As a paying customer, I was frequently subjected to unprofessional behavior, including badmouthing, being openly treated with contempt, and feeling a pervasive sense of hostility. It is astonishing to encounter such poor customer service in a business where clients pay for a premium experience. The core issue is this: you can pay the exact same price and achieve the exact same tan using equivalent beds at another salon, without having to endure altercations, degradation, or feeling completely unwelcome. The added stress and negative interactions here simply are not worth the money or the time. A tanning salon should be a clean, welcoming place for self-care. When the environment is toxic, and the staff's demeanor makes you feel uncomfortable and badmouthed, the value proposition collapses entirely. I strongly recommend finding a location where the staff understands that basic respect and professionalism are non-negotiable parts of the service they are paid to provide. -I want to stress that I am writing this review after being a customer there for probably 10 years, but after being told by the owner's son that I was in the wrong after one of their staff members was aggressive, verbally abusive, her mannerisms were that of intimidation, and the whole situation had me shaken up, the bosses son called me and told me that I was in the wrong and that I had I was not liked by the other girls that worked there. I'm 45 years old. I've never had a fight in my life and I am not an aggressive or abusive person and this is totally unprofessional. Unacceptable and I will never step foot in that establishment again so just take it or leave it. Some of those staff members are just not well... we can leave it at that.

This comes reasonably priced , around £3 for 10 minutes , or £16 for 60 minutes course in very convenient location just by the Moorside train stop on the main A6 road.

Chatty and friendly the whole time. I received the lightest formula, which was still pretty dark on me (pale Irish skin) but it looked fantastic. It did fade a little after my next shower. My hands were the worst though, and of course - up front and center. After my shower I scrubbed my hands with lemon and salt, and eventually took a pumice to my hands to try to get off it off.
