Came into this restaurant with expectations of a fast dinner ordered almost $40 dollars worth of food , asked for some ranch. I was told that they would need to charge me for it at 35cents per packet. Wow!!! Really?? This is how they treat you next they will be charging for ketchup I am really disappointed in this franchise if this store is that hard up for money then maybe start taking food stamps.. as for my order it took about 15 min and no one was really in the store let alone when I tried to get service I had to look for someone to help me, for the money I should have gone to a sit down restaurant like Cinco Demio, or Gordy truck stop . Went to the La Pine location at 10:00 am toe get some fries and a Diet Coke. The server at the register was a brunette, rotund female with a nasty attitude. She quickly responded after I mentioned french fries that only breakfast was served until 11:00am. I explained that ubereats.com claimed that this location started serving fries at 10:00 am. She promptly retorted, "We don't any control over what they say." Very distasteful and unfriendly attitude. I went to Gordy's HST north of them to get me fries and diet drink. Sub-par McDonalds! Most have a basic standard that you can count on when you need to go to a McDonalds. This place is way below the average. The service was terrible and the whole team acted like it was their first day. Very long wait for the food and we kept watching unhappy customers going to the counter for messed up orders. We finally got our food after 20 mins and you guessed it.... The food was awful! The burgers so dry we had to smother in ketchup to eat them. Bad experience all the way around. read more

I never thought I'd be giving a rating of any kind to a McDonald's but here I am. Service? fast, friendly, accurate ( which deserves mass props! ) Food quality? Quite literally, the best Micky D's I've EVER had!!! Fresh, hot, perfectly salty fries. I usually don't order Big Macs, mostly because the added bun is too dry, but THIS one??? Dude.... Whether you're driving through and need to stop, or you're stopped here for more than a minute, this location is worth a potty break and then some! read more

Every time I have ever eaten McDonald's food, I throw up. I have no idea what they put into their food but it's absolutely disgusting. The locations are never accesible. The ambiance is one of apathy as the company loves to send meals to countries commiting genocide, and everyone in there looks absolutely dead as they stare at the phones and eat crap. The people behind the counter acted like we were dumb and only spoke Spanish, even though we were speaking English perfectly fine idk why, maybe because were Mexican or something and there's a new guy that barely knows how to use the machine to add our order, it took like 10 minutes for him to get our food and needed help, I don't blame him for being slow, but he needs some help, a lot, the place looks fine but it's next to a gas station so, I don't expect much, it's kinda depressing but it's fine, and they forgot 2 items and got one wrong, I do recommend this place if you like port service and incorrect orders read more

Awesome McDonalds! Super friendly folks working here, Crystal took great care of me and went the extra mile for me a couple of times on one visit! She replaced something that I dropped on the floor (totally my fault and I made a mess to boot, but she was so nice about it). Just left. They got half the order wrong. The people there were all pretty friendly but the lady behind the counter touched her hair and then the lids to our lattes. And none of the breakfast sandwiches that we ordered had an egg on it!??? And yes we ordered the ones with eggs. (But by the time we all realized the eggs were missing we'd already driven away.) I wasn't going to yelp them until we checked everything in the car and found that the breakfast burritos we ordered (and were on our receipt) were switched to a McGriddle & the extra hash browns were not in there either. I'm pretty sure they mixed up our order with the order next to ours because the two ladies seemed pretty confused which was which. the service here is horrible. we ordered our food and we saw it was taking longer than usual. we asked a lady and she sighed so loud and we just asked why it was taking so long and she just said I'm doing it hold on and turned around to start making OTHER orders. Keep this in mind people would go in and order food at the kiosk and cashier and they got Their order. then our order got dismissed.. in total our wait time was an hour could've been more if we didn't ask AGAIN for it. we talked to a manager named Martin. He upgraded our drinks and fries but we were still missing fries. the food was good after all but the service was horrible these people are racist. we were all talking Spanish the whole time. we paid to much and for it to get dismissed that's to much don't recommend coming here. read more

