When I went downstairs to pay, my bill was $220+$40 tip as expected. I had a gift card of $100, but the young lady at the front desk told me it was expired. I had no idea since it was gifted to me only few years back. I can only figure that maybe it had been re-gifted to me because it hadn't been 7 years...I guess that's not the fault of Madison Esthetique. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write "expired" on the card. Maybe it would be a good idea to write when it will be expired when the card is first purchased. I don't like and I don't support businesses that do this 7 years expiration date BS on their gift cards. It says to me they don't care about the clients and don't stand behind their business. Money wasted. Unfortunately, this will be my last time going to Madison Esthetique, and I won't be recommending them. Thank you. Laura

I even looked into surgical options ....and thank goodness I came across SRC and their saw fibroblast treatment (non surgical) and came in to see Saundra. When I arrived I had met several clients who said they had been coming to her for an upward of 10years ( and now I know why). I saw her client book of success doing fibroblast to lift by droopy eyelids ( and really anything on your face) . So I tried it on my upper lids and literally instantly I saw a significant lift ... within a week of complete healing , the results were amazing. So after a month I went in and did my under eyes. Overall results - Saundra gave me 10 years back! Saundra catered the treatment to my face and skin type. I am Asian as well and I find not everyone quite understands that face structure, but Saundra certainly does. Saundra and her entire team are wonderful and earnestly caring with their clients. After treatment She checked in with me next day to see how I was healing ...and then her office followed up as well. SRC really takes special care of you . Saundra also sent me home with samples of skin care to try, which I loved on my aged and acne proned skin. Saundra truly is an aesthetic artist ,BEAUTY ANGEL, and skin guru . When you meet her, she herself is beautiful. I wish I had found her sooner so that my skin might look as good as hers. So glad I came to SRC. They offer an array of treatments.
