I had a really awful experience at this drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up, the employee immediately accused me of cutting off another customer. The other vehicle was sitting parked at the gas station at a gas pump and wasn't even close to the drive-thru line, so the accusation made no sense. Instead of asking what happened or handling the situation professionally, they immediately assumed I was in the wrong and were rude throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't any better. It was one of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had. After only a few sips, I threw it away because it tasted so bad. Between being treated disrespectfully over an unfounded accusation and receiving coffee that wasn't even drinkable, this was a terrible experience. Ok coffee drive thru on your way in or out of La Pine. It was a busy afternoon with one gal working- the other one just had gotten off. Barista was very nice though. Espresso drink wasn't very strong with a quad shot- she said she was having trouble getting the machine to pull shots correctly and I could taste the 'brightness' of it. I will try again when I go back through the area, maybe I need to get something different for convenience. Went to try to get a coffee today and was so disgusted the batista was smoking right infront of the drive through chatting with a construction worker when his wife suddenly drove up and was clearly upset by this, the barista then walks aimlessly in circles as to act like she's busy doing something! But never did she return to take my order. I drove off completely in disarray. She looked like she had just rolled out of bed, take some pride in your place of buisiness. I will give this place another shot on the off chance that this was a new hire and hopefully the owner addresses the unprofessional behavior of this employee. read more

Took almost 20 minutes to get a watery lukewarm black coffee that tasted like the inside of ACE hardware smells. Would not go there again

I've been coming to place twice a week for the last few months, but I'm sad to say I won't be going back. I ordered my regular drink there on Tuesday afternoon and the barista rolled her eyes at me and said she doesn't want to make it because she's having a really bad day. Full stop. A little hidden gem when traveling through La Pine. The coffee is fantastic. I had an Americano, which was decorated with a delicious chocolate covered espresso bean. The fruit smoothies are also amazing. The woman who served us was very kind and efficient. I was impressed with all of the different coffee and non-coffee drink options. Will definitely try something different on our next trip! Highly recommend this drive-through coffee bar. read more

I will never go back to this place. I have given them two chances in the two years since I moved to Lapine. The first time I got the worst cup of burnt espresso coffee. I couldn't drink it I ended up stopping at Starbucks in Bend. Today I stopped there with a friend and her boyfriend. They go there all the time and knew what they wanted so she rattled off her order while I looked at the menu. So I told the owner I wanted to place a separate order. She actually reamed me out and told me I should have placed my order with the others she could have made my drink with one of the others. Never considering I may have not known her menu. I didn't correct I figured I would let her make herself look like an ass. Which she continued to do when she didn't do as I asked and rang up all the drinks together. Which would have been bad if I hadn't had the cash to hand to my friend. You don't cop an attitude with your customers. It's not how you do business! It's too bad this coffee actually tasted good. I have been going to this coffee stop for approx 6 years averaging 4-5 stops a month. I like the coffee and i like the ham and crossaints. It looks as though these people are cutting cost by sacrificing quality. The cheese they use to put in the crossaint was cheddar cheese. Now it is some cheese that is in the order of plastic in the arteries. I brought this up to one braista on a stop, she said she would relay to the owners. Well the last time I was there which was Saturday or Sunday on my way to Eureka, I stopped by early in the morning. Jut so happens the manager was there. I ordered my usual this time of year caffe latte hot In casual conversation, I thought to mention it to her to maybe to put in a suggestion to the owners about changing back to the healthier cheese and even charge more. She immediately blamed the issue of the cheese as to being out of stock and havent been able to get any more because of COVID. I for one am tired of hearing this excuse everyday a supplier doesnt have basic stuff. I really wasnt asking for an excuse why they did not have the cheese; merely a suggestion. She also said " oh I heard about you" and continued with " if you dont want to order the ham crossaint, there are a thousand other places around here you can get something to eat instead of here. I thought that was a bit rude but i accepted my coffee, paid and continued down the road. After leaving, I opened the ham sandwich up and it was cold. The cheese although microwaved was solid slice and the ham and crossaint was cold. The coffee was slightly warmer than luke warm. I think i am done with this place. If you are headed into Lapine from the south, a much better coffee and nicer manager is about a 1/4 mile on the left. And coming from the north about 1/4 mile in on the right. They serve ham and crossant sandwiches also and much more friendlier. Thats too bad. I do really like Central Perks coffee. read more

First off we sat waiting for our order to be placed forever while they just kept looking at us as they walked by with no greeting or anything then one of the gals was covered in dog hair from head to toe and the other had pants covered in dirt on front and back then to top it off my coffee taste like hot chocolate yep not going there again! read more

This is the best coffee shop that I have ever been to. My favorite drink is definitely the peanut butter cup mocha it taste like heaven in a cup. Whenever we pass it I have to turn around and go there. If I could go there everyday I would no doubt about it. read more

We were excited to try this place because of the good reviews but we were disappointed. I ordered an almond milk latte which is my normal drink and easy to make. It tasted like slightly bitter hot water. It didn't taste like coffee or almond milk. I took two sips and then threw it out. First time here. Just a small coffee shack, and when I pulled up didn't know what to expect,until I saw the variety. I was met with a smile and friendly service,my 12 oz. Peanut butter blended mocha was a dream. The green apple italian soda my daughter had was complete with sprinkles in the whipping cream. My only regret is there is only one central perk. I strongly recommend this place and look forward to my next stop. Lapine has a gem with this woman. read more
