It's honestly become part of the charm. Dinner and a show. To his credit, this server is consistent. In the three years we've lived in Central Oregon, I'm fairly certain he is the only server we've ever seen there. Ever. And his attitude has been consistent. Which raises questions... but also a bit of admiration for his commitment to the bit. All jokes aside, if he hates being a server this much, it might be time for a career pivot. But until then, we'll probably keep coming back--not for the spice, not even really for the food--but to see what kind of performance we're getting that night.
