I planned on tanning for my cruise vacation earlier this month only to find out my visits had expired. I had 6 or 8 visits left! They never sent an email or anything to tell me about their policy of expiration. I would never have wasted so much money and not gone. Had I known I would expire if I didn't go for one year as I was waiting for my vacation needless to say in all my years going there ,this has never happened and I will never ever go back there again. I think there should be an email sent or some kind of contact to let you know their policy. They wouldn't even work with me on it at all.

The voicemail says it opens at 10, the owner verbally told me 10:30, I was there on Monday, June 11 at 10:45- and the place wasn't open...I returned at 2:00. I went for five days for tanning; the five session package that's on the pricelist for $45? Was not an option because the bed was out of commission the week I was there. Naturally, I had to then go for the upgrade which was $55 for five sessions in the silver bullet. I REALLY would have preferred the $45 package. I think there were two stand ups and two beds. Overall, the place was clean, well lit, and the owner is also the front end manager and the hair stylist. There were several hair stations, coffee machine, upscale hair and tanning products for sale. Owner was super friendly, tried to up-sell, and provided great info on the high power bed I was using.

I've been to much fancier places, but was disappointed after my nails cracked and chipped in a matter of days, even though those places took a painstaking amount of time to do the work. Kim, the lady in charge, can be a tease. If you don't get her humor you may think she is being rude. If you can't take a joke, this may not be the place for you. There is not much turnover so you can be assured of seeing your favorite technician again and again. Their English is good, though it can take a time or two to understand the accent. They know me well and call me by name whenever I walk in, even if it has been a few months. I love that they are open on Sundays. I tend to arrive later in the day. I came in at 5:45pm last week. Tiffany did a manicure for me, then mentioned they closed at 4pm on Sunday, but she was happy to help a regular customer since she was still there. It was Mother's Day and she had kids to go home to, so I felt bad about keeping her late. She mentioned another person had called after hours a while back. The client said she would be there in 15 minutes. The ladies in the nail shop waited 30, then went home. They aren't fond of being the last shop open in the plaza, and I don't blame them a bit for that. That client then wrote a less than favorable review. It is tough making everyone happy. Booking is easy and quick with a text message or a phone call and she is always prompt to respond! As for the tanning product: I have tried my fair share of spray tans and Sarah's product has by far lasted the longest and was the most natural in color. She has multiple shades to choose from and she is very knowledgeable to ensure you get exactly the look you are looking for. She applies evenly and if you have any specific modifications (I like to have my face and decollete sprayed twice) she is happy to accommodate. If am diligent on moisturizing my tan last up to 10 days, days 2-5 being the best (making sure not to shower or be in contact with water for the first 24hrs). I also want to mention as the tan fades, it fades evenly. You will not see splotchy discoloration. Its almost as real as a real tan! Highly recommend!
