My family got Hawaiian and vegetarian pizzas that looked and smelled really good. The gluten free pizza was okay. The crust part was really hard and dry. I remembered liking my pizza from the Figaro's in Burns so I went back and looked at the picture- if you make the sauce go nearly to the edge of the crust, it won't be so hard and dried out. And extend the cheese and toppings to the edge as well. Thank you for at least carrying gluten free. read more

My wife and I have placed orders for pizza and wings. The first pizza was in October 22 and it was good. We ordered another pizza and it didn't bake well at all. The wings were great, cooked well and the sauce was delicious. We don't order their pizza anymore. We recently ordered wings and they weren't good. Our wings had an smell to them and no fresh taste. They were at the stage, where they would make you sick. Which, happened to me. Also, we had wings with broken bones. The sauces were different and thinner. Service and ambiance are average for takeout restaurants. read more

This pizza is always so fresh and delicious. It really shows that there is a great owner that cares tremendously about the community.

The wings are really good and good prices on pizza as well. Very nice customer service and amazing staff

I tried calling a few times with no answer but I figured they were busy. Their online service is easy to use but I was lucky enough to have a coupon so I had to show up in person to use it. The service was really good, very friendly people who seem very proud of their work. The pizza, oh the pizza. My wife and I got a large half and half pepperoni and garlic bird. I have eaten a lot of pizza, I've even worked at a pizza place that charged $30 for a large and backed up their pricing by using good ingredients and home making a lot of their toppings. The pizza here at Figaro's pizza was better. I was extremely happy with the price, the soft yet crispy crust was amazing, and the proportion of cheese to sauce and toppings was perfection. 10/10 will be returning here. I typically wait a few times to leave a 5 star review but I feel that my review stars will not be changing any time soon if at all. read more

Had the chicken wings. And spent the night with the toilet. And the take and bake pizza never baked

Dropping back in here. Pizza is still mediocre, but the people make me want to come back. This last time they gave my kids little gummy pizzas, which made their day. Thanks guys! read more

Every time I order a cooked pizza or cheesy bread it's raw. I've tried 3 different times over the last 6 months and it's awful every single time! This time I asked for the pizza to be cooked a little longer, get back to work and it was on the verge of being burnt and the cheesy bread was really raw couldn't even eat it. I will have to take it home and try to bake it. Don't offer to cook the pizza or any dough products if you're going to undercook the food. Maybe look at your equipment to see if you need to do something different. I won't be back. Three strikes you're out! read more

I go in here and get a calzone with extra meat. Take that baby home and cook it up. Amazing. Would feed three people if your not a big eater. Had the pizza here a few times and that ain't bad either. Pretty good take and bake. read more

Basic franchise crap food nothing special, exciting, or probably made in house... low-mid at best...

Good pizza and wings! Staff was very friendly and the pizza was tasty and cooked to order in about 15 minutes. It's not the best pizza I have had, it was good though. I will eat here again the next time I come through La Pine. read more

I'm shocked that this place doesn't have 4-5 stars. They are always so friendly and accommodating and it's REALLY good pizza! I'm such a picky eater and they are always so nice about my weird food requests. Go here. read more

Our Figaros in LaPine, Or would be the best instead what makes them the worst is they tell you it will be ready in 35 min and when you show up they haven't even started making it yet, that's a problem. The food is always great but don't give me excuses when you told me 35 min, should have told me 45 I'm very upset. I'm going to have to start going to the other pizza place in town read more

While staying down the street at the Best Western, we decided pizza was the only thing we wanted for dinner. Off we go on a whirlwind tour of La Pine. About five minutes...We spotted Figaro"s. Good as any, we think. They tout only fresh ingredients. But then, don't even the chain pizza joints do that? We order an 'everything' sort of pizza and have them hold the bell peppers (we HATE bell peppers) and add some garlic. You can "take and bake" or have them bake. Same price. We had them bake since we're 'motelling' it. Also, we saw only one table in the place so I think it's definitely geared toward carry-out. We got our pizza in short order and went back to our room. We had wine with it and it was delicious! I wish we'd ordered a larger one, but then I'd be 'larger' too as a result - ha. We really liked the pizza from Figaro's and next year when we pass through La Pine we will be enjoying their fare again. read more

Figaro's did not dissapoint! We ordered 3 XL pizzas. 1, Mama's favorite (supreme) with sicilian crust (deep dish), 2 double pepperoni, thin, crust, 3. Vegetarian original crust. We opted for take and bake for hot fresh pizza at home. All ingredients were fresh and great quality and we even left it unrefridgerated for an hour before baking. We are from california and were pleasantly surprised and wish we had a place as good as this near us in san diego. We fed 12 hungry holiday camping adults and found out later that my sister in law was secretly hording pizza slices in her trailer. read more

Terrible!! Toppings we're canned/frozen at $35 for a vegetarian add chicken. Unacceptable!!! Let's be honest, the onions were fresh. I want to support a local small mom & pop restaurant but, you've lost 1,000,000,000% of your compassion!!! A struggling business who cares still tries. Your not even trying!! read more

