card and found it hard to get it to work in the dryers; however a kind woman helped me use the card and even bought me a dryer cycle to get it going. The attendant arrived later, and offered me a bag to carry my laundry out. Worth the trip! read more

Love this laundromat! Last load is 8:30 pm, but they allow plenty of time for drying & sorting after that. Both managers are friendly and professional. Repairs are done promptly when necessary. read more

I like this business! It is clean and machines are well maintained. I don't come here often but when I do I am satisfied

I had an unexpectedly great experience! Since I haven't been to a laundromat since college, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had zero idea how to use the machines...does it take quarters? How long does it take? Etc. Luckily I found Deborah! She's the amazingly friendly, outgoing, personable, hand-holder that I needed. She walked me through the process & made it painless. I dried two loads of laundry in 35 min. for $1.50/load. As grateful as I'll be when my dryer at home gets fixed, I would happily come here again! read more

I go to IWASH TOO when I need a laundromat. The place is super clean. There is someone always on staff. They r friendly and very helpful, when needed. Currently, I live about 35 minutes away so when I come into town I'm always in a rush to get things done. Although, doing my laundry in less than 2 hours is quick to me , I'd rather be doing errands while the clothes r washing instead of sitting there. So, I decided to check out their Wash&Fold Service. I dropped my clothes off on Saturday am and was offered same day service. That allowed me to run errands and pick up my clothes on my way home. Debra did a fantastic job with laundering. She is super sweet and thoughtful. The price is very reasonable. I believe it's 1.50 a pound and her services. I had 2 large black garbage bags full of blankets , comforters , towels and some clothes It was about $50. That's doable. She provides soap, bleach and softener if you want. Check it out. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Went in to do my laundry. I saw the old man come from behind the counter get in an Asian guys face. I was so scared. I thought he was going to hit him. There was lots of screaming. I didn't know what to do because I couldn't leave because my clothes were in the dryer. Eventually it calmed down but it was so scared!!! read more

iWash Too - The guy in the back there!!! - Laundry Services Near Me - Petaluma, California

We were visiting from out of town and looked up a laundry near the KOA. Only 10 minutes away. Tom, the attendant this evening, was so kind and helpful. He helped us wash and dry a comforter, showed us how to use the laundry cards, and even helped us watch our time on washers and driers. Laundry was busy but there were plenty of washers and driers of all sizes for us to do all our laundry with no waiting. Highly recommend to visitors and locals! Thank you Tom! read more

This laundromat recently reopened so we had no previous experience doing laundry here. Last time we needed large capacity washers we had to go out of town. Now we can go here. Monday morning was fairly busy and yet there were plenty of washers, dryers, and those baskets on wheels. There are also plenty of benches to sit on while waiting for your wash/dry to cycle. There was a helpful attendant there who was bilingual which is great since there are so many English and/or Spanish speaking customers. The place is well lit, there is lots of parking. The prices are okay for all you get....good working equipment and a clean environment. They have a system where you put money on a card then use the card for the machines. So don't try to put change in the machines like I did.... it won't work. They have WiFi but I didn't try using it. Maybe next time. read more

I went here today in search of a laundromat with a large capacity washer that could handle a rag rug I needed to wash, and I was so impressed. My first stop was Launderland, on Petaluma Blvd., which didn't have anything close and was like a normal laundromat inside (a little run-down, a little dirty, plenty of machines, perfectly serviceable). Then I saw the other Yelp review of this place and decided to try it. For starters, it looks brand-new. There are a lot of machines and machines of several different capacities, all the way up to an 80-lb. commercial washer (they have two). As soon as I walked in and began to search for the big washers, a lady came up to me and asked if it was my first time there. She immediately pointed out the 80-lb. commercial washers and told me that she was stepping out but would be back in 15 minutes if I needed help. In the 20 years or so I did laundry in laundromats or apartment building laundromat-style laundry rooms, I have never had someone offer to help. I brought my rug in, piled it into the machine, and when the lady came back, she apologized for not being here to help me. Again, past experience has taught me to not expect any customer service at a laundromat, let alone really good, conscientious customer service. The machines worked great, the carts are all new and shiny, and the entire place was spotless. This is, hands-down, the nicest laundromat that I have ever done laundry in. It doesn't have fancy bells and whistles, but it has all the things that matter: lots of machines, all of which were working, plenty of folding space near the dryers, plenty of carts, a change machine and a machine to load up a laundry card, AND people who you not only can ask for help if you need it, but who are friendly and genuinely helpful. read more

