We've been eating Pho for 30+ years. Mostly in the Tulsa area and a few in OKC, Texas, and Arkansas. This is our first in Edmond and boy did it deliver. Although in a strip center, the interior was nicer than most Pho houses. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. We were impressed by the two polite and friendly servers who checked on us often and took empties away quietly. We started with the spring rolls with pork (they have shrimp and chicken options, too!). They were better than many places but did not have nuoc mam. They did have sweet fish sauce which, with added garlic chili, is basically nuoc mam. They also had chili oil. Although a sign says to ask for the plate of goodies (sliced jalapenos, lime slices, bean sprouts, basil, but no cilantro), the servers must have noticed we were serious about our Pho and brought the plate without us asking. I had the combo (though no customary tripe in this one) and my wife and daughter had the rare steak (all 3 small which was plenty). The broth was some of the best we have enjoyed over the years and the noodle to protein ratio was perfect. We were also pleased there were 2 Jasmine tea bags in the tea pot which made for the right strength for 4 cups. All in all, a very nice dining experience. More like a 4 1/2 star. read more

This is a Pho Bulous place to have lunch. I met a coworker for lunch and it was awesome, no wait, seated immediately! The wait staff was terrific and they were prompt in getting our requests handled!. The appetizers were great, fresh and very tasty!! I had the P1 - Rare Steak, Brisket & Meatballs I got the large bowl and it was a lot. I did have a takeaway container so looks like it will be dinner tonight. I couldn't believe that it was had been 4 years before I made it back. It's unfortunate that my job took me away from the area but this is one of my top places to get Pho! Okay now, how cute is the name of this restaurant? Drove by a building with the word PHO on top of it & of course I HAD to stop in. Been a customer ever since! I order delivery quite frequently and am never disappointed. I have only ever ordered the pho (but are we surprised???), however, after stalking the pictures on their yelp I'm gonna have to try something different next time! The ribs were painted with sticky sweet galbi BBQ sauce, simple but yummy..but they were tough, I had to ask for a fork and knife. Accompanying fried rice was simple but satisfying, not too dry. Kid's pho comes undressed, but had nice tasting broth. The atmosphere here was unexpectedly lively for a Thursday night, room packed full of chatty diners, music turned up, hockey players fighting on multiple flat screens. We asked our server why the Pho in the menu didn't mention any of the standard Pho ingredients like tripe or tendon and she said this was simply "americanized" for the white people that don't really like traditional Pho. So if you are in the mood for the Pho version of taco bell, here you go. Also, worst spring rolls I've ever had. Compared to other establishments they are willing to go above and beyond, for example I did not have a spoon at home which I usually do so instead of telling me no I could not have a little they offered me with the option to purchase one for two dollars which was very amazing considering I have tried to order from other places that just tell me sorry we can't do anything for you. June 9 2019 The Pho Bulous Spicy Chicken, which was a nice plate of very lightly breaded, white meat chicken that was flash fried, mixed with thin carrot slices and snow pea pods and covered in a sweet tangy, slightly spicy sauce. It was somewhat like a Generals Tso's Chicken but much much better. It was not dripping in oil and it had a pleasant fresh taste. The other meal was the Vietnamese Stir Fry with tofu. My first time eating here since I've been in Oklahoma. I don't know how I ever missed this place. But wow. It blew me away! Hubby and I were craving pho on a Sunday and most places we normally go to were closed. So we decided to try it. I have driven past this place very many times and never thought much of it. They have a pretty good selection in the menu. Your usual spring rolls and eggrolls for apps. A few other items too but I was looking for something to catch my eye. They have pho, bun, fried rice, rice plates and lo mein. Hubby and I ordered pho. He got the special and I got the brisket w rare steak. While we waited for our pho, other orders were coming out and I could smell how delish the pho was going to be. If you know pho, you know the aroma, color and taste before condiments is everything. I always taste my pho before I season it and I can always tell if the broth is legit or not. As soon as our pho came out, I tasted it and told the hubby... wow. I am impressed! The broth tastes pretty good! I devoured my whole bowl, fed some to my toddler and even ordered to go. It was that damn good! How in the world did I ever miss this place? So glad I have a go to pho place on Sundays now. Hubby's pho was the special combo one... only thing he said was he wished they had more meat and a more "special variety"... this was common meat in other pho's. My husband loves the cold vermicelli bowls served here, and I am wild about the pho with beef meatballs and tendon. But since the quarantine of 2020 we decided to try some new dishes that would be easier to eat in the car at the park! The menu is in English and servers speak English too. The food is 100% authentic Vietnamese food that you would find in larger cities like Houston or San Francisco. I ordered the summer rolls with grilled beef. I ate one before I took the photo. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The wraps was still soft and chewy and not dried out. The peanut sauces is excellent and compliments the rolls well. The Ice coffee special is Vietnamese coffee with sweeten condensed milk. It's very strong and was a welcome treat after a 3 hr drive from DFW. I also the Pho special. The broth was perfectly sweet and you can tell then it was made the right way. There is plenty of meat.
