Traditional pho is on the money- tendon and tripe is life! Broth is 9/10 which is very rare to find. Spicy pho also very good if you want more flavor but it tastes more like a beef noodle soup than pho. Best of all, they have a do it yourself condiment bar! This alone gets them a 5 star rating. First off before my last two visits this was one of my favorite places for pho. After tonight we probably won't be going back and sadly it's not because of the food. Whoever had control of the music needs to have the control taken away from them. They were playing music that every other word was a cuss word, one song had 5-6 f bombs in it before they ever spoke another word. We were driving through, looking for good Vietnamese and liked the reviews. It was very clean and they were following all Covid restrictions. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We've had loads of Pho over the years, but this was my very favorite. We had vegetable pho & added chicken. The vegetables were so fresh and flavorful & cooked just right. Wow! Great pho spot. And this is coming from someone visiting from Chicago where we have a Vietnamese Town (Uptown, Chicago). The broth is authentic and not oily. I got the traditional beef pho with tendon, tripe, brisket etc... it was filled with delicious thinly cut meats. My favorite part of this place is the veggie station where you are free to grab as much basil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, and limes as you need. This prevents waste when some people don't need as much basil for instance or myself that needs a lot of lime haha. Definitely recommend for any pho lovers! read more

This place is great. The grilled pork bahn mi is my go to, but their pho is always good too. The broth tastes a little different at times, which I like, because it means there is actually someone cooking it, and it's not boullion cubes in water. Very clean pho restaurant in a convenient location. I ordered the beef pho and my husband ordered the Saigon bowl. Both were really good and we both liked the teas-classic milk and Thai. I like the setup with the "fixins" at the bar such as your Thai basil, jalepenos, bean sprouts etc. that way I can add just what I want. It's setup more like a "fast casual" restaurant, so you order, pay, then sit down with your number. Food comes out quick and hot, service is good. Stopped in Sunday to grab some Pho on a chilly day. Our table had the regular pho, chicken pho, and pork spring rolls. It was all great and we will be coming back soon. I like their order at counter model with the extra veggies at the bar. People can go grab what they want and they avoid throwing away all the extra for the people that don't add all the veggies. read more

If you like pho then this is the place to go. The broth is near perfect and worth driving past 2 other Vietnamese restaurants to get to Wich Pho. The portions are large and full of fresh ingredients.
