Deceptive Advertising Alert: Similar to observations made by others, this company advertises cars at attractive prices. However, upon inquiry, the advertised vehicles are mysteriously unavailable. This discrepancy was noted even after viewing the advertisement on a Sunday--a day the dealership is closed, indicating no possible sales could have occurred. This situation strongly suggests deceptive marketing practices, which are in violation of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. The screenshot clearly shows the car VIN, Model and everything, including the Price, but when contacted, the car was sold on Sunday (even though they are closed).

Old school scammy car lot. Their "no surprises" slogan is a campaign of nonsense. Without explaining my lengthy experience, I thought I'd list a few tips from what I've learned. I gave 3 stars because I never visited the location and did not purchase a vehicle. 1. You can get financing from banks like Capital One WITHOUT hurting your credit score. It does not take hours for financing terms. Capital One usually offers lower rates than dealerships, even on new cars (with the exception of 0% rates on a new car). At least get pre-approved before you head out, so you have something to compare their rate to. 2. Do NOT waste time visiting until you negotiate terms. They simply want to get you in and wear you down. I sent 27 emails about a vehicle and was told the vehicle was there. I better hurry in, right? I'm glad I was firm in negotiating online. The car was in need of repairs, had 100,000 miles more than advertised, and wasn't even available for purchase. 3. Pricing is a scam. This dealership expects you pay for their own advertising costs and this will inflate pricing. They wouldn't even tell me this cost! According to other buyers, it can be several THOUSAND DOLLARS in added fees. Could you imagine other businesses demanding this? Hey, Weisner, if you were a reputable business, your customers would simply return. Also, I found the car online. As a Realtor, I can't imagine scamming my customers with a $2,000 advertising expense at closing. 4. Reputable dealerships offer EVERYTHING online. We purchased our last 3 cars without stepping foot on the dealership lot. Most will deliver the car to you. If they can't offer that, there's a reason for it. For instance, customers want to return the vehicle after seeing the added expenses or the vehicles aren't as described when they're delivered.

It took the usual 4 hours to complete the transaction. But I was offered water, surprisingly good coffee, and snacks during the negotiation and paperwork phases. I had an out-of-state vehicle I still owed money on and the Weisner team handled all of it. I even drove home with the real plates installed. (Guess this is a new thing in TX.) Ricky introduced me to Josh Koves, a service technician. Hoping the service department is as good as the sales and finance departments. (I worked with Trey Traylor, Finance Manager.) I highly recommend Weisner Hyundai.

The ladies at checkout were very kind and fun and seemed to enjoy being there. I was hesitant to take the car there for an oil change when I was told only the dealerships have the oil and filter to fit my wife's car, but the cost I think was cheaper than any oil change chain I have been to. I also needed the car to be done almost ASAP as I had a meeting to get to and let them know I was concerned about the timing. They flipped me out of there in less than what I would say was 30 minutes. Very pleased with service today.

Everytime i visited this week (3 different times) we were offered water by evert service member, and seated almost immediately. Aaron was our first salesman, he was extremely polite and was a great conversationalist. Hes very persistent, but has your best interest in mind. Cant forget Juan! I was his first sale, and i didnt even realize until after the purchase! He was extremely engaged with what we were looking for, attentive to answering every question he could, and he made it a point to listen intently to our needs. Not only did he bring us water immediately, but he eventually directed us to, and showed us how to use their really nice coffee maker in their lobby while they ran my credit. Lastly, our financial half was handled very smoothly. Ty did amazingly by explaining everything extremely well. He was patient when we asked questions, and was very keen on making sure we understood everything. Very through and through with his process. All in all, our experience at this dealership was extremely amazing and i would 10/10 recommend going here. AND ASK FOR JUAN! Hes a great representation for this fine establishment. I absolutely love my new car, and the detailing was done very efficiently. throughout my entire time driving over an hour home, i had a smile on my face, and felt amazing driving is a 2023 nissan altima, for the cheapest price out of all 10+ dealerships all over this half of texas. Thankyou Keating Nissan for an amazing experience. I will be looking forward to making another purchase in the future!

Everything was going smoothly until we got to the actual "out the door price". They tack on a $4590 "Keating pkg & service reconditioning" charge that includes LoJack, "paint and fabric protection" and paintless dent repair. When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.
