This is a great new Vietnamese restaurant (possibly a chain) that has delicious stir fried noodles. Also a variety of beverages, bahn mi sandwiches, noodle dishes, rice plates and more. Prompt and attentive service and a relatively spacious interior with plenty of tables. Recommended!

One of my favorite places to get Pho. Great food quality and portions, and anything we've ordered has been full of flavor, fresh, and filling. This is our first time at the new location, and it didn't disappoint! Same great flavors with an upgraded ambience. Service was fast and pleasant as well. Will definitely return!

There's more liquid in the soup than there was beef in the P1 Beef pho, this was my second time here visiting and was very disappointed with the pho, first time I ordered Chicken pho, it to was more soup than chicken.

Service is good but a challenge with the language barrier. Pho is good. We've been there twice and it will be a while until we go back.

The dipping sauce that came with the spring rolls was slightly sweet and salty. Like teriyaki. Great. The chicken pho came with rice noodles. Green onions chicken vietnamese basil jalapeno and bean sprouts. The chicken was mostly dark meat and very well done. The soup tasted like chicken broth homemade and had black pepper in it. Adding Siracha to it and some soy sauce was absolutely great. The side of rice I ordered for 1.50 was well worth it. I did not like the bean paste on the table. I would like a bigger bowl just more broth but it was really fantastic. A

I loved the fresh crunchy exterior white loaf bread. As I took each bite it gave way to a fresh, soft and pillowy inside white bread experience. It did a fantastic job wrapping up my Vietnamese style meat and veggies. Everything in my sandwich had a ton a flavor. I thought the summer rolls (wrapped in rice paper) were excellent and that dipping sauce was on point! I'll always get an order of that every time I'm here. The service was top notch and I loved the decor too. It's more of a quick in and out kind of experience which was perfect between running errands. I'll be back! November 2023

It is not the most spacious area, but there were plenty of tables available and the space seemed clean. For starters, we ordered the cream cheese wontons, which were incredible. The sweet and sour sauce was a bit too runny for my liking, but I really enjoyed the filling and freshly fried deliciousness. We ordered the pho and the bun bo hue as our mains. Presentation was great and service was fast. Both however, were a bit bland for me. I wish the bun bo hue had more spice and flavor, but it ultimately fell a bit short for me. The pho might've been better than the bun bo hue flavor wise, but it still wasn't that flavorful. It will definitely get the job done though. I also ordered a matcha milk tea with boba, and the boba was nice and soft, but the milk tea did not taste like tea at all-- rather, it tasted like a watered down matcha latte. Overall, the service was great and friendly, but most of the food was a letdown for me. I definitely would come back for the wontons.

I ordered my food to go and ate some in the restaurant. The chicken fried rice was delicious and they had all the sauces for it right there for you to use. I also tried the mango street food dish because mango is my absolute favorite fruit. It was similar to mango with tajin with some syrup like juice. Unfortunately the mango was not ripe and for $10 I didn't feel this was worth it or suitable to be served as it was unripe and unappealing due to it. I did however love the drip coffee with condensed milk. Such a classic staple and I'm happy I got it. Definitely gave me an afternoon boost! I'll go back to try more dishes for sure! Everyone working was very nice and polite.

Nothing can better demonstrate my point except a direct quote from one of the workers "It seems like people with the name Tuan are usually handsome." I may have taken the statement face value but I can't argue with that. Let's get back to Maya's Kitchen, shall we? I love the yellow wall paint, ceiling fans, and tables and chairs. Everything looks spotlessly cleaned. The menu offers a variety of food options. I like the inclusion of street food although I did not have a chance to try during this visit. The crab meat soup and the Hanoi Chicken Combo Noodle Soup were good. The crab meat soup was the better soup, especially if you add a thousand year egg to it. The broth of the Hanoi Chicken Combo Noodle Soup was rich and flavorful but I would say most people would prefer Vietnamese pho or Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, including myself. Based on the food alone, I would give Maya's Kitchen 4/5, but the compliment being taken face value trumps over everything else. Thus I am forced to give up the last star to Maya's Kitchen.
