When walking in they expect you to use a digital screen and pay yourself. They won't even take your order inside anymore so it's not bad enough. The food is shit way overpriced. This store will NOT take your order at the counter anymore. They want you to use the kiosk (which they offer to help you place your order); however if you pay cash they do it at the register anyway. I came in here for one crunchy taco. There was no one in line. I waited for a full two minutes and waited while the guy at the counter was looking at something on his order screen. The lady at the front did nothing wrong and was very nice but miss heard me with my mask and glass in front of us and ordered me a number 3 instead of the number 2 I asked for. I wanted to recognize Desiree who helped us at the drive thru. She was very outgoing, professional, friendly, happy, and very welcoming! We just really enjoyed her outstanding customer service! The chips with my nachos were inedible, they tasted absolutely disgusting, then there was my bean burrito... containing more onions than beans yet still not nearly enough to fill the tortilla, leaving each bite to be about 1/2 tortilla 1/2 bean coated onions... Each time we eat here the service gets worse. Today ordered on the app to pickup. Live less than 5 miles away. While husband was waiting to pickup order watch the worker burn the quessadilla had to make another one. Dumped a taco in the bag so had to make another one. Waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes from when we ordered to when we got our food. There is no way to pull out around the cars in front of you so you must wait. The inside was not super busy, but there was one girl taking the orders and I think making the food. Another girl was cleaning (I know it needs to be done but come on, it was clean, you could've helped).
