Had oil changed before we left. Great service and recommendations. I will use them again and better price than most.

Oil change took way to long. Did not have oil change sticker. Did not reset service light on bmw.

I have told my wife not to go back to this place for years. YEARS. The last time my car went here, they cracked my windshield after telling my wife my brand new rain-x windshield wipers were worn and needed to be replaced. Then they called the police on me for leaving a bad review, after they argued with me when I called them, because they're garbage people. This opinion was further reinforced by the owner emailing me and offering to send me a $5 check to cover the damages. I was cordial at the time, because I'd just had to talk to two detectives at work, and I just wanted the guy to stop harassing me. Well, she went back, and some jack*** pseudo mechanic there slammed the hood to her car so hard it broke the grill tabs, and the grill came flying off the car while she was on 105 with our two youngest kids in the car. "Hate" is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel about this useless, trash location, and JL as a business these days. You people are genuine, true garbage. read more

Update! Took my car to my AMAZING normal inspection facility, and guess what? It passed! But they did let me know that I have oil leak, should change my oil soon and should also change my windshield wipers. Jiffy Lube mentioned NONE of this, just took my $25.50 and let me know my tint failed. Such a scam. read more

Easy, speedy, and always answers your questions. Inspections are fast and staff is friendly. The manager even gave me a tip that you can renew your registration at the Kroger and H‑E‑B service desks! read more

Spoke with Jordan over the phone and assured me he could get my vehicle serviced for an oil change . He told me of course he could get it done .... I arrive at 5:41pm ....and the guy tells me yeah can service it but it's gonna be 1 hour to 1 hour an half .... For an oil change ? I mean for goodness sakes that is an absurd time ! Jiffy lube was my first job ever ...and by no means have I ever told someone it's going to take an hour or 1 hour and half ? Come on Jordan those times are unacceptable for an oil change ! Most likely the guy didn't want to do it of course being lazy an that's unacceptable! I personally won't ever come back no matter if you threw in a discount for an oil change . Those times are outrageous ! So in other words I got there At 5:41 pm and and been done and out of there at 6:41 or passed 7pm ...No thanks ! read more

Declined cabin air filter replacement and decided to do it on my own. Upon replacing the filter, I noticed that the staff had put my old filter back incorrectly and bent it on both sides. They said they didn't offer brake inspection/services when I got my tires rotated. When going over the costs, the tech stated that my manufacturer recommends brake fluid exchange every 10,000 miles and that offer it there for X amount (even though he stated prior that they don't offer brake services). They never even took a test strip (at the minimum) to see if this was actually needed at this time. I will NOT be returning. read more

frustrated! my wife's vehicle has been problem fred ever since she bought it, until she took it here for an oil change. the next day when she left home i noticed an oil leak on the driveway. she took it back to jiffy lube and they got defensive saying it couldn't be anything they did. she finally convinced them to check and they said the new oil filter was crushed, but it wasn't their doing. they did end up replacing it, but now it leaks more oil than before. she took it back again, after more investigation, the manager said he pin pointed the leak and it couldn't have been anything they did. so we took it to a mechanic and had it repaired. IT IS STILL LEAKING OIL! read more

Charge me to fill my coolant, but did not do. Offered for me to come back by, but I was too far away.

Coming here for oil changes. They check everything. Just sit in my car and chill. Ask for the coupon, get a cheaper price usually. Manager is always cool. read more

Jiffy Lube - Getting my oil changed. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Conroe, Texas

By far the BEST shop to take your vehicle! They always take care of me and are pretty darn quick and thorough about the work. Will be coming here from now on! read more

Walked in 15 minutes to when they close they still got me in and out just after they closed. While they're definitely not cheap, they are reliable, efficient, pretty friendly and definitely go the extra mile for their customers. read more

I would give this location 5 stars if we were rating on service alone, but since there is personal attention or an atmosphere consideration, they lose a star. There is no wifi, even though the web site says there is, and the waiting room needs some work. The mats are dirty, maybe need to be washed out and disinfect them vacuumed. They used to have a sign with costs that is gone, the trim at the tile base us coming off and the old paint can be seen underneath. read more

insanely slow service and zero communication. took over 90 minutes to get a state inspection done and they told multiple other customers that they were out of fluids for their vehicles while we were waiting. 10/10 would recommend going elsewhere for services read more

I recently moved to the Conroe area and needed a state inspection. I found this Jiffy Lube a half-our before their closing time. The service was remarkable. They were thorough, professional and efficient. They completed the inspection with time to spare. While there I spoke with three other customers who all agreed that top notch service is the norm at this location. I'll be back for an oil change when the time comes. read more

Everybody bust thier butts to give 5 Star SERVICE! Very painless. Excellent and exceptional. read more

Took my 67 firebird for an inspection today. The staff was very friendly, fast, and quality work done. I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service! The gentleman were extremely kind and courteous! I will certainly make this my all stop shop!

