I tried calling a few times with no answer but I figured they were busy. Their online service is easy to use but I was lucky enough to have a coupon so I had to show up in person to use it. The service was really good, very friendly people who seem very proud of their work. The pizza, oh the pizza. My wife and I got a large half and half pepperoni and garlic bird. I have eaten a lot of pizza, I've even worked at a pizza place that charged $30 for a large and backed up their pricing by using good ingredients and home making a lot of their toppings. The pizza here at Figaro's pizza was better. I was extremely happy with the price, the soft yet crispy crust was amazing, and the proportion of cheese to sauce and toppings was perfection. 10/10 will be returning here. My family got Hawaiian and vegetarian pizzas that looked and smelled really good. The gluten free pizza was okay. The crust part was really hard and dry. I remembered liking my pizza from the Figaro's in Burns so I went back and looked at the picture- if you make the sauce go nearly to the edge of the crust, it won't be so hard and dried out. My wife and I have placed orders for pizza and wings. The first pizza was in October 22 and it was good. We ordered another pizza and it didn't bake well at all. The wings were great, cooked well and the sauce was delicious. We don't order their pizza anymore. We recently ordered wings and they weren't good. Our wings had an smell to them and no fresh taste. They were at the stage, where they would make you sick. Which, happened to me. Also, we had wings with broken bones. The sauces were different and thinner. Every time I order a cooked pizza or cheesy bread it's raw. I've tried 3 different times over the last 6 months and it's awful every single time! This time I asked for the pizza to be cooked a little longer, get back to work and it was on the verge of being burnt and the cheesy bread was really raw couldn't even eat it. I will have to take it home and try to bake it. Don't offer to cook the pizza or any dough products if you're going to undercook the food. Arrived at Figaro's July 9, 2023 at 5:30 pm. A male youngster took our order which include 8 bone-in wings (1/2 honey-BBQ and 1/2 Teriyaki) and a medium thin-crust with pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. We were told by the youngster that it would be a 35-minute wait. We waited in the small waiting room so they could not have avoid seeing us there for 40 minutes. We went to the counter and spoke with the same youngster who took our order, who didn't even recognize us. He asked us what we had ordered. he flipped through the tickets which he had diligently speared with his ticket pad. He said they forgot to start our pizza and claimed he would start it right away. I declined and requested my money back ($31). Totally inexcusable! We went down north Hwy 97 to Ponderosa and ordered the same pizza with a 4 piece broasted chicken. The counterperson gave us a free Pepsi for the wait on the pizza. We took it home for dinner and ate it. No more Figaro's pizza. Ponderosa is closer anyhow. While staying down the street at the Best Western, we decided pizza was the only thing we wanted for dinner. Off we go on a whirlwind tour of La Pine. About five minutes...We spotted Figaro"s. Good as any, we think. They tout only fresh ingredients. But then, don't even the chain pizza joints do that? We order an 'everything' sort of pizza and have them hold the bell peppers (we HATE bell peppers) and add some garlic. You can "take and bake" or have them bake. Same price. We had them bake since we're 'motelling' it. Also, we saw only one table in the place so I think it's definitely geared toward carry-out. We got our pizza in short order and went back to our room. We had wine with it and it was delicious! I wish we'd ordered a larger one, but then I'd be 'larger' too as a result - ha. We really liked the pizza from Figaro's and next year when we pass through La Pine we will be enjoying their fare again. read more

Figaro's did not dissapoint! We ordered 3 XL pizzas. 1, Mama's favorite (supreme) with sicilian crust (deep dish), 2 double pepperoni, thin, crust, 3. Vegetarian original crust. We opted for take and bake for hot fresh pizza at home. All ingredients were fresh and great quality and we even left it unrefridgerated for an hour before baking. We are from california and were pleasantly surprised and wish we had a place as good as this near us in san diego. Love Figaro's. Better than Papa Murphy's by far, and they offer daily specials every week. Even though I eat carnivore style and typically don't consume carbs, their gluten-free crust has never bothered my stomach when I get the rare "cheatzza." Customers from the outskirts can phone in the order and it's always ready by the time you get to town. Staff is always friendly and makes conversation. When we showed up Half an hour later as requested, the gentleman at the front counter stated the fax machine wasn't working and they don't receive orders at this time! He requested I start my order again! As we are in the middle of a road trip, that just isn't possible and even if I could, that kind of customer service does not warrant my business. The pizza is ok, but the way they run their business and treat their employees is not! You live in a small town, so you're going to choose to hire teenagers. My daughter is a hard worker, it's bad enough that you only want students to choose no more than 2 sports, but as a senior in high school, straight A student that is also in National Honor Society, sure she forgot to ask for specific days off for some previous commitments that she had, she tried to take care of it properly. But when another teenage employee decides he thinks it's funny to put his hands around my daughters neck, and when she asks him not to do that, he decides to do it again... and when you're told about it, is anything done, NO!. My daughter then is only scheduled to work the following weekend, then when she shows up for her shift and goes to clock in, she's told that it's not going to work out and I'm letting you go, it's bad enough that you wait all week to let her go... BUT then to tell her that she won't get her tips from the days that she worked because she didn't work the whole month. Well I can appreciate the reviews from people passing through Lapine to visit. But it's hit and miss for the local's on service and whether they answer the phone that day to place an order. They change there hours monthly. I've chosen to buy my take and bake pizza at the Corner store just a few miles away on Burgess and Day st.
