But I was offered water, surprisingly good coffee, and snacks during the negotiation and paperwork phases. I had an out-of-state vehicle I still owed money on and the Weisner team handled all of it. I cannot speak to purchasing a vehicle or anything of that nature at this dealership, however I did speak to a gentleman who was very kind and not pushy a while back he sat at the center desk when you fist walk in I believe with the Willis highschool posters really nice guy just cannot recall the name. Today though the customer service in the service department was phenomenal. Josh was my service advisor and was professional and made it a point to give me his direct line if I needed anything when my service was finished which is top notch in my opinion . The ladies at checkout were very kind and fun and seemed to enjoy being there. I was hesitant to take the car there for an oil change when I was told only the dealerships have the oil and filter to fit my wife's car, but the cost I think was cheaper than any oil change chain I have been to. I also needed the car to be done almost ASAP as I had a meeting to get to and let them know I was concerned about the timing. I couldn't even have my PalIIsade towed to Weisner because they said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. transmission had to be replaced on a 4 year old car. now, my 2024 Santa Fe engine light is on and it's undriveable and I'm told it will take 4 days to look at and no loaner cars. never again. read more

I've worked with Wiesner Hyundai for the past 6 years, and every time I've ever needed anything, they were prompt and efficient with their response. My poor car decided to break down for good, and Mike and Cristian took care of everything. They were able to get me in a temporary vehicle while mine was being diagnosed, and when we realized it wasn't an easy or cost-effective fix, they were ready. I had to go out of town while all of this was happening, and when we realized I would need to get a new vehicle, Cristian was on top of everything, every step of the way. Possibly causing damage on the slight to get work, has car in for suspension work, had to call to confirm work done, when I picked up car it had check engine light on. He has been my point of contact twice now, and he is consistently the most genuine, positive, and kind service representative I have ever worked with. He is thorough and he went above and beyond expectations each time. He even went out of his way to swap out my registration sticker just because that's how he is. I would drive 100 miles out of the way before I'd ever go back here. Awhile back when I hit a curb my fault I know. I went in to get an estimate and stuff. They did an alignment without talking to me and owe it'll run for now but it needs $1600 of work done. I wasn't paying dealership prices to have it fixed. They never should have done the alignment. Horrible customer service. I've been in the retail business for over 20 years and I can tell you this was the worst experience ever. Took my car in for issues with the radio not working, dropped it off early morning and I did have an appointment. It was 330 and I had to call them they forgot to call me and then told me I had to get a rental car and pay for it myself. They never offered to assist me with a loaner car or a rental. Daniel the service advisor didn't have a clue and wasn't very responsive about anything. The end result, the warranty covered my issue and a day early which was good but the mechanics there said I needed a new amplifier which would be $1500+. However when the inspector showed up to inspect it found out it was only the reset switch. So that tells me they aren't too bright or trustworthy either. When I went to pick my car up the service advisor Daniel had already left after I had just spoken to him and told him I would be there shortly. The ladies at the front desk were not the friendliest either especially the older lady who got upset with me because she had to move a car so I could get my car out. Bottom line go elsewhere to buy or service your Hyundai. They do not care about your service at all. If this is any indication how Hyundai treats their customers, I should have stayed with my Jeep, Autonation Jeep/Dodge is one of the better places to get outstanding service in spring!! read more

I went to Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe this morning to look at a new Palisade. My wife let me out near 3 new Palisades and I looked at them as much as I could with them being locked. First time ever experience at a new car dealership: no salesman came out! So I walked into the showroom, and a lady at a reception desk just inside was busily typing away, and didn't so much as glance at me. I waited a minute, but she kept on typing, and when I began to walk on into the showroom to find some service she said "I can help you". I told her I wanted to look at the new Palisades. She told me to go to the salesman's desk a bit further inside. There was no salesman there, but instead a disgusted looking couple sitting there waiting for attention. Just a heads up to anyone headed to this dealership. Because of vehicle inventory shortages, they are adding $3100 to the advertised price of a new vehicle and $2100 to the price of a used vehicle. I understand where they're coming from in light of the shortage, but I think they should advise their customers up front. If I had driven a long way and discovered that the advertised price was just a teaser, I would not have been happy. They did offer an extended warranty package for an additional $45 a month. Declined. They dropped the price of the warranty for $12 a month. As I was just co-signing for my son, I let him decide. He thought the peace of mind was worth $12. OK. Fine. Contacted the Parts Dept at this dealer on 10/20/21 looking for a part for my 2010 Hyundai. The first call was answered by a live person who said they did not have the part (could be ordered in 2-3 days), but according to the computer, another dealer had it. Well, the other dealer didn't have it, either, and it would take about a week to order it. So I called Wiesner back (twice) but each time got a recording saying to leave a message and the call would be returned. 