The first time I came here, the pho was tasty. I got the chicken pho and also tried the beef. The second time coming, I tried the steak bahn mi. They literally put the "steak" in a microwave and served it. For a restaurant, I at least expect it to be cooked properly, not like leftovers. I'll find another place for when I'm craving pho, but this place is not it. After seeing that, I'm sure all the meat is just microwaved thinking back to how the chicken tastes that they add for the pho. read more

The pho soup had a good flavor but was not hot enough. Theres a bean sprout basil bar which is nice. Everything was fresh. The chicken pho ga was not good however. The chicken breast was chewy and just not great. I ate it but did not like it. The liked the soup but it was too cold. I did not like the chicken. Let me say, I love love love this place! It's delicious, comforting environment and for the most part quiet. I've been here several times in the last few months during the cold season. However, tonight, while I was eating there, a roach about half inch long came walking out onto the booth seat I was at. Please consider that if there is one walking out in the daylight, there are probably many more... With this being said, I hope the owners inspect their restaurant really thoroughly and make sure everything is clean. They are located next to several other restaurants in the strip, so they may not even be the ultimate source. I hope the owner of the building also considers doing quarterly bug sanitation or something. It was so disappointing knowing that my favorite pho shop has this issue. Stopped by here on the way home, and we were so glad we did! They just opened so there was only another couple at the restaurant. I had the Filet Mignon Pho which was a hot, steaming bowl of deliciousness! Chris had the Spicy Beef Pho. I didn't try it because spicy soup isn't for me, but judging from the empty bowl, I'm pretty sure it was just as good if not better than mine. Had to make a trip to Edmond so took the opportunity to try a Vietnamese restaurant not far from our final destination. We love vermicelli bowls so we both ordered the Saigon special which includes an egg roll. I got the chicken and Wayne got the pork. My delight, however, was in discovering they have a complete sauce bar to the right of the order area! They have four kinds of red sauce, jalapeños, and several different fish oils! I have never been in a Vietnamese restaurant or any Asian restaurant that had a sauce bar! The vermicelli bowls were delicious. I put just a little of their hottest sauce in a tiny dish and added it to my bowl. It added just enough heat. This place was a real pleasant surprise! I've seen it a few times just being around the area, but never tried it out. Thought we'd go ahead and give it a try because the reviews were really good and my friend and I were so glad we did! She got spring rolls, the filet mignon, as well as some milk tea boba. I had the Saigon Combo, which had some pork, one spring roll, vermicelli noodles, nuoc mam, and some crushed peanuts. Right off the bat we absolutely loved the spring rolls. Piping hot, crispy, and just so so good. They have a little corner on the side with some chilli paste, pickled jalapenos, and some other sauces if you need it - but I definitely recommend throwing in some pickled jalapenos if you like spicy food! And the chilli oil too for more kick. Pork was cooked really well, tender enough and packed with flavor. Price was insanely good for the portion we got, and service was great. This is in my top 5 oklahoma food spots. There are many pho restaurants to choose from, but which pho has it right. They nailed the balance of ginger, star anise, and beef. The filet beef pho is my favorite. It's just a classic pho place that is serving pho exactly how it should be served. They aren't reinventing the pho wheel- but I haven't found anyone else in north OKC who is serving pho at this level of perfection. I've tried every pho establishment currently operating north and immediately surrounding the turnpike. I first ate at Wich Pho last Christmas Eve in Yukon, OK. I am SO glad they came to Edmond. It's my favorite place to eat pho in Edmond now. It's still the same great quality in food and service as the Yukon location. I love the self serve method. It allows less waste in my opinion and is more efficient because I don't always eat all the vegetables they bring out so this allows me to get just enough that I need. The style is Americanized no doubt but the food is authentic Vietnamese. The pho is on point and the bun bo hue is perfect! Don't be disappointed that the bun bo hue doesn't have pork feet and pigs blood if that's your kind of thing. You can order to go here as well and take deliciousness home with you! This little gem makes my tummy so happy and I'm glad they are in Edmond. I hope they find extra help soon as they are currently hiring right now. I went to lunch with some co-workers and one of them picked this restaurant. I ordered the Lemongrass Steak Bahn Mi. It was pretty much bland and the bread was so tough I had trouble tearing it. Also, it was supposed to come with Shrimp chips, but just came with some random potato chips they had. The others who were that with me had ordered a variety of different things and seemed quite happy with their choices. So, if you visit this location, get something other than the Bahn Mi. read more

There was a really sweet employee named Van who was so friendly and made sure I got lots of limes for my pho. :) One of my kids tried the vegan pho and loved it! I have been eating here for 5 years + & never have been disappointed. However, today was very upsetting. I ordered 3 large brisket only to go large pho, drove all the way home to find beef balls and fatty brisket on my order. I called to see if I could get that corrected and the girl said no returns. I told her that is unacceptable and she asked the manager if I could get the right thing & I drove back 15 mins. back to get it right. I checked my new order to find all the brisket was fatty. I asked for a refund and explained this has never happened before. Not one apology or any compensation. Also, the cash register area was filthy & dusty. I ventured here for the first time when my husband was in Vietnam. I felt I was missing out on the trip, so I decided to get some kind of Vietnamese experience in OKC. I've tried pho a few different times before, but this is the first time that I've ever enjoyed eating pho! Food: 4/5 I am vegetarian. The Vegan Pho with fried tofu is a great option. The broth is very flavorful. It tastes even better when you add the spice to it while it is hot and let it the spices marinate in there. It is perfect on a cold day! I love that they add the bok choy in there. And I like to add the basil and cabbage from the condiments bar. I tried the vegetarian Banh Mi here, and I found it a little bland and dry. Two complaints- I was disappointed that I ordered a vegetarian banh mi, and it came with a side of shrimp chips. I didn't even know this until we tried them and looked it up online, so beware! Also, another disappointing find last time was a small piece of chicken stuck to the side of my vegan pho bowl. It kind of ruined my appetite. Overall, this restaurant is clean and inviting aside from the issues mentioned above. I am definitely impressed by the vegan pho here. I've been back a couple more times even though it's a little far for me. It is worth the trip. I would rate this restaurant a 3.5 if I could. read more

Absolutely horrible. After placing my order and received my cup, I went to get a soft drink. As I was filling my cup with ice I realized there was water dripping into my cup off of a string of goop hanging from the ice spout. After taking a closer look I could see how disgusting the pop machine was I asked an employee to clean it, and he proceeded to just white it down with a napkin no cleaner or anything. After receiving my chicken pho, the rice noodles were very chewy and overcooked aside from traditional rice noodles which are more soft in texture. 6/30/2020 update. (Original below) The last few times we've had this place we've notice the portions of the dishes have gotten smaller which is okay I guess. This last time tho, I steered away from the normal and got the Saigon combo (vermicelli with grilled pork and eggroll(s). This plate at a normal Vietnamese restaurant will have at least 3 eggrolls cut up but instead I received one cut up into thirds. I mean it might as well be a grilled pork vermicelli bowl and what made it worse was that I was craving eggrolls and was left severely disappointed. Maybe this location isn't doing as well as the main one? 2 locations that I'm aware of, Yukon and Edmond. My wife and I were super excited once we found out the Edmond location had opened and quite frequently make visits to dine in or take out. The atmosphere here is very open and welcoming, clean and happy staff that are prompt in getting food out to you.
