Do not go here unless you want to be treated unfairly based off the color of your skin! my husband took our Jeep to get an oil change at this location (first time here) we have oil changes on our account from Mopar from the last dealership, we took it to to get an oil change and scratched our paint, so we opted out and going back there and decided to go to Barrington this time, big mistake! right away the man told my husband that we had no oil changes on our account, but we 1000% knew we did because they were just given to us in August, my husband called me because he is a black man, but he is a very soft-spoken, timid, black man, and he does NOT like confrontation, but I will stand up for what's right! right away I knew that they were trying to get over on him, they were trying to make him pay, even telling my husband "just go ahead and pay for it out-of-pocket and get reimbursed by Mopar, Their pockets are large" I was on FaceTime, so I heard it verbatim and I was appalled as for Those were his exact words, I am beyond disgusted by the way my husband and toddler were treated, and I know that they treated them this way based off the color of their skin, he then drove our jeep to the Crystal Lake location and right away, they pulled up our account and miraculously saw the oil changes, literally 10 minutes later!! Imbeciles ! Do not go here for service. I took my Explorer there for a recall. After I pulled out of the parking lot the first time I hit the brakes, it pulled violently to the right in the rear. I pulled into their parking lot, tried the brakes again same thing. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle before I came there and now it had a big problem. I argued with the clowns behind the service desk for quite a while until I started raising my voice and getting attention from the other people in the waiting room when they said, OK we'll take a look at it, sir. They claimed there was something wrong with my alignment before I bought it there that was BS. They corrected the problem with it, pulling to the right.