24+ hours later and no call back. This is getting to be a major annoyance with businesses, doctors' offices, etc. Is your business so great that you don't need to answer the telephone/return customers' calls? Service department is the worst. Half the time they don't answer the phone. Manager Rick, listen to your calls and clear out your service department. Entire service department is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. Called to inquire about service on my car and a recall. Was never told the recall was taken care of and the service rep Emma was frustrated with my questions of concern then proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs at me, slammed the phone down, and walked away from the call. The senior rep who took over then proceeded to escalate the call and immediately had an attitude with me, telling me my call was "ridiculous". When I actually brought my car in for the oil change service, which I was told would be complementary, the senior rep attempted to nickel and dime me. She approached me with instant hostility and attempted to mock me in the waiting area multiple times, which was completely unprovoked. Seemed like she wanted to retaliate after our phone call interaction. Don't waste your time purchasing a car at this dealership. I stopped by this morning and looked at an Elantra. A sales person came out and asked if I would like to see the car. I asked the price (was going to buy on the spot if reasonable) he said we are charging upwards of $6k over MSRP! That is close to 30% above MSRP, for a Hyundai Elantra. Obviously I left. Price on their website is not even close to what you would pay. I absolutely understand adjusted market value, but when I went in to view a car and I was told the price was almost 8K MORE than what was displayed online, that didn't sit right with me. That didn't even include dealer fees and TTL. They also severely devalued my car with initial trade-in price. When I questioned the low value I was told that "was currently what is fair" for my car. However, when I said I was going to walk they magically found 4k more value in my car. When I told them I needed to discuss the offer being presented with my spouse, they kept pushing to try and get me to sign but they wouldn't budge on price when I had been clear on what we felt comfortable spending. As I kept confirming that I needed to consult my spouse, they made the comment "Wow. I'm not getting anywhere with you". I walked out and called other Hyundai dealerships in the area and received SIGNIFICANTLY better customer service and adjusted market value prices. Perhaps this is a post-pandemic tactic, but 8K over what is being displayed online and low balling trade-ins is a cheap shot. I brought in my Tucson to get looked at because it was over heating. I didn't schedule an appointment because it happened spontaneously . Because I didn't have an appointment I understood it may take a while until my car gets looked at. The problem came when "service advisor" stopped communicating with me , completely. Also needed tires rotated but they wanted to chg me $25 extra which I can get free at Discount Tire so waived that service. Liked the electronic check-in allowing me to leave comments to service tech. I requested 5W 20 synthetic oil as recommended in my owners manual for Sonata Ltd 2.4L engine. However, when I checked out noticed they installed SW30 Synthetic Blend rather than 5W 20 full synthetic as I requested. What is purpose of leaving comments on check-in if no one reads them. Listed two other things to check out on brakes and muffler and no mention on work order nor by service writer upon checkout. We went to purchase a new vehicle, the sticker price was $32,000, upon confirming we wanted to purchase the vehicle the dealership tried to add a $3,100 extended warranty. The sales guy insisted it was "on the vehicle", as if the warranty was physically adhered to the vehicle, as if it was an object not able to be removed. Upon further discussion it was apparent and obvious this was a scam, meaning this warranty they described covered the "front windshield, paint and seats" for 3 years, or 36,000 miles. I asked what it was good for, he had no answer then want on to say he agreed it was a bad deal and he hated selling it. This was a SCAM, and should be investigated for its legality. After much argument, threats to leave, they reduced it to $2k, proving it was fake, when we packed up the leave the manager removed it in full. This was a total SCAM and should be fixed. Our sales guy was honest and a good guy, the manager and dealership were con artists that needed to be checked and battled over this subject. I went to Weisner to see if they could price match another dealer that I had located in Ft Worth. I met with the salesman and he pulled the vehicle out front so I could look at it. While we were standing there a customer pulled up and told me if I was thinking about buying from them,then I should not as they are deceptive and promise you options and then take them out at the end or charge you for items they didn't tell you about. He was livid which threw up all kind of red flags. I told them that I already had a firm price and sales guy went back and forth with manager and could not get down to the same price. They had a GPS Locator and Red light Brake system and paint and chip protection which the other one didn't have. We finally came to an agreement which was about $700 more than the one in Ft Worth, we walked back out to vehicle and I asked again if it came with all the features that we discussed and the items already installed and the guy changed his mind and said oh not for that price. Regardless I left and can tell you to stay as far away from this dealership as you can as the are slick talking salesman that gives the industry a bad name. I called the other dealer and was even able to get it discounted another $400 so we will be enjoying a family mini vacation in Ft Worth while picking up our new Sonata. read more
