I've been tanning here for a few years now and the older woman that works there has always been rude and unpleasant but I've ignored it cause I'm not going to let someone else's attitude problem ruin my day, but today it was over the top ! As I was leaving she told me I needed to hurry up and be quicker at getting dressed & out of the tanning room, apparently the 2-3 minutes it took me to wipe the sweat off my body before getting dressed and spraying down and wiping the tanning bed before leaving the room was too long for her liking... I was very taken back by this and a little angry considering I also brought a new person w/ me today that had never been there and would have been a potential new client but after that he will not be signing up. Being rude to the people who bring money into the establishment which keeps your job paying you is not smart & will definitely make you loose customers, I will finish out my month of tanning that I have unfortunately already paid for then I will be going down the road to the other tanning salon there after, which is too bad cause all the other employees that work there are very pleasant and welcoming. Maybe you should loose the one that makes your business look bad. read more

I've been tanning at Sun Fun since I was 14 years old. I'm 34 now so yah, it's been a long time...fortunately I don't quite look like a raisin yet! Sun Fun is the best tanning place in town. It's neat, always getting new bulbs as well as constantly upgrading to the latest and greatest tanning equipment. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! I've only been going to Sun Fun for a few months, but after going in today and learning that my favorite girl Jamie is no longer employed there I'm not sure if I will return after my membership runs out. We had gone in for just one tan the first day and after conversing with Jamie for awhile we signed up there even though it is a little out of the way from our home. She always greeted us with a smiling face and was very pleasant to deal with. I can't say the same for any other employees that I have encountered there. Waiting to hear back from a manager - I wasn't told I only had five minutes (I'm used to ten) before the booth started. Five is way too short. Once it started I hit stop, and being fully undressed, continued to put on my lotion thinking I had paused the machine since I wasn't about to run down the hall completely naked. When I got in the booth I was only given six out of ten minutes I signed up for. The gal at the desk couldn't do anything - either give more time or a refund. I'm severely disappointed and hope for a better resolution. read more

This place is top of the line when it comes to tanning..Its clean and well maintained and they always have some special going on. I use the tanning to scare away the winter blues and it works. Once a month does the trick. I find that real sun tanning is more disruptive to my skin than a few minutes in the Booth or bed. Just fantatsic! read more

I made an appointment at 2:15 online for 2:40 for room 1. The whole day was available for appointments - no one else had scheduled an appt for that bed at all. I arrived 5 minutes late (2:45) and the girl told me since I was late the next appt (3:00) was already there and so I had to go in another bed! The max time in that bed is 10 minutes. I had plenty of time but the girl said she didn't want to get "behind schedule" for the day. Revert back to "The whole day was available for appts". I went into another bed anyways to appease the girl behind the counter. When I got out of my room the girl that was in Room 1 was also leaving AT 3:00! The time she should have been going in! I rechecked the schedule online and it was Completely open for that room the whole day. Not one time block was scheduled! I spoke with the owner and all he said was "Well you were late"! I told him once mine and my husbands visits are up we will NOT be back. Customer service is AWFUL and the hired help lie to your face! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a customer for many years, but after tonight I will never return. I had a spray tan appointment at 7:30pm. I was stuck in traffic and pulled into the parking lot at 7:30, but walked in at 7:31pm according to my watch. No one was at the desk so I waited there for a few minutes. When she came back she told me they were closed (they close at 8:00pm). She was extremely rude. I have referred my mother, sister, and many friends to Sun Fun that have also been loyal customers for years. They lost A LOT of customers tonight. read more

Great staff! Always accommodating, courteous, and most importantly they clean the beds with very much attention to detail. Prices are extremely comparable and reasonable. Excited to find a new tan salon near my Saturday gym, I went to Sun & Fun in Salisbury on Saturday 1/9/16. It was a great experience and the employee could not have been nicer! Fresh new bulbs gave me a great tan. Place is bright and clean. Prices are great, service was great. read more
