The woman I spoke to, Heather, was so upbeat, friendly, and informative. It is clear that Heather loves her job, is sociable, personable, and literally embodies every quality someone in customer service should have. After having such a pleasant experience with Heather on the phone, I decided to go in. The tanning salon was neat, clean, and had plenty of different options for customers. Heather made suggestions for different packages and lotions that were available, however she did so in a very professional manner and I did not feel like I was being pressured or sold to. For my first visit, I tanned for 8 out of the maximum 10 minutes. Even after one visit, I had a significant amount of color, without being burnt and overexposed. I'll definitely be a regular here. All around it was such a great experience.

As I plopped down on the bed that clearly didn't fit me because I'm so lean and skinny. I nearly burned my ass off! Christ almighty!
