Great as always. Was really looking forward to Tomato soup but got home and had this one still very good though. The sandwich was soo delicious as well.

Big salad.

Salads are great. Service.... We'll... the gals could be more friendly. The soup looks good. Next time smaller salad, add soup and Hope I get someone with a customer service attitude.

They have gotten so cheap on their sandwiches, yet charge a fortune. My sandwich had 2 pieces of turkey, 1 1/2 pieces of bacon, and a smudge of avocado on a barely toasted bread and it cost $10.00. I took it up and asked them if it was a mistake, they said no, that they cut back on what they put in their food to save money. I will never go back with my family of 7, so it won't save much!

We love this place! The sandwiches are amazing. When you walk into the restaurant though, it's the soups that smell even better.

They have the best salads of any place. Selection and freshness are good. It is my go to place for a light healthy lunch.

As a celiac, I made so that they have a dedicated fryer for their fries/tater tots, and they did, so naturally I had to get those. I decided on the sweet potato tots and they were just delectable. I was also craving something fresh, so I got the BBQ Chicken bacon ranch salad. Perfect meal after driving for hours on end. We even came back the next day and I got the exact same meal. The servers were also very patient and knowledgeable. I don't live anywhere near here, but whenever I come back to the area I'll be sure to return to this restaurant.

Once you step inside you are transported to a killer brew pub dimension. The place was moderately busy for 1:30 on a Wednesday and we were immediately greeted by the bartender. We analyzed the tap list and narrowed it down quickly to the 3 IPAs brewed by these guys. We ended up trying all 3 and overall I would give the beer an 8 out of 10. I love a Boneyard RPM or Ft. George 3-way. I have been away from Oregon Craft for about a year so I am a little off my game but I didn't leave a drop in those pint glasses. We both ordered the smash burger and fries with some jalapeño aioli sauce. The fries were maybe the best fries I've ever had. I literally put my head down and chowed through them all before realizing I had a burger too. Smash burger is true to form dressed with melted cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. The bun had been fried in magic sauce to a crispy texture before they built the burger. We were blown away at how good it was!! We went to Sunriver Brewing on Wednesday night and think Initiative won our personal award for that day!! Highly recommend you check it out and I want to go again before I have to leave town!!

The staff are very sweet and mellow, which is nice in the morning. The market is nice, decently priced, full of artisan gifts and trinkets, some hygiene supplies if you need them, and great grab and go snacks; a few highlights of the variety of options include Rogue CBD water (hard to find!), Justin's nut butter treats, Honey Mama truffle bars, pints of local ice cream (including one vegan flavor), and Kettle Chips in some of the best flavors! They also sell beer, wine, and cider, if that's your thing. This morning I got coffee elsewhere but had the Broken Top breakfast burrito in a GF wrap in the cafe and it was fabulous. I forgot to take a photo of the burrito until halfway through the other half of this thing but snagged one of the other side. Tomorrow I plan to try the coffee, smoothie, and breakfast sandwich on GF bread and will update! UPDATE: the sandwich and coffee are delicious! Not pictured is the blueberry basil smoothie. Stopped in for lunch on a Friday. We were surprised to find an empty parking lot and wondered if…read morethe place was even open. We walked in to find a mostly empty restaurant (2 other tables seated). The atmosphere felt more like it was suited for a nice dinner date than a casual lunch but whatever - they're open for lunch. When I asked a friend about it later, he said he and his wife go there for dinner but had never been at lunch time. My buddy ordered the Grinder (essentially an Italian) and I ordered the Beef Sando (essentially their take on a French Dip). My buddy, who self-admittedly doesn't like focaccia, said the bread was awesome and sando in general really good. We both really enjoyed the fries, that were well seasoned in a savory and slightly sweet dusting. The abundance of fries was well appreciated as well. The beef sando was tasty and also a good portion. My only complaint was the thinly shaved beef was laid flat in layers instead of mounded on the sandwich (see pic). I hesitate to even say this, but it felt like I was eating Steak-umm. In general, the meal was good and filling. The service was good and value for price felt good.

We wanted to eat an early dinner and were trying to find a place that offered happy hour. One of…read morethe places only had pizza happy hour which did not fit my friend's dietary accommodations so we were glad to find this place. It was not busy, full of empty tables, at 4:30pm and we quickly ordered before happy hour ended at 5pm. Food was $1 off though my cocktail did not get discounted $1 even though it said so on the website. We got albacore ceviche, cheddar bay fritters, beef carpaccio, 2 pork belly sliders, and zeppole. I tried the tea in the high desert cocktail which was fairly herbal with hints of tea, which was okay. Albacore ceviche - good portions with a good amount of chips. The albacore was fairly fresh and it was very flavorful and a bit tangy. This dish itself was fairly filling. Cheddar bay fritters - a bit dry and heavy for my liking Beef carpaccio - love the usage of chili oil which enhanced a typical dish into another level Pork belly sliders - delicious and great value at $3 each. It was so good I got an extra one for myself and even though it was 5:04pm, they still honored happy hour pricing! Zeppole - decent, also a bit dry, but the sweet strawberry sauce somewhat compensated for it. I love that the food came out quickly and service was speedy. This was what we needed while we jam packed our itinerary to try to see as many places as possible.

Always on the lookout for great N/A I ordered the house-made ginger beer. SO GOOD! Anyway, appetizers - We had: Patatas Bravas - yummy fingerling potatos Mushroom Tartine - this is PHENOMENAL, their amazing sourdough bread topped with mushrooms, goat cheese and herbs. Now mind you, it comes with 3 servings, and with four of us, well it was hard to split up. I wish we wouldve asked if they could do 4 pieces for incremental charge. I loved it so much if I come back this might even be my entree. Roasted Eggplant - omg, with spiced yogurt and pomegranate seeds, what an amazing taste combination! Braised Cabbage, in a curry broth, this was inhaled as well. While the others ordered the various pizzas, I had the Flame and Field Steak Salad, 6oz sirloin on radicchio salad with an amazing blue cheese dressing and lots of other stuff. My steak was PERFECTLY cooked to med rare and seasoned. And i'll mention, they dont put any salt/pepper on the table here, and they dont need to :) Service was on the ball, kind respectful and informative. The ambiance is very, well, TERRA. Lol. Look up on the wall, terracotta pots, lol. For excellent gourmet food, much of it vegan and glutenfree, prices were super reasonable. I'll come back here pronto next time I'm in town.
