I took my F150 into the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. Second service on my new truck. They called and recommended a regular air filter and the cabin air filter; I told them to go ahead and replace it. To make a long story short, they broke a simulated wood grain cover above the glove box, then glued the piece back on so I would not notice. Being on the passenger side, I did not notice the damage for several weeks until I was in the passenger seat. I called the service manager, and they told me, "we would never do anything like this." I told them the piece that was damaged was removed by their service department and no one else. After several text messages with the service manager, he agreed to order the new part for me. Several weeks had passed, and still nothing. I called, and he said he would contact me as soon as the part arrived. Well, 6 months later and nothing. My son also had an issue with the service department with a lost wheel key. They told him it was missing, and when he told them they did the last service, they said no tire rotation was done on the last visit. Well, we paid for a tire rotation (The Works oil change). So either you are lying now, or you cheated us on our last visit. Just do not trust the service department. read more

What more can one say besides 'WOW!' This is a truly an amazing dealership. From my initial contact, through the entire car buying experience, Wickstrom Ford is where it is at. I worked with Michelle Goss to find an Ford F-250 Super Duty Platinum Edition as my daily driver. Yes, I love Mother Earth but I love a big ol' diesel even more. It took about 1 hour and Michelle found the exact model and extras I was looking for. Only problem, it was over 500 miles away. Well, when you work with Wickstrom Ford those problems become solutions and to my surprise the vehicle was delivered within 24 hours. Now on to the most important thing to take from this review...SERVICE. I purchased my truck back in July of 2017 but decided to wait to review. I have purchased from other dealers in the past and have always found that once you spend the big bucks you are treated like a small fry. Not at Wickstrom. I put about 30,000 miles per year on my vehicles for work and service is the most important aspect in buying any vehicle. Since purchase I have put about 15,000 miles on my truck so far and have been in multiple times for scheduled service. From the wonderful service staff greeting me in the morning to the delicious Seattles Best coffee they serve, getting an oil change/ service is actually pleasant. I just purchased a new F150 last week. My experience with Wickstrom and specifically with Michael K was very positive. This vehicle was ordered about two months ago and throughout the ordering and waiting process Michael K was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and overall great to deal with. Michael is a car enthusiast and is very knowledgeable regarding mechanical and technical aspects of the ford lineup as well as overall auto knowledge. Throughout the process he kept me up to date via text messaging and occasionally a phone call regarding any questions I had. On delivery day, the actual sale was as easy as could be. All the paperwork was set up electronically so when I stopped in it was just a matter of signing on a tablet. The whole sale was completed in probably less than 15 minutes. After that, Michael took over an hour sitting with me in my new truck and thoroughly going over all the systems (there are a lot with all the trailer tow tech systems, nav, bluetooth, lane assist etc...) and any questions I had. Overall, I couldn't be any happier from start to finish and I would definitely recommend asking for Michael to work with. The only critique I have is that the dealership itself in my opinion could use a little updating aesthetically inside and out, a nicer customer lounge and amenities, to reflect a more upscale image. I drove an hour to go see a car that was advertised to have 8,100 miles on it. The ad for it (see below) brags that it has very low mileage. Instead, when I got there, the car had 81,000+ miles on it! This false advertising was also hyped on line on their promo video for selling the car.
