I drove in for a car wash only. Once I got into the bay the car wash equipment looked old. They also had no person guiding you to park on the automatic roller that pulls your car through the wash. Eventually a worker came to that part of the wash to rinse the car and start the wash but I would guess we sat there 5 mins or more. I tried to call inside but no answer. The equipment needed cleaned and maintenance and brushes washing cars need to be replaced. I won't be back just based on the equipment not being taken care of and lack of employees working, and it looks so ran down. But for $10.95 wasn't a bad price for the wash. read more

Avoid this place as they damage $3,000 worth and didn't even complete the services I paid for or do them. Ernesto is a bad manager liar and a crook. I have been going here for a few months now since I have moved from Spring to Conroe. I get my oil changed and they give a free car wash and detail with it. I believe they do a great job on the car wash and my car always looks great afterwards. Really the only issue I have is I compare them to Rainbow Wash in Spring. So it is hard to compete with those guys. They are a bit slower on the service and I usually have to wait over an hour even when they aren't very busy. So far it's the highest quality car wash I have seen in town. read more

HIDDEN FEES!!! Took my truck to the wash and they charged me $2 extra for a large vehicle. They also have a $2 charge for a small vehicle, what's the point?? Was charged $5 extra for mud on truck and $5 for to many bugs on the front. None of this was made available ahead of time and was not communicated to us. I do not recommend them for dirty vehicles. Had a wash and wax last week. My wife's compact car (Toyota) desperately needed a wax. Place was starting to fill up but they assured me for $65 plus they would do a professional job. I agreed and paid for a wash and wax. I decided to watch as I noticed they got an uptick of business. The person in charge of the wax station began to to push the women (doing most of the work) to move the cars to be waxed through quicker. They were backed up. He took over "waxing" my wife's car. He used what appeared to me to be no more than ounce of wax, a buffer and set off missing huge swatches of territory on the car. I actually took a picture as he was "working" (and barking out orders to the ladies). I waited for him to finish then showed him a picture of the roof then walked around the car and showed him one dry spot after another. They were easy to spot up close. He re-waxed the car. Damaged My Car! We came through Conroe on Saturday the 20th of 2020 and decided to have our car washed on the way to an event in Houston. Car wash left a line of dents on my hood and took off a side view mirror. So far, 6 days later, manager Oscar Ramirez has told me he "has to review the video" and he can't because "our internet is not working" yet he received my estimate by email? Horrible! Paid $30.99 for Daytona and additional $30 for "Super Clean". What a rip off! Only 2 cars in front of me and it took almost an hour. Debris still in seats and on floor. Two slats for vents in dash broken off. Area between wipers and hood still filled solid with pine straw and leaves. Bottom of each window not wiped out or cleaned. Still had dirt and pollen. Tried to talk to a manager but he waved me off and said he was on Bluetooth???? Won't be back. read more

Do not waste your time. I arrived at 12:36 and my vehicle was not completed until 2:00. REALLY??!! There were only 3 cars in front of me. I got the Daytona car wash and paid about $15.00 xtra for a deep interior cleaning. 5 stars to the woman who worked on the interior of my vehicle by herself for over an hour. Nice dedication on her part. Good job. But it does NOT take an hour and a half to clean any car when there are only 3 customers in from of you. There definitely needs to be training to the employees to do the same work but at a much faster pace. Sorry guys. First impressions are everything. I will not be back. Horrible. Got my car washed and vacuumed. Later that day realized my antenna was missing. I took it back and the manager at the time checked my truck to see if it was inside. The 'manager' on duty was unprofessional. While talking to me he was loudly eating chips and was still eating potato chips while touching my seats, which were just shampooed. He said he'll talk to the manager. They asked for my receipt to use the timestamp to make sure I didn't come in without it. I kept calling. Anyways 3 weeks of this and many excuses later they said they cant help me. We asked to see the video he said no. Worst service ever. Since my truck is a Dually they had to hand wash it and for $59.99 they did an amazing job. We live on a dirt road and haven't washed it in over 6 months so I wish I would have taken the before pic. Just imagine a truck completely covered in dirt, pollen, caked on mud etc Wow and I was worried due to all the reviews on yelp. Apparently, only the bad comments get posted. Also, we tipped almost 20% as they work hard and should be tipped accordingly. I saw most people tipping $1 for $60, $50, $40 & $30 washes. We also made sure to tip the man in back who actually did the hand wash vs just tipping the detail people in the front. Thank you all! read more