Arrived at Figaro's July 9, 2023 at 5:30 pm. A male youngster took our order which include 8 bone-in wings (1/2 honey-BBQ and 1/2 Teriyaki) and a medium thin-crust with pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. We were told by the youngster that it would be a 35-minute wait. We waited in the small waiting room so they could not have avoid seeing us there for 40 minutes. We went to the counter and spoke with the same youngster who took our order, who didn't even recognize us. He asked us what we had ordered. he flipped through the tickets which he had diligently speared with his ticket pad. He said they forgot to start our pizza and claimed he would start it right away. I declined and requested my money back ($31). Totally inexcusable! We went down north Hwy 97 to Ponderosa and ordered the same pizza with a 4 piece broasted chicken. The counterperson gave us a free Pepsi for the wait on the pizza. We took it home for dinner and ate it. No more Figaro's pizza. Ponderosa is closer anyhow. They just eternally lost two customers. read more

It was good pizza but maybe we are just very spoiled to Fazzeratis in Napa . Price was good

I ordered a chicken bacon artichoke pizza that came with garlic sauce. I picked up my pizza, got home and realized that they gave me a Canadian bacon artichoke pizza with red sauce. Needless to say I was highly disappointed since I paid $20 for a pizza that was on the menu and they gave me something completely random. Apparently you need to inspect your pizza before you leave the location. read more

Love Figaro's. Better than Papa Murphy's by far, and they offer daily specials every week. Even though I eat carnivore style and typically don't consume carbs, their gluten-free crust has never bothered my stomach when I get the rare "cheatzza." Customers from the outskirts can phone in the order and it's always ready by the time you get to town. Staff is always friendly and makes conversation. Could be a little more generous with toppings but definitely no complaints. read more

Honestly respect their place a lot! They tried hard but failed at even doing that but I cannot lie it was so bad. Had me gagging eating it, I hadn't eaten in 3 days and it killed my appetite . Love it would never go again!! Wings we're a 6/10, pizza was a 1/10 and their was hair in my pizza, not complaining but it caught me off guard. read more

Now I've worked at a good pizza/Italian restaurant for years (as a 20+ year old...). But this is just ok pizza. We probably will try anything else first. Not saying it's bad.... just not great. It was ready when promised and they offered a Check In Offer deal. read more

That moment you order a supreme pizza with peppercinis on half of the pizza and instead u get half a pepperoni and sausage half burnt pepperoni pizza with no peppercinis in site. I paid extra for peppercinis, bacon, etc yet it has neither. And all they offered me in return for my pizza being completely screwed up was a free 2 liter if i drove 5 miles back into town, brought my pizza in and showed them, yet id be leaving with the same pizza that would then be cold. Terribly lame. Although you can see the online ordering icon right there on the front screen on yelp and on their website, it doesn't work! We ordered online, the order was completed successfully. When we showed up Half an hour later as requested, the gentleman at the front counter stated the fax machine wasn't working and they don't receive orders at this time! He requested I start my order again! As we are in the middle of a road trip, that just isn't possible and even if I could, that kind of customer service does not warrant my business. We left immediately in search of the next pizza on the road. read more

This place was run by two ladies, it was spotless. I called in a pizza and it was cooked perfect. If in town try this place!

On my birthday my wife got pizza for our dinner. After getting it hope we found the crust was soggy and gross. Tried to call them but no answer so I emailed their survey website and they emailed back thanking me for submitting my comment. No follow up..no concern about my waste of time and money. Pizza money is better spent someplace else. read more

The pizza is ok, but the way they run their business and treat their employees is not! You live in a small town, so you're going to choose to hire teenagers. My daughter is a hard worker, it's bad enough that you only want students to choose no more than 2 sports, but as a senior in high school, straight A student that is also in National Honor Society, sure she forgot to ask for specific days off for some previous commitments that she had, she tried to take care of it properly. But when another teenage employee decides he thinks it's funny to put his hands around my daughters neck, and when she asks him not to do that, he decides to do it again... and when you're told about it, is anything done, NO!. My daughter then is only scheduled to work the following weekend, then when she shows up for her shift and goes to clock in, she's told that it's not going to work out and I'm letting you go, it's bad enough that you wait all week to let her go... BUT then to tell her that she won't get her tips from the days that she worked because she didn't work the whole month. If this is the way you do business, I'll not have anything to do with your place of business again! read more

Well I can appreciate the reviews from people passing through Lapine to visit. But it's hit and miss for the local's on service and whether they answer the phone that day to place an order. They change there hours monthly. I've chosen to buy my take and bake pizza at the Corner store just a few miles away on Burgess and Day st. Great pizza, great service and there open for service when they say they are. Open till 10:00 pm daily. And a much better price!!!!! read more

bought a large pizza tonight, as my wife and I were very hungry for pizza. picked it up, weighed nothing, could see the crust through the toppings. Toppings were over 1 1/2" from the edge of the crust, making this about a small medium. looked clean though, we will eat it. read more

We ordered pizza about a half hour before closing, apparently they were in a hurry to leave. Our pizza was a wreck! Sauce slopped all over, while some slices had literally no cheese. We called to let them know our disappointment, but they didn't answer our call at 7:57pm or 7:58pm, we assume since they closed at 8pm customer satisfaction was no longer a concern of theirs. Disappointing, again. read more
