A couple of morning cocktails also made an appearance, including Cottonwood's version of a Bloody Mary and a rum-infused mocha. The huevos rancheros had a bit more kick than expected, but it worked. Our server was fun and easy to chat with, which added to the relaxed feel of the morning. Nobody rushed us, and breakfast with friends is one of those things that shouldn't be rushed. Will we be back? Probably. Cottonwood Cafe feels like a place where locals and visitors can both feel at home, and it was a nice way to wrap up another great trip to Sisters. (I love when that happens!) My teenage daughter got the chicken parm off the lunch menu, looked good with hefty portions. My husband also got the chicken parm, but the dinner version. I chose the chicken tortelloni alfredo, with the "crispy" chicken. I always choose that so it wasn't a difficult decision! All the food was delicious.