Only reason they're getting two stars is because the oil change staff is great and very quick. They need to do something with the staff handling the washes. Over an hour, windows and side mirrors were still dirty, didn't wipe down the center consol and the staff is just all over the place and walking around like they don't have 20 customers sitting waiting for service to be completed. Do Not take your car here. I have a beautiful Dodge Challenger that came back with circular scratches all of my car. The inside windows that have been tinted have scratches all over the film that will have to be replaced. We had been taking the car here for a few times and thought that they were doing an ok job but my car looks awful. I Don't care if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on peoples cars. Went to San Antonio this week on business trip and picked off a few bugs. Decided since it's a new truck I'd let the professionals take care of it. Splurged on the $26 dollar package for full detail. Service was good but I feel they could have done a better job on the windows and wiping down the interior. I spent about 45mins when I got home and put the finishing touches on it. My handicap sticker fell out of my car while being vacuumed. I didn't notice it was missing until after I got home. The manager Hyme actually had to play the security tapes to see where it happened and where the sticker was left. It took many phone calls and a couple of hours for Hyme to finally track it down. I want to thank him for coming to my rescue and spending so much time to recover my sticker. Even on a busy sunny Saturday morning, he added an extra staff member to complete my truck detail so he could get me out of there in timeframe he had estimated (45 minutes). I waited for an hour for my tiny car to be completed. Several people who came in after me left before my car was touched. I spoke to the management. When I expressed concern the (manager)man(not using the word "gentleman " because he wasn't) told me that I needed to be patient when I came to a car wash. I said I understood and felt I had been patient for an hour watching trucks and cars come in after me and leave before me. He yelled at me and basically threatened me by saying, " Uf you are not patient with me I will not be patient with you." Then, he stormed off. I had to get a towel and finish the car! Had my oil changed today about a hour before closing, paid $73 and change. 2016 Ford F-150 5.0L FX4. First off the did not check anything on the service check list other than washer fluid. They did not change my oil filter!! When confronted they tried to cover up and show me video of the guy under my truck with like 4 oil filters on a cart. "See he changed it" which was not the case.. then they bring out my "old filter" which does not fit a ford. Was for a GM,Chrysler,Jeep!! And on top of that I was the only vehicle there for service at that time. And still tried to say that it came off my truck Long story short i was a loyal customer for years. I was very disappointed with my experience at SUDS. I went in to get an oil change, inspection and detail. As soon as I pulled up they approached me about fixing a chip in my windshield. I said sure, go ahead. One stop shop. BIG mistake. I left my vehicle there all day, and picked it up just before closing. 2 days later I discovered my inspection had not been done, they did not return my insurance card and the glass chip remained untouched. I had been charged for all the services I requested and had already received confirmation of the claim on my insurance for the chip. I called and the manager was very courteous, he told me to bring my receipt and they would correct their mistake. He also threw in an engine cleaning and carpet shampoo. At the time I was pacified despite having to drive around for a week without proof of insurance and an out of date inspection. A week after they fixed my problems however, I go to turn my windshield wipers on only for my car to throw one wiper completely off the arm. It turns out whomever removed my blades for inspection replaced them backwards and did not clip them in. Now I have a lovely arc scratched into my windshield to match the chip that never seemed to be fixed, despite their assurances that they repaired it. Needless to say, I have expended too much time and effort to ensure the work they promised me complete in one day was actually completed and have too many car troubles to show for it. I do not recommend these people to anyone. read more

I waited, along with other full lanes for Jaime, who was on a personal call/calls for 15-20 minutes. I say calls, because he disconnected and picked up new calls while I was waiting. A vacuum guy came up to him to request a ticket for even the drive through service that was advertised for $5.00. But Jamie angrily waved him away, actually continued waving him away after the boy had walked off, that's just how into his personal call he appeared to be. Well that lady started honking, he waved her down too, but got off the phone. After getting off the phone, he made very sure not to get her going before several other cars. Which she had the occasion to honk again. He took my plate number, but took care of every male in a truck. He actually proceeded to have a long conversation with a customer, which prompted me to get out of my car. He got angry and aggressive with me at this point. Told me he would call the cops and I was not going to be served. This, even though I was completely blocked in at this point by many lines of cars. So I went inside to speak with someone. The cashier ignored my request to speak with a manager. She was doing something, writing on a list in a notebook. She refused to give me an owners name and followed me back out to a ver aggressive Jaime. At this point, I'm a little scared, Jamie is threatening and hostile to say the least. I ask for the police to be called. The magenta haired cashier flatly refuses. I got back in my car with absolutely no where to go with the now extraordinary long lines. I've never felt uncomfortable for my safety or so hostilely treated at any business before, much less a car wash, which is a customer service industry. I appreciate the owner taking an interest in my story. I'm a 63 year old grandmother, I didn't deserve any of the treatment I received from Jaime and the cashier. read more

I've been here twice now and had slow service both times. The first time, they did a great job, but I was there for over 2 hours getting all the crevices blown out. I chalked it up to a busy day and didn't say anything. Today though, I was waiting over an hour and a half for the Sonoma special because I mistakingly believed that an attendant would let me know when my car was done like their sign said. When I finally asked about it, there was a crappy vaccum job done and I had to have them do it again. The manager gave me a free wash for next time, but it barely looks like the interior was wiped down, there is still dust on the dash board, and still dirt on the floor.... would not be going here again. read more

This is the second time I've been here and it's my fault. I shouldn't have gone back. Came here two years ago in a truck and the plug receiver for my hitch on my truck got ripped off. Came back this time in an SUV and they manually folded my electric mirrors, which left me with a few tense minutes trying to get them in proper working order again while the motor pulled them back into alignment. My car is also not clean. It's less dirty than it was but there are visible spots and dirt and dust all over the interior which is why I took it to a car wash that also does the interior and there are drips and spots all over the exterior because they didn't finish drying it. read more

The worst experience ever!!! I would NEVER recommend this place! They have 3 lanes when you pull in and yes they were very busy but one lane was blocked by a truck and trailer with no driver. When he finally moved, the guy motioned 3 vehicles BEHIND me to pull over there! I watched as all 3 of those vehicles got sent on their way to the car wash while I sat behind 2 trucks in front of me. People pulled up after I had been sitting there for 25 minutes and I watched them also through. When I finally got in to pay and asked to see the manager, he argued with me in front of other customers, one of them bring the lady who had been waiting in front of me and explained to me that I would understand if I owned s business!!! I want to give this place no stars!!! Paid 120.00 to have my mustang detailed, got it back and the driver seat is broken and won't roll back now. The guys who cleaned claim it never went back... One problem... I'm a big guy and it was back when I got here! The manager speaks shitty English and won't connect with the owner, I'm outside right now waiting for Conroe PD to take a statement.
