Today I waited over 15 minutes for the only person working at the desk (while she tried to upsell and sign up a person for....... $8. ) I had to ask her if she could just check me in after 15 minutes - if there was another tanning option closer, I'd switch. I've been a monthly customer for 4 years. That's significant $$ in products and services, just to be ignored. I had to be rude to actually get service. This is the third time it has happened. Also, the new bed (that took almost 6 months to replace) is terrible and doesn't work as well as the old one.

I planned on tanning for my cruise vacation earlier this month only to find out my visits had expired. I had 6 or 8 visits left! They never sent an email or anything to tell me about their policy of expiration. I would never have wasted so much money and not gone. Had I known I would expire if I didn't go for one year as I was waiting for my vacation needless to say in all my years going there ,this has never happened and I will never ever go back there again. I think there should be an email sent or some kind of contact to let you know their policy. They wouldn't even work with me on it at all.

So, here's the thing about this place - there is little to no social media, no online information…read moreabout it. After a week of going here - I'm still not sure what time it opens or closes. The voicemail says it opens at 10, the owner verbally told me 10:30, I was there on Monday, June 11 at 10:45- and the place wasn't open...I returned at 2:00. I went for five days for tanning; the five session package that's on the pricelist for $45? Was not an option because the bed was out of commission the week I was there. Naturally, I had to then go for the upgrade which was $55 for five sessions in the silver bullet. I REALLY would have preferred the $45 package. I think there were two stand ups and two beds. Overall, the place was clean, well lit, and the owner is also the front end manager and the hair stylist. There were several hair stations, coffee machine, upscale hair and tanning products for sale. Owner was super friendly, tried to up-sell, and provided great info on the high power bed I was using.
