Friendly people (aka friendly service!) reasonable rates, and good turnaround of service. I was not in a rush bringing over my shaggy alpaca rug that was horrifically dirty. They offered a reasonable price to clean it. Came back one week later and it was clean as new! I will definitely return! Tucked into the Trader Joe's/Raleys shopping center and a couple of doors down from lemongrass bistro. Plenty of parking. read more

Absolutely first rate very customer focused great friendly service Cleaning always done on time read more

Friendly, reliable, and do good work. A little on the costly side, but we are primarily pleased with the service.

Lost a button on my very expensive black suit I need to wear to a party on Friday night. Said they would find it and text me by Friday. If that's the case why haven't you find it yet???? I think I'm screwed here. They don't seem too concerned about it and the owner would not even talk to me. read more

Wow! I brought in an item that was 20 years old and Jake was so kind to take it and try to clean it! Other cleaners turned me down. They worked miracles! It looks brand new! Thank you!!! read more

Jake was very courteous I got Next day delivery service, a little bit pricey but very convenient for the wedding celebration I had to attend. read more

I picked up our clothes and not only were they in excellent condition but Jake handed me a small plastic bag with over $250 that was in my husband's pockets! Honest and trustworthy are the Plaza Cleaners! read more

Great prices! Excellent customer service. Jake the owner of Plaza Cleaners recommends best options for dry cleaning or wash. Highly recommend them!! read more

Everything I have brought there has come out perfect. They are also very friendly. Price seems the same as any other cleaner that I have been to, but other places have always left holes in my clothes; not here, I get back exactly what I give them except they make it better. They even cleaned the stains out of a white tie I brought in. read more

I have been going to this cleaners and I love how they wash and take care of my clothes. The owners are so nice and hard working. I love how they can make my wool clothes look. Nice and soft. But I took in this jacket I had that had very delicate fabric and they were able to fix the damage strings of the jacket. I still have this jacket. I'm so happy they could work with that type of fabric. My jacket got repair and it looks like brand new. read more

The people that work here are extremely nice! They do a great job on hemming pants. With all that being said I have to say my dry cleaning was not great. Yea my items were clean, but the odor in them afterwards was awful. I'm not sure if it's the chemicals they use or if they were wrapped up in plastic before they were completely dey. A very strong mildew scent came off of 2 different bundles of cleaning that I brought in. I'd go back for alterations but not for cleaning as I'm very sensitive to this odor that is on my cashmere sweaters that needs to be recleaned. read more

This review is for alterations, the people who work here are nice but the prices are really high. I have been to four alterations places in San Francisco and one in Anaheim, and this was more expensive than all of them. It costed $40 to have a winter jacket shortened on the sleeves. Never had a jacket tailored so not sure how other prices compare. I have had a lot of sweatshirts/sweaters tailored though because I used to live in San Francisco. At all places I have been to prices have been 11-15 in the last two years. I came in for a price estimate for a sweatshirt and they told me it may be 28. I ended up not going through because other alterations places offer cheaper hemming with good quality. Sometimes "you get what you pay for" but in this case I have been to at multiple other places who are at least $13 cheaper with the same quality. I mentioned the prices in my reviews because a lot of places have certain prices for certain alterations, some even have a list of them posted in store. While I don't remember if this place does that, more than one place has told me to "come in and see" for a price estimate but when I get to the store there is a list posted. Hopefully I can save people reading some time. read more

I have being using Plaza Cleaners since I moved to Petaluma. The work they do is excellent. I have had 20 to 25 garments altered, always happy with the results. It's a nice family owned business. Jake the owner-manger is a really nice person. The cleaning and pressing always comes out nicely. Never have had a broken button on a garment after being ironed there, I cannot say that for other cleaners. read more

After trying several (very expensive) cleaners in Petaluma, we landed at Plaza. Quietly tucked away between Big 5 snd Ross, it is not very noticeable so I had never realized there was a cleaners in this shopping center. The man checking in was extremely knowledgable and welcoming. I brought in a treasured formal shirt for my daughter with a stain that another cleaner had failed to remove. He offered to spot-try their cleaning solution and return it no charge if it didn't work. It did work!! For $60 Plaza cleaned 9 items including a prom dress. This is what other places have charged me for 5 or 6 shirts. I will use Plaza from now on. read more

Thank Heaven!!! This is an EXCELLENT cleane. It's next door to Sally's Beauty Supply in the shopping center that has Raley's on McDowell -- I had spilled red wine all down front of my tan Burberry trench and a new work blouse at a work party. I thought they were ruined. I doused in in water immediately, wrapped it up in plastic bag, then took to PLAZA the next day and held my breath. When I picked it up, I was elated. It was back to perfection!!!!! Thank you so much! NOW THIS IS A DRY CLEANER TO RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

EXPENSIVE (21 dollars for a coat and a scarf). But, like the previous reviewer said, good work. I think they may have even improved the quality of the wool on my coat... read more

Very standard, efficient service, reasonably priced. I just had a bunch of shirts cleaned and pressed. I noticed no problems.

Outstanding! They did a great job of things that my last cleaner wouldn't even attempt -- like getting an oil stain out of a silk tie, and getting candle wax off my nice corduroy pants. So glad I found them! read more
