The Wiesner organization as a whole was great to work with. My truck was in Service recently with Pam and she very professionally handled every situation that arose with an '05 vehicle. As they were working on it, alternate items broke, and they worked with me on getting everything right. I was looking for a new 2018 GMC Sierra...I could get no cooperation from dealers in my area (San Antonio) so I contacted Wiesner after finding they had the truck I wanted in stock listed on AUTOTRADER.com. I dealt with VINCE TAYLOR-internet salesman. Vince gave me what I had been begging local dealers for; a worksheet of exact costs for the truck I wanted. I had asked and asked other dealers for this worksheet and none would send it to me. The other dealers did not return my calls in a timely manner; most did not return my calls at all. As soon as I sent an internet inquiry VINCE TAYLOR called me. I live 7 hours round trip from Wiesner GMC so I told VINCE I wanted everything ready to go when I arrived and that I did not have time to mess around. Vince had everything ready to go for me and I was in and out of the dealership in 1:45 hours, everything was prearranged and I finished up the financing there very quickly. 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment. I bought the truck here and was told it would be washed free with every oil change. That hasn't happened yet. I would hate to know how long that would take anyway. The truck is a dully but and I tell them this every time I schedule service (they should know since they sold me the truck) but they act suppressed every time and tell me they didn't schedule enough time to rotate the tires. Overall, I only come here because the new truck came with free oil changes. read more

I leased a 2019 GMC Denali on 16 Nov 2019, My trade in was valued at 28,000 of which 16,000 went towards down payment. After several weeks I contacted the sales manager about when I would receive my check. He told me there was an issue and that my documents could not be located. On 4 Jan 2020 I returned to dealership and had to re-do entire contract. Today GM financial called and informed me I was overdue on my payments and it has been reported to the credit bureau. Also, as I signed contracts on 16 Nov 2019 and 4 Jan 2020, I might have two contracts, meaning I will be making two payments on the same truck. I had been told on 4 Jan 2020 when I re-signed that there was no previous contract and that my first payment would be due 4 Feb 2020. As of today 16 Jan 2020, I still do not have the 12,000.00 they owe me, still have a paper plate on my truck and a negative entry on my credit rating. Absolutely the worst vehicle buying experience EVER. Take your money and your business to any other dealership in town. For the record the dealership says not their fault, it is all GM financials fault. That being the case you might want a Ram or a Ford and avoid dealing with GM entirely. read more

Was interested in a Buick LaCrosse and stopped in this dealership on a Tuesday morning around 10 am. I was in and out of automobiles in the showroom and for at least 20 minutes was not approached by a salesperson or the receptionist. There were plenty available doing nothing but talking among themselves. Needless to say I would not beg for assistance and left. I purchased a new vehicle the following day at a dealership that had a professional sales staff, Mercedes-Benz North in Houston. Do not take your car or vehicle here! Amateur mechanics that don't know how to fix your vehicle. Took our car in 3 times and they still cannot figure out how to fix overheating car. They replace the fan then the thermostat which all this cost over $700 then the third time they charged us $100 for nothing. Took it to another mechanic and it was a thermostat!!! Wiesner never replaced it. Talk to family, come to find out that they have two vehicles from Wisinger GMC. All have had issues with the dealerships mechanics not fixing things. We were going to buy a new vehicle but not from this dealership. Oh and we ask to talk to the manager and my family has talk try to talk to the manager and you don't get the manager. Wiesner service department is a shining example of dealerships no longer having mechanics who can diagnose and correct a problem with your vehicle, instead replaced by "techs", who are nothing more than part changers. If they can't plug their computer into your vehicle and have it slap them in the face with an obvious fix, well you're just out of luck. We bought my wife a brand new Buick Enclave in October of 2018, by December of 2018 the radio was cutting in and out and just all together not working right. We take it to Wiesner and are told "well if it isn't happening right now there is nothing we can do". We head home and deal with the problem of a 50+ thousand dollar vehicle that is 2 months old SOMETIMES having a radio until the day it happens to do it while we are close to the dealership. We visit the dealership, they take it, and a couple days later, they changed out the noise cancellation device, problem solved. WRONG. We go about dealing with the same problem until Febuary of 2019 when we are able to once again get it into the dealership while the problem is occuring. This time, they change the radio out, problem solved. WRONG AGAIN. We once again take it into the dealership, this time it is not having the problem when we get there. The dealership has the vehicle for a few days and calls, "intermittent problem, we can't duplicate at this time, nothing we can do", nevermind it is the same problem ya'll "fixed" twice already. So after numerous calls to GM and lemon letters being sent, we take the vehicle back to Wiesner and low in behold the problem was a simple loose wire leading into the wiring harness in the back of the radio. Fast forward to October of 2019, almost one year to the day we bought the Buick. The vehicle starts having a death clunk coming from the driver side front of the car. We proceed to take it to Wiesner and drop it off. Get a call 2 days later, " we can't hear anything, come pick up your car". We have the car for another week until it literally sounds like something may break at anytime, so we take it back to the dealership, and this time make sure the "shop manager" rides with us to ensure the sound is heard. Well, we get the call today " we can't heat anything, come pick up your car". Hang on a minute now, this guy presented himself as somebody important, with possible a little know how and now all of a sudden their "tech" in the back can't hear a noise so it's all of a sudden not there? This will be my last experience with Wiesner, either buying a car or the service department because of the ridiculousness. I'll choose to drive 20 or 30 minutes out of the way before i go anywhere near this place again. read more

