Stopped by to get an inspection, as it was the only one open at the time. The techs were super nice and accommodating upon our arrival. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They offered us water and the waiting room was quiet and cozy. One of the guys waiting mentioned that he brings his 3 cars in and they have excellent service. I didn't even realize that they did more than oil changes and inspections. The tech mentioned that they are a multi-point service facility. Sure enough, I looked outside and there was a sign stating that fact. Info that is good to know, as I didn't even know such a thing existed. Why 5 stars? Because my inspection could not have been more convenient. --- --- --- I grew up in Texas, but lived in Florida for about 15 years. I forgot how annoying it is to get a state inspection. And while it only costs like $27, it's such a racket. Somehow, no one who lives in Florida gets an annual inspection, but the state is not on fire or full of dead cars piled up on the shoulder highway. When I went to renew my registration, I couldn't do so because I had to find time to get my inspection done first and I could not have been more irritated. However, I found this Jiffy Lube with good ratings and conveniently located for me. I pulled up around 8:30-8:45 on a weekday and I don't think I was on the property for more than 12 minutes. I had zero wait and the inspection was done incredibly quickly. Maybe I just got lucky and caught them at a good time, but I understand why this shop carries a 4.5 star rating! read more

And then went to through the whole inspection, everything passed but still made me pay the fail because of my tent. What a bunch of clowns. My vehicle has passed inspection every year for over ten years. But today my factory tint fails and they want me to REPLACE the windows! What a joke. I asked if they could please check the calibration of their $10 Chinese tint tool and they gave me a hard time and became defensive. Then to add insult to injury they thought it would be cute to make me wait even longer to "sign" the paperwork when there wasn't another single vehicle in the whole place. I bring both my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and my husband's Chevy Silverado here every time! They recently did my back brakes because they were aware of how bad they were to begin with. I went for an oil change. I already had my own oil and filter. I've been another jiffy lube in the area who charge $20 but this location charges $35. Too bad they couldn't match it. Great service! I've had at least four oil changes done on mine and my wife's cars and every time they have been quick and professional. What really made be write this review was because they actually replaced a light bulb and adjusted the front bumper that had been installed incorrectly from a previous repair. I spent most of my afternoon driving around Conroe trying to find a place that was willing to even attempt to pull my car in. Most places I was just too low to get in the bay. I was at this location as well, BUT, these guys were dedicated to keeping my business and helping me get back on the road.