This place has one thing going for it and multiple things against it which is why I left but fortunately not before a nice customer there referred me to another excellent laundromat just down the road! First I will say this one has a warehouse full of modern new machines. But, and it's a big BUT, they only take a card that you have to buy with a credit card to load up. So what if I want to pay cash? Not to mention that I'm traveling and therefore a 1-time user so I'd be stuck with a card with naturally more money on it than I used and of course there was no attendant to refund it or even help if a machine shorts you or acts up mid wash. It was frigging HOT outside and inside because there's no cooling system and not even a lick of a breeze as there're no fans anywhere. And, there is no bathroom! What? read more

As a vacationer - we liked the place; clean with wifi. Unfortunately, the attendant was on break when we wanted to return our "card". Left with $4 on it. You can park in the rear of the building read more

Conveniently located, this laundromat has a great range of washers and super helpful, personable staff. I accidentally left a load in a washer and when I retrieved it the next day, it was dried and folded. Wow! The place is clean. My only trouble is that many clients use excessive amounts of detergent, leaving itchy residue on my laundry sometimes - but that's no different from other laundromats. read more

Nice, clean, big and smaller washers and dryers. Helpful manager. What more can you say about a laundromat.

I come here to wash my bed sheets once a week! I'm greeted by the same kind woman every time! I wish I knew her name. I'll be sure to ask next time! *First experience: I forgot my fabric softener.. she told me she had extra in the back! She saved me a trip to Kmart! *Second: it was one of those hot 100+ degree days. She comes in, says hi to everyone and hands us all a nice cold water bottle! Everyone was soooo thankful for that. *Third: again, a nice hot day and she handed all of us a popsicle. (Not that I'm only happy with this place because they always give me something each time I go, but it's the thought that she has with her customers. Her kindness and consideration) *Fourth: I showed up a little late to wash my sheets.. I put them in the dryer and went to Trader Joe's to pick up a couple of things. When I got back to the laundromat the doors were already locked!!! I felt so worried and I gave the company a call and the same lady came out that night to open the door for me!! I was so so so grateful and amazed that they would even go out of their way to do this for me. I've been meaning to write a review and I've finally been able to do so. Great, big, and clean place! Thank you all so much!! read more

Finally we have a card operated laundromat! Petaluma is like living in the past sometimes. This place is so clean and the attendant is helpful and nice. I get there 5.30pm Sunday to use the dryer (mine at home just stopped working so I have a basket of wet laundry). But: how do you use the dryer? They don't take cash, coins or credit cards. No instructions about what to do. No instructions at all. No one there (advertised as open until 10pm) to explain. A very nice lady explained that you need to get a card from the staff, but no one there to sell me one. WHY DON'T THEY TAKE COINS OR CREDIT? Or at lease have a machine that sells the special cards? What the hell are you supposed to do? Ridiculous. Many thanks to the nice lady who gave me the time remaining on her card. Still wasn't enough time and clothes are only part-dry. Wouldn't go back to this place again. read more

I've been into iwash 4 times over the past month (different days and times). The place is alway clean and there have been open machines, even on Sunday morning at 10am. I've met the owner Bill and one of the staff members. Both were friendly, courteous and genuinely happy to have my business. Let's be honest, no one loves going to do laundry but I have enjoyed my time there as much as one can and will absolutely recommend them to anyone that asks. read more

What a great laundromat! I haven't had to use in many years but had to wash huge comforter. This place is so clean! All the equipment is well taken care of and in great clean condition! Only problem is these machines don't take coins or bills. You have to buy a laundry card the on duty person want there when I arrived. Luckily I paid someone cash and they used their card. All worked out well. Thanks to the owners for having a great place for those that need s place to launder!!! read more

I haven't been to the laundromat in a couple of years. I came into to IWash Too today with 7 huge leaf bags of bedding and pillows expecting to be completely overwhelmed. To my surprise, a gentlemen working there was extremely helpful and explained each machine's capacity and function to me. I love that you load a card instead of using change. I see in other reviews that people thought you cannot use cash or that it is difficult to load a card with money. Have you ever used a modern parking pay station? Same deal and very simple. You can absolutely insert bills into the machine if you don't want to use a credit card. The laundry machines show how much they cost in the digital readouts, so if you don't want overage on your card, you can calculate what you need. I had been here once before a few years ago and the same system was in place so this is not new. With the gentleman's help, I was out of there in less than 2 hours. The place was spotless and wifi was great. read more

I am a massage therapist in Petaluma and I use the wash and fold service at Iwash 2 every week for my sheets. They are very friendly, prompt, affordable and even look for ways to better their service. This week when I picked up my order they asked if they could add lavender to the sheets for a fresh relaxing scent. They call or text when my order is done and it is ALWAYS timely. I highly recommend this service. read more
