One thing to note is that every drink size comes with the same number of espresso shots. Since I ordered the 16 oz Almond Joy and don't usually like overly sweet drinks, I added an extra shot of espresso. That balanced everything out and made the sweetness just right for me. If you're passing through or staying in the area, this is definitely worth stopping by for your coffee fix.

Espresso drink wasn't very strong with a quad shot- she said she was having trouble getting the machine to pull shots correctly and I could taste the 'brightness' of it. The other vehicle was sitting parked at the gas station at a gas pump and wasn't even close to the drive-thru line, so the accusation made no sense. Instead of asking what happened or handling the situation professionally, they immediately assumed I was in the wrong and were rude throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't any better. It was one of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had. After only a few sips, I threw it away because it tasted so bad. Between being treated disrespectfully over an unfounded accusation and receiving coffee that wasn't even drinkable, this was a terrible experience. I won't be coming back, and I hope management addresses both the customer service and the quality of their coffee

Last time I ordered one cheeseburger bc I was in a hurry. Fifteen min later I had to finally ask a third time for my burger. They passed up my order SIX times to fill large drive thru orders. The burger sat on the counter for over ten minutes. When I finally got it, it was cold, the cheese wasn't melted at all and was cold and rubbery. Today I waited another fifteen minutes thru the drive thru. Only one car was in front of me and they had just one small bag of a small order also so I'm not understanding why it's taking 15 minutes and there. When I got to the window, the shift manager wasn't even certain if this was my food or not, and asked me to check it. The fries had so much oil on them. I could not even eat them and the oil tasted like it hadn't been changed in a long time.
