This store will NOT take your order at the counter anymore. They want you to use the kiosk (which they offer to help you place your order); however if you pay cash they do it at the register anyway. I came in here for one crunchy taco. There was no one in line. I waited for a full two minutes and waited while the guy at the counter was looking at something on his order screen. He finally said, "I'm trying to order my own food. You can order from the touchpad behind you." Wow. I would have given this place one star, but the young man with the curly red hair was good. Never going back to this location simply because of the customer service by the manager. The lady at the front did nothing wrong and was very nice but miss heard me with my mask and glass in front of us and ordered me a number 3 instead of the number 2 I asked for. When I got my food I very politely informed what had happened. Again front girl was nice but manager said nope he need to repay or take what I GAVE BACK TO THEM INFORMING I CANT HAVE IT. I still stayed nice and paid knowing I was going to make a review but what made this a 1 star and not a 3 was the fast that I had to wait another 5-10 min while other people got their food and mine got cold. I wanted to recognize Desiree who helped us at the drive thru. She was very outgoing, professional, friendly, happy, and very welcoming! We just really enjoyed her outstanding customer service! I went this morning on 1/8/22 and had the best Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Very attentive staff and great service all around.

I can't speak for the inside of the establishment and I didn't eat many items (the CO2 machine was also down) but the person taking the orders in the drive thru--the same guy at the window, was very polite, friendly and had a great smile. Place was clean, food was made well and fast. But this place is getting one star because at least one employee was MASSIVELY rude.. to another employee! Whatever you g lady was at the register (I forgot to get names) tonight at 7pm was very kind and sweet. I'm not sure what was said in the back but she was suddenly yelled at and ran back up front looking VERY upset. She tried saying sorry and that she was just trying to help and timed it wrong but we just said it's okay and tried to play it off. While the dude in the back was cussing about her so loud it made my partner and I extremely worried for her work safety. I don't care what the drama of it all was, he was being REALLY inappropriate, especially in front of customers. Each time we eat here the service gets worse. Today ordered on the app to pickup. Live less than 5 miles away. While husband was waiting to pickup order watch the worker burn the quessadilla had to make another one. Dumped a taco in the bag so had to make another one. The inside was not super busy, but there was one girl taking the orders and I think making the food. Another girl was cleaning (I know it needs to be done but come on, it was clean, you could've helped). If I could leave a lower review. I got there at 9:01pm and needed to use the bathroom while in the drive thru. They had customers in the lobby still but told me I couldn't come in. I ordered a burrito with no onions and shocker there was onions on it. I ordered chips and cheese nachos and the chips were dumped in the bag of food, smashed and not in a separate bag. I asked for fire sauce and got mild. This is the best service I think I've ever gotten at a TB. We've been a few times (always through the drivethru) and the people taking our order have been really nice each time.
