Asked for a cup of water no ice and she says we make it with Americano water so it has to have ice and I say ok that's fine (I was a barista and we made it the same way so I get it) and she says so you want hot water? And I say no I understand it's ok, and she says again so you want hot water. I say no, it's ok with ice. Then she proceeds to fill the cup full of ice, dump the hot water in and add more ice. I took another route on my way to work this morning and decided to stop by to get something small. I think i have been here twice since i moved to Tacoma, & i always leave feeling great. I pulled up to the drive through window and was greeted by two ladies (who worked 9/12 AM, CENTER ST Location) They were very friendly and sweet and overall made my morning. I had a rough night and getting out the door to work was hard and the simple engagement i had with these two really made my day! What turned out to me dreading to go to work turned into an "I'm going to have a good day" attitude. I work in the hospitality industry so when i recognize great customer service i always need to acknowledge it! You never know what anyone is going through now days and that a simple conversation with a stranger goes a long way. Thank you for making my day ladies!! read more

I might be being dramatic, but id like to consider myself somewhat of a coffee connoisseur and I have tried a few of their drinks here, all amazing but the Vanilla Bean Latte in my opinion should be the gold standard of Vanilla Lattes. This is the best, creamiest and smoothest latte I have ever had. Not to sweet, not bitter, literally perfection. I love that they use real vanilla bean as well, you can see it speckled throughout the drink. I'am now fully addicted to these! Highly recommend!! read more

I had always been curious about this stand near my home so when they remodeled I finally gave it a try. I am so glad I did! The breakfast options are amazing. I love the sunrise burrito but I will try some other items and post photos in the future. Everything sounds good and the food is always hot, even in the center. The drinks are great, they use Dillanos coffee which I like. They also have energy drinks and tea. The drinks are always well made and the baristas very friendly and helpful if you have questions or need a suggestion. They have everything from traditional lattes to lotus drinks, plus I can't seem to get enough of their biscuits and gravy. It's hard to not go here everyday! The sunrise burrito is my fave (with the cute lil hot sauce & sometimes avocado) & I've even found food options my picky eater family likes (loaded breakfast croissant & handmade blueberry oat bar). The best part is my anxious, indecisive butt never has to choose a coffee because the girls are so helpful with their recommendations for my sweet tooth! They are such attentive baristas not even a mistake will go unnoticed by them. The only time I have to pass by without stopping is when I'm in a super rush & there's a line, but I never feel like they take too long with anyone--they are just an awesome place to spend your coffee money!! read more

My first time trying this place found it through door dash and it looked so good I ordered The fiesta burrito it is delicious! I wish it was a bit bigger though. It's a bit small. But the flavor is amazing! I'll definitely order again. Also ordered the dark chocolate mocha made with chocolate milk so good no regrets in choosing to order I was hesitant considering I'm not a fan of pico de gallo and couldn't remove it on door dash but i still chanced it and I can honestly say the burrito is great. I got a bagel and cream cheese that were way above average and there are none of those ridiculous rainbow drinks that my daughter instantly wants when she sees the signage . This place was truly our saving grace after our flight got cancelled because of a crazy storm. Barista was super friendly! My husband got the brown sugar latte & I got a hot chocolate--perfectly tasty and hit the spot because it was freezing out. For food, we had the fiesta breakfast burrito and the chicken bacon melt.