The service department here has been by far the worst experience we have had, even after giving this place multiple chances the service advisors are no help and you can only hope to get the good technicians. This past time was our last straw, we rather drive to Houston to get our vehicle worked on from now on. You would think that if a technician did not know how to do something they would ask the owner of the vehicle for feedback or someone with more experience on any aftermarket equipment but NO!! They just take it apart without knowing how to put it back together and damage it. After we got our truck we noticed a tad bit of smoke coming from under the hood and to our surprise our aftermarket lights had been re-wired incorrectly and burnt the fuse and failed to re-secure the wires to the lights and left them dangling over the serpentine belt. Thank god my husband noticed it when he did or if not it could have been a lot worse and more expensive. We had the lights fixed and still made the mistake of taking it back for an oil change. We thought what wrong could they do by just doing an oil change. Well yet again we received our truck with our lights completely not working, NEVER AGAIN will we be going to this place! read more

The dealership has very poor customer service and poor communication. I booked a service appointment using the online system on two occasions requesting a loaned. The online system only give days at least days out if you select this option. Then it asks the customer to call the service advisor to confirm. Each time I was told no loaners were available and they couldn't confirm a date. They would call me when a loaner was available. That was 17 days ago. My service advisor Brian has yet to call me. I went to another dealership and got a loaner same day with great communication. This dealership treats customers like we don't have a choice. Don't settle for this lack of customer service. I brought my 2008 Saturn in to your service department for a check engine light that came on as my transmission started going out! Megan the service rep. did a quick assessment of my Outlook, noting windshield wiper integrity, tire quality, and fluids! She did notice my rear wiper blade was torn. I also had a recall for faulty lights. It just so happened another auto repair place had replaced my drivers front light twice, in 2 months! The recall work was done, my light is working fine, and Megan initiated the paperwork to get a refund for the light repairs that were done in regard to the manufacture recall. My car was ready the next day! As I was informed to pick up the car, I asked if the steering could be checked for a whining noise it was making! Turns out the power steering pump was leaking! All of the work was done that afternoon and I still got my car that day! I should also mention my car was returned to me, MUCH cleaner than when I dropped it off! We brought my husband's 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix because it was overheating. Determined it was the intake gasket leaking. They also noticed that he needed back brakes. We dropped the car off at 7:00pm on Tuesday and picked the car up at 4:00 the next day! The Weisner team was knowledgeable and fast....and we really appreciate it. brought my 2003 Pontiac Vibe in approx. a month ago because of a factory recall, something to do with the airbags. I was told that whatever was wrong was wrong with my car. The service person that helped me said it would be about a week and the part would be in. I never heard back and quite frankly forgot all about it. Finally on June 19 I called and was told that this person was no longer with the dealership but the part was there. I would be reassigned and I made an appointment to bring the car in at 9 on the 22nd. I did and my new service person was Luis Rodriguez, He immediately made me feel welcomed and told me that my car would be ready in about a hour. Well he beat the hour and I was out of there. I was most impressed. I have all intentions of if and when I buy another car it will come from Wiesner's. I've always had a positive experience with your dealership. read more

We purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500, and the process was so easy. We knew what we wanted, and our salesman worked hard to have everything in order for us when we got to the dealership. I brought my Acadia in for regular service as well as an issue with the tail lights having water in them. This was 4 or 5 months after buying the vehicle brand new. I was told that the water was normal and that GMC would not cover it under our warranty. I told them this didn't seem normal. Same answer. My husband who is in the collision repair side called back very upset because this is not "normal" they told him to bring it back in. When he did there was no condensation in the tail lamp any more because it had been almost a week for them to schedule us back in. Sorry nothing we can do the issue isn't current. Later condensation returned to the tail lamp husband left work to drive it in for them to look at it. Issue is current but the service department can not look at it without a scheduled appointment. This is a situational issue and only happens after it rains but the company doesn't want to look at it after it rains. Shame on the service department as well as the warranty of GMC if it was ever even really brought to their attention. read more