I have been a customer at this specific location for several years and have always been satisfied with the quality and value of service provided. Today 's visit was no exception. Sean and his staff again exceeded my expectations by servicing the car quickly and at a cost much lower than anticipated. Great job!!!! read more

They recently raised their prices to more than double the price for a oil change! ( Before it was 30-40 dollars now it's $88 I can understand some increase in price but more than double is absurd!!!! If it was possible to give zero stars I would read more

Greats team! quick n easy jordan really makes the process smooth! Thanks!! I'll be sending friends your way!

This Jiffy lube is the worst one in Conroe. I took my Rav4 to get the signature service oil change and other than the oil change , that's all I got. When I decline to pay extra to have the air filter changed & the coolant topped off for 4.99 I guess they decided they wouldn't do anything else. When I got it home i had to top off all the fluids that Jiffy Lube said they had done which was part of the signature service but in fact had not. Just a word to the wise Have your oil changed anywhere but here. read more

Matt and the crew hooked me up with everything I needed I definitely made the right stop for an oil change and so much more

Great service, they even escort you to your car. Fast and efficient, great attitudes and excellent products. They did not try to oversell their services, but did point out what services were coming up for maintenance on the next visit so I could be prepared. read more

Came in for a simple oil change, but the staff were so much more helpful than I could've hoped. I'll always come back

This place is awesome. They let me provide my own oil and filter. They also vacuumed out the floor boards and washed my windows. Checked my tire pressure. Very professional and friendly. Definitely found my new go to for oil changes. read more

These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they change the oil but they detailed my car and went looking for a coupon on my phone to help my broke ass out. They were friendly, courteous and quick. read more

Words can not express my dissatisfaction with this place. Service Tech really, REALLY pushed hard that my car needed so many repairs that my oil change was $140 AFTER his wink-wink hook up. It was the most ridiculous price I've heard since that guy was charging $20 for bottled water during Hurricane Harvey! I tried to play it cool but my face must've betrayed me. He whispered, WHISPERED, he'll take another $5 off. Whatever dude, just shoot the price for the most basic oil change offered. It was still $75 for a 2015 Nissan Altima! I can't do that. To Wal-Mart I go. $75?! Not even that wack free vacuum'ing was packaged either. $75. Nope, not at all. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube thinking that I could get my inspection on my truck done fairley quickly. When we arrived we were met outside and the guy told us we had one vehicle ahead of us and it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. After 1hour my truck was still sitting outside in the same spot. It was not brought into the shop until 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once they inspection was finished they parked it outside and never came in to let me know it was finished. I had to catch someone and ask if I could take my vehicle. The whole process took just shy of 2 hours for a vehicle inspection. Our company has alot of fleet vehicles and we will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. read more

Came for state inspection. They never mentioned possibility of long wait due to machine not working right. They didn't even mention it directly to me, but instead I over hear staff saying in. My car is back there now at over an hour! Staff is ignoring customers. Never have I experienced this at a Jiffy Lube. New to area and will not be back to this location. read more

Awsome service polite employees didnt try and sell unnecessary items would deff take all my cars there in the future great prices and also offred discounts. read more

I have been to this location a couple of times and have always received excellence service. Staff is very friendly and informative.

So 20 minutes in wait time at this Jiffy Lube translates to more than an hour...and I haven't even been checked in. Perhaps it because I mentioned Groupon. Eventually the car is pulled in and one of the mechanics has the hood up and is doing something....yet no one has still talked to me. There is no previous oil change information in the window. I finally have to approach the check in guy and address the situation....and he tells me he's checking me in right now! How can you check me in without talking or approaching me. His response...well you want an oil change don't ya. Towards the end of the check in process he was then adamant they sell more than oil changes. This is the oddest "not 30 min" oil change I have ever tried to have done. Avoid this Jiffy Lube unless you have time to waste and you don't want anyone to talk to you. PRO..the lady at Walgreens is very nice. read more
