My absolute favorite!!! They didn't have any ready yet because obviously it was morning. I asked her what time they closed and I told her I would come back later in the day for it. She said it would probably sell out before I got back so she offered to put in a ticket for a later pickup. What?! Who does that and on top of it said to just let her know if I couldn't make it back in time. Right there is above and beyond customer service. Quite a few friends of mine were short changed by her in large amounts, $20 or more, when they spent large bills on smaller purchases. I simply stopped going in because, yeah, sometimes one rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch and reflect badly on everyone. Well, it looks like management got enough complaints and finally got rid of her. It was a force quit too, you know, don't collect unemployment and we won't press charges kind of thing, lol.
