This is a great new Vietnamese restaurant (possibly a chain) that has delicious stir fried noodles. Also a variety of beverages, bahn mi sandwiches, noodle dishes, rice plates and more. Prompt and attentive service and a relatively spacious interior with plenty of tables. Recommended!

One of my favorite places to get Pho. Great food quality and portions, and anything we've ordered has been full of flavor, fresh, and filling. This is our first time at the new location, and it didn't disappoint! Same great flavors with an upgraded ambience. Service was fast and pleasant as well. Will definitely return!

    P1 beef Pho

There's more liquid in the soup than there was beef in the P1 Beef pho, this was my second time here visiting and was very disappointed with the pho, first time I ordered Chicken pho, it to was more soup than chicken.

Service is good but a challenge with the language barrier. Pho is good. We've been there twice and it will be a while until we go back.

Must try: Pho Dac Biet, Spring Rolls, and Ca Phe Sua Da!…read more Why: I was craving Pho for a few weeks and this place hit the spot! Pho beef broth was light and flavorful. Tons of noodles, beef, and veggies. Personally I love when there's a lot of green onions, onions, basil, and bean sprouts. Also, I love when there's tendon and trip in Pho for added flavor and texture. Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls with peanut sauce was a good appetizer. I washed it down with a strong Ca Phe Sua Da. Notes: I was staying in downtown area and got to the restaurant easily on a Lime e-scooter. Spacious and clean restaurant with tons of tables for small and large groups. I was welcomed immediately and the staff were friendly. I even got to practice my Vietnamese and have a short convo about the community. The food came out within minutes after I put in my order. Super fast, super tasty, and super satisfying meal!

Firstly, as stated in the previous line, this establishment is cash only. We didn't know that going in so it caused quite the hiccup when trying to pay. The employees were very nice and patient about it but it was still kind of embarrassing. There's an ATM available inside as well. Now onto the dining experience. PLH was very busy when we arrived. That did not stop them from seating us right away at a clean and stocked table. However, the ordering process did feel slightly rushed because of the volume of customers. They had a beautiful interior though with low music playing. The tables are all stocked with soy sauce, sriracha, hoisin, salt, pepper, and fish sauce. We had to request chili oil, which they happily obliged. The chili oil alone was a 10/10. Spicy, crunchy, well balanced. We started off with spring rolls (if you don't specify which ones they will automatically bring out the shrimp and pork ones) which came with a nice garlicky peanut sauce. The shrimp tasted fresh and the pork added a nice slight saltiness and texture. The noodles were cooked well and the veg was fresh and tightly wrapped even when dipped & bit. We both ordered the Pho Chin (lean brisket) one large and one small. Both portions were consistent with their descriptions. With the large I got more meat, broth AND noodles. I ended up taking half of mine home while my spouse finished theirs and felt comfortable. The broth was clear and delicious. I was worried that the broth would be sweet since that's been a common theme in OK, but that was not the case. Deliciously savory and balanced with spices. My only note would be that I would've liked two separate plates of side veg (jalapeños, lime, basil, bean sprouts) since we both enjoy these additions to our soups. Overall a good experience for the food alone. For the fact that we weren't told it was cash only from the start, we had to pay for water bottles instead of being offered cups, and the wait time for the check; this was not a GREAT experience. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars.

Young lady at counter just put them on the counter. All I had was my phone in my hands. How did she expect me to carry this? I asked if there was a drink carrier or a bag. She threw a ripped half carrier and a bag on the counter (literally threw). I put the carrier with drinks in the bag, but it was not stable and toppled over. The coffee leaked into the bag. She watched me and did nothing. I asked for napkins and cleaned it up and then I asked for another bag. This whole time, no help.

The staff was friendly, but just a bit slow getting to us even though we were the only folks in line and barely any patrons were in the dining room. The sandwiches were a bit on the skimpy side. The veggies all had a nice crunch to them. My oldest daughter did not like the "savory house" sauce as she thought it was too sweet. I wish we had ordered a side or shared a noodle soup. Still, we enjoyed them as we don't have many opportunities for Vietnamese food in our area of New Mexico. Ample, free parking. Clean restaurant with minimal decor. It is not the most spacious area, but there were plenty of tables available and the space seemed clean. For starters, we ordered the cream cheese wontons, which were incredible. The sweet and sour sauce was a bit too runny for my liking, but I really enjoyed the filling and freshly fried deliciousness. We ordered the pho and the bun bo hue as our mains. Presentation was great and service was fast. Both however, were a bit bland for me. I wish the bun bo hue had more spice and flavor, but it ultimately fell a bit short for me. The pho might've been better than the bun bo hue flavor wise, but it still wasn't that flavorful. It will definitely get the job done though. I also ordered a matcha milk tea with boba, and the boba was nice and soft, but the milk tea did not taste like tea at all-- rather, it tasted like a watered down matcha latte. Overall, the service was great and friendly, but most of the food was a letdown for me. I definitely would come back for the wontons.

I ordered my food to go and ate some in the restaurant. The chicken fried rice was delicious and they had all the sauces for it right there for you to use. Unfortunately the mango was not ripe and for $10 I didn't feel this was worth it or suitable to be served as it was unripe and unappealing due to it. I did however love the drip coffee with condensed milk. Such a classic staple and I'm happy I got it. Definitely gave me an afternoon boost! I'll go back to try more dishes for sure! Nothing can better demonstrate my point except a direct quote from one of the workers "It seems like people with the name Tuan are usually handsome." I may have taken the statement face value but I can't argue with that. Let's get back to Maya's Kitchen, shall we? I love the yellow wall paint, ceiling fans, and tables and chairs. Everything looks spotlessly cleaned. The menu offers a variety of food options. I like the inclusion of street food although I did not have a chance to try during this visit. The crab meat soup and the Hanoi Chicken Combo Noodle Soup were good. The crab meat soup was the better soup, especially if you add a thousand year egg to it. The broth of the Hanoi Chicken Combo Noodle Soup was rich and flavorful but I would say most people would prefer Vietnamese pho or Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, including myself. Based on the food alone, I would give Maya's Kitchen 4/5, but the compliment being taken face value trumps over everything else. Thus I am forced to give up the last star to Maya's Kitchen.
