I have been tanning here for 10 years. I don't tan often but when I do this is my salon on choice. Unfortunately they have gone down hill. I have recently gone and wasn't too surprised to find that the Bed which was assigned to me needed some repairs. Who wants to be in a tanning bed while the "fan" is making ridiculous noises?! And some of the other fans you can't even feel. I also don't understand how they could open another salon when this location needs a bit of TLC. Once I use all my tans I will be looking else where. read more

Why can't you give 0 stars? Anyway, this place should be called BY TEENS, FOR TEENS. Everyone in this place is 18 order under, and so is everyone who works there. It's not the experience I've had at other places, like Hollywood Tans. But this is close and I like to support local business. The service I chose was a spray tan. I was offered no barrier cream for the spray process, which took place in a back room--definitely not the sweet little set up they have at chains like Bronzed. My feet day-glo orange in the morning, and I'm just grateful my hands escaped the same fate. It would have been a better idea to go at myself with self-tanning cloths. read more

Absolutely nothing to complain about for what you go there for and what you pay. The reviews seem like they are from difficult people who'd or t the world but don't want to pay for it I was greeted by a smile, cashed out quickly and was in a room within 2 minutes. I've been coming here for a while since it's so close to my gym. It's pretty reasonable pricing especially the 1/2 off on sundays and the beds are decent if you use level 3 or 4. The only part of the business that brings their rating down is the employees. All but one or two of the girls that work there look miserable and give major attitude when ringing you up. Not to mention you feel like you're walking into a slumber party when they get up from watching Netflix and FaceTiming their friends in their pjs and slippers with some graphic details about their personal lives. Doesn't seem like a big deal but they're technically the face of the business so not a good look. My friends who go here say the same thing. Otherwise, it's a good place to tan compared to the surrounding competition. read more

I moved here in September of 2015 and I have been to a couple places to tan. I have always had good service here. I have always been offered good advice there about my problems and thoughts while in the tanning process and their solutions worked every time. It has always been clean. This is the only place I trust to go for a complete and enjoy full tanning experience. I def recommend and I won't go anywhere else. read more

Love this place! The bulbs are very strong! I like how they have ipods in each room so you can pick a whatever music list you want to listen to while your tanning. They put a towel and mint on each bed too- nice touch :). I bought a package and I'll definitely be back! read more

Not surprised to find no other reviews here. Dont waste your money. The guy that runs/owns this faciltiy is not a professional by any means and never smiles or is helpful. It is not a warm or inviting atmoshpere and not worth the money when there are so many better run facilities in the area. THe lack of customer service and the attitude flung around by managment is well worth sticking my money back in my pocket. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!! Totally unprofessional and dishonest! TWICE I tried to cancel my membership at the Nashua location...yet each time I was told it would be cancelled, my bank account was debited again. I hadn't tanned there in 2 months due to the fact I had cancelled, yet I was still charged for those months. When I tried to have the last charge reversed, I was told "ooo sorry, you called on the 5th, you should have called on the 1st...nothing we can do". The worst customer service ever! I deal with the public every day and I work for a reputable business. We would NEVER treat a customer like this! I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone about the horrible experience I had at this "business". read more

I had an airbrush tan done here last week. I will not go back. The technician oversprayed my feet so they were so dark and terrible that I had to wear closed toe shoes and socks all week. I think she was just VERY inexperienced. When I called to cancel my next appt, not one even want to know if I wanted to rebook or why I was canceling. The tan was NOT even at all and I left there sticky even after drying there for 20 mins. I did all the prep they suggested. I was cleaner and more exfoliated than I have ever been before I when in. So, if you want an airbrush, spray tan, do not go here. read more

Im from califronia....tanning is cheap in SoCal so when i moved here i was surprised on how expensive tanning was in Ma. Thank god i found this place. Clean, Good prices, Friendly staff..... nothing to complain about. Ill be returing all year long. read more

I went to Executive Tan last week for my first ever spray tan. Katie, who sprayed me, did a great job instructing me on what to do and gave me a very even, natural-looking color. I would absolutely go back to her. The space itself could use some decorating help. read more

I really like this place. Their bulbs are strong. I got a better tan here in 1 session than I did at my other place in 3. Plus I like how they have a lot of different types of tanning beds and stand up booths. I like to switch it up. Their prices are really good too. I was going to buy a bottle of lotion and when I asked the guy if it was good he said he liked the bronzer better in a different kind and to my surprise, the one he suggested was about $10 less. I like that he was honest and didn't try to sell me a different one just because it was more expensive. I bought a package and got a free session when my mom came with me and signed up - awesome! read more

I went on a Monday at 8:30 pm and the doors were locked and the girl working was tanning!!!! If I pay 65 for a membership and you say you close at 9 pm you should not have your doors locked 30 minutes earlier so your employees can tan very upset!!!! The best tanning salon I have been to so far. All the girls that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. There are no attached changing rooms, every room is spacious and comfortable. You actually get to pick your music and there are no commercials! It is by far the cleanest salon I have been to and they have fresh towels and mints in every room. I never have to wait because they have so many rooms and they give you free upgrades if your level is full. Most importantly I get great color and I can tell they change the bulbs often. read more