The service was horrible. The lady at the counter was painful slow and made multiple mistakes with customer ahead of me. She had another employee attempt to help her. Despite helping her multiple times, she couldn't get the order correct. I decided to use the Kiosk to try to speed the process up and made my order. Afterwards, the machine gave a message that it was not able to process payments and that I had to pay for my meal at the cashier. So I went back to the cashier and she was still trying to help the same lady. Once she finished, she then attempted to help the next lady who was in front of me. After another 5 min, I decided to leave. I spent 20 min in this McDonalds. There were only 2 people ahead of me and still could not get service. What is more frustrating, is other staff knew there was an issue yet they acted like they really didn't care. Will never go there and attempt to get food again. read more

I don't even try the drive-thru anymore, the only time this place is slightly below average is when the manager is in. The employees are nice, but always running around clueless. Orders are always backed up, people coming in from there incorrect order in the drive-thru. I order a fry and a drink and waited 15 mins contemplating just leaving without a refund just to get a mildly warm French fry (you'd think with all the orders they'd be cooking fries like no tomorrow). They should allow people to just make their own food since it'd be faster and actually be constructed well. These people need guidance or maybe just a little training. read more

i have been to this joint several times.. the food is usually ok, but the times and the service are not. I have waited many times well over 5 minutes to either be waited on or served. This is bull when you are on lunch and only have so much time to order and eat. Lately it has been 15 minutes. such sad service for one of the only food restaurants in La Pine. Some days I attribute it to shift change. but it shouldnt take that long to slip another tray into place and switch out head gear. I am not usually one to complain but this bull has got to stop. Connected to a gas station and dirty convenience store. Seemed like a great stop on paper while traveling through...but not so much. Restroom in convenience store was dirty and out of tp. It was taking 10 to 15 minutes to get orders to customers and as most everything else is now indoor dining again they are not. However the food was consistent to McDonalds and hot and the staff was apologetic. The property for all of these things is way to small and not able to manage the number of cars traveling through. Probably best to keep on driving if you are in a hurry. At the very least use mobile order. I used mobile and got my food faster than many that were inside when I got in there. read more

I would say that this location is less than average. Service is terribly slow regardless of the time of day, especially in the drive thru where we recently waited nearly half an hour to pick up a couple of sodas. On top of that, many of the employees come across as indifferent. I realize that this is fast food so my expectations for customer service aren't incredibly high, but it would be nice if these teens were a bit friendlier. The reason for the two stars is how the employees were talking to each other. "Did you get the shake lady? Come on you gotta get the shake that's all there is left lady!". And this was almost yelling. They were all nice to the customers and I understand you get close and feel like you can yell/talk how you want to each other, but it will drive away business if y'all don't calm down. read more

Bad service. Never had a mediocre experience here. Last time I was in, there were two registers open. Only one cashier was consistently taking orders, the other was taking orders and running. After waiting for my turn to order, someone came through the door and straight to the counter. Obviously they knew whoever it was that was working that day. Their order got placed. We were not impressed about the service one bit....I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without KETCHUP. well when we did get our order. My boyfriend handed me the one with the special tag that said no ketchup....Well, there was a TON of ketchup, so I checked the other one thinking they just put the wrong one in with the special tag.. Not the case, they both had ketchup. So I took it back to the cashier that waited on us and said I asked no ketchup but, there is some. she said I'm sorry took it back and told someone this has ketchup on it and it was ordered without.. She said I will have the right one out to you in a minute...WELL, 5 minutes later I'm still standing there waiting for my burger. A second person finally comes by and asks have you been helped ? I said yes I'm waiting for my quarter pounder with cheese without ketchup because I received one with. She said "OH," then walked away, didn't go check to see where my order was..So I stand there for another 3 minutes. Watching all these other orders being filled and orders being taken. Finally the Original cashier didn't have anyone so, Do you think you Could you check where my burger is ?? she just looked at me like a deer starring into headlights, I'm guessing the 3 rd person that finally came over was a shift manager, or lead person.. Again, now this is the 3rd person mind you. So I told my story again. She went over and asked the line "Where is the Quarter pounder with cheese without ketchup?? Didn't hear what they said. But, I heard her tell them I need one stat...By this time 10 minutes have gone by, My fries were cold and when I got back to my table to eat my burger, they just threw huge pieces of onion on it, no mustard and a pickle....Didn't say sorry, or even offer to replace my cold french fries cuz, I had to wait 10 minutes to get the right burger... We left totally discussed with the service.. I will Never go back to that location again...
