I've worked with a few caterers and there are three things that I believe separate Stephanie from the rest: 1) Attention to detail. Our wedding included several guests with diet restrictions including celiac disease, nut and dairy allergies, and 3 diabetics. She didn't even flinch when this was disclosed to her. She came up with a custom buffet menu that would meet everyone's needs. The food was phenomenal...we're still getting complements about it. 2) Resourcefulness and integrity. When we had a slight hiccup with where she was going to be set up for the wedding, she made everything work, even with some space and neccesities taken away. She consistently acted with poise, ease and under control...always solution driven, which put me, the guests and the wedding coordinator at ease. 3) Creativity. The menu and appetizers she put together included seasonal ingredients with brilliant colors and flavors that really complemented each other. She did it under a strict budget that even shocked me with regard to her ability to create superb flavor without being simple and traditional. She truly thinks outside the box. Above all, she's incredible to work with and respectful. She had not just our needs in mind but everyone's needs the whole time and required very little follow-up. We highly recommend Stephanie.