I specifically told him not to run my credit but he ran it anyways and then lied to my face about it. This business is shady!!! I left and went to Carmax and bought a car and they were SO much more professional then the redneck car dealers at Weisner! Now I have a hard credit check on my credit report from them. Never againwill I set foot on their car lot. If you are from the conroe area save yourself the troble and don't do business with these lying, unprofessional, sleazeballs. Excellent experience! Emailed about a vehicle from auto trader and the sales guy "tom" responded. Tom answered all my questions via email and I was able to negotiate the deal in a few hours of back and forth via email. Once we agreed on a price. I Called Tom and he walked me around the car over the phone and gave me a detailed virtual tour of the condition of the car. I put down a deposit then drove 5 hours to finalize the deal and pic up the car. Upon arrival the car was just as Tom described. Can I give zero stars? I responded to an ad of theirs for a particular used car which had an advertised offer price. I was inquiring about the car long distance, since I live in California. I had multiple communications over several days with Rashelle Fergurson. I arranged for a friend in Houston to make an hour drive to the dealership to check out the car. Satisfied with the inspection, I then negotiated price with Rashelle. During the negotiation, I was informed for the first time that there was an additional $1895 feature that was "hardwired" into the price. Meaning, the real price was $1895 more than the advertised offer price. Needless to say, had I known the offer price was actually almost $2000 above the advertised offer, I would not have wasted my time dealing with this. And, I most certainly would not have imposed on a friend to drive two hours round trip to see a car on my behalf that would never have been on my radar if the full asking price had been properly disclosed. Thank you, Rashelle. I thought this kind of shabby practice was relegated to bad movie stereotypes. read more

Have used Wiesner, Conroe for years in the servicing of my 2009 Cadillac Escalade. Awhile back had them repair the ABS/Stabilitrak system, change oil and rotate the tires. Recently, began receiving a "Service tire monitoring system" warning. Thinking this was an easy fix and possibly related to the tire rotation, took the vehicle in. Totally stunned when I was informed that all TPMS sensors needed to be replaced ($700+ installed) and that they had received problem indicators for my cruise control, alternator and transmission (no previous problems with any of these - transmission serviced end of last year). Left the vehicle for diagnostics only. 2+ days later, I contacted the service rep to learn the status of diagnostics. Learned no problem with the alternator and was requested to leave the car through the weekend as the transmission tech would not be available until Monday. At first agreed but later changed my mind and informed the service rep I would pick up the vehicle early Sat. AM. After paying a diagnostics fee (for unneeded service) took the vehicle to Discount Tire for an assessment of the TPMS. After diagnosing the problem (1 bad sensor) left Discount Tire with a repaired TPMS system and a $64 cost. All provided in less than 90 minutes without an appt. This was my last visit to Wiesner. read more

Bought our car 9/10after we left we realized the rear a/c wasn't working we immediately brought it back our salesmen says for us to bring it in on Monday 9/12 we mention that the steering wheel is making a weird noise we pick it up wed 9/14 they tell us the rear a/c blower was out as and power steering fluid was low, the noise comes back I take it back up there Friday 9/16 they have it until tues 9/20 when I pick it I find out that they replaced the struts, the master cylinder was leaking and contaminated the vacuum boom, they replaced the steering pump and hood shock!!! Seriously you sold me a car that had that many problems?!?! I tell them can I just bring this car back b/c this is crazy our salesman and I speak several times over several days he says he can get me into the other vehicle I test drive tells me on Thursday9/22 to call him Friday 9/23 and tell him the car is still making that noise and now it's driving horribly he'll have the paperwork ready I call he says "oh someone just bought it today" seriously!?! So we go up there Saturday 9/24 asking if we can just get our money back and he tells us no.... today 9/27 the car is back at the shop and they won't give us a loner this time like they did the other two times we have had this car for 17 days and it's been in the shop 8 of those days.... they don't care about the customer and I know when I get it back it's still going to messed up!!' We visited with Paul Dearman on Sat. afternoon before Thanksgiving. We were looking for a comfortable 2nd car with relatively good mileage. He was very personable and helpful with car information and carfax. We decided to try to obtain our own financing; ironically, with Capital One. We worked with them for 4 days, before and after Thanksgiving. Although we bank with them, and are good customers, they demanded more and more information and dragged their feet once they got it. It seemed the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. After multiple calls and excuses from them, we decided to try the financing Paul had spoken of. We warily came to his office on Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving. We were apprehensive that the interest rate would be objectionable. He initiated the necessary paperwork. We relocated to the Wiesner dealership just off I 45. He presented documents to the Finance Dept. We were approved, pleasingly surprised by the interest rate offered, met with Amy to sign papers and Voila! we were the proud owners of an extremely nice 2nd car. The only negative was finding the clause in the car warranty (which we did not take) that specified any replacement parts could be "used" parts. For the price, to pay for installing used parts from who knows where, was not attractive to us so we declined. Other than that, we were genuinely impressed and pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Wiesner to friends and family. read more
